    Mrs. Kara Brumley is the on-site owner of The Goddard School Gallatin and is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality academic and safe learning environment for your children. She has a BS and MS in Early Childhood Education, plus over 25 years of experience in Education Administration. Her partner in life and business, Mr. Dave, is also a staple on the Goddard team and well-known amongst Goddard families. As Goddard alumni parents themselves, they understand how impactful the early years are in shaping a child’s future. They are proud parents of three active children, so you will see them around the community often at the ball fields and schools. Dave and Kara are dedicated to providing the best preschool in Gallatin.     Ms. DeAnna has been with The Goddard School of Gallatin since 2020. With over 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and a decade as an Assistant Director, she brings boundless expertise and a nurturing touch to our school. A graduate of Western Kentucky University in Social Work, Ms. DeAnna is dedicated to fostering young minds. Outside of school, she calls Gallatin home, sharing her life with her husband and beloved daughter. Her passion for creating a supportive educational programs makes her an invaluable part of our team.

    Ms. Julie has been with The Goddard Schools since 2011 and with us here in Gallatin since August 2023. She as her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She has worked in classrooms of all levels, cultivating a profound understanding of young learners' needs. With over 25 years of early childhood experience, she seamlessly transitioned to the administrative team, contributing more than 5 years of insightful leadership. Mrs. Julie has been married for 35 years and has three children.

    Ms. Rachel has been with The Goddard School in Gallatin since 2020. She graduated from The University of Valley Forge with her degree in Musical Education. She has over 6 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Rachel is now the head of our enrichment program. Rachel has a passion for using music, art, Spanish, and S.T.E.M to make learning fun! Through developing creative, S.T.E.M.-based plans, Rachel addresses academic, social, motor, and emotional needs to accompany what children are already learning in the classroom.

    Ms. Shaynah has been with the Goddard School since July 2023. She has her BS degree and experience working with infants through twos. She has a deep understanding of the crucial milestones that infants reach during their early months. Her ability to create a soothing and stimulating environment helps babies feel secure and ready to explore the world around them. Ms, Shaynah is also a proud Goddard parent.

    Ms. Rose Copass has been with the Goddard School of Gallatin since March 2024. She has several years of working with infants to school age children. Beyond the classroom, she enjoys walks with her puppy and quality time with her fiancé.

    Ms. Kristin has been with The Goddard School since July 2023. She has over 10 years of experience working with children of all ages. She earned her medical assistant certification and worked in the medical field for several years, but realized her passion is working with children. Mrs. Kristin is also a proud Goddard Parent!

    Ms. Sayeda has been a part of The Goddard School since September 2024. With several years of educational experience, she has work extensively with toddlers and preschool -age children. Ms. Sayeda takes pride in being a Goddard parent to her daughter and is passionate about making learning an enjoyable experience for children . During her free time, she finds pleasure in walking, shopping and playing tennis.

    Ms. Abbi joined The Goddard School in August 2025 and is working towards a degree in Early Childhood Education. With four years of experience working with toddlers and preschool-aged children, she is dedicated to fostering a fun and educational environment where young learners can thrive. Outside the classroom, Ms. Abbi enjoys reading, cooking, and baking, and she brings a creative and nurturing spirit to both her personal and professional life. We are thrilled to have her as part of our team!

    Ms. Gracie has been with The Goddard School since December 2021. She received her TECTA certification and has been working with children for over 8 years ranging in age from infants through Pre-K. Ms. Gracie loves to have fun and laugh with the children. She feels all children are special and we can learn from them as much as they can learn from us. In her spare time, she loves to draw, paint and crafting.

    Ms. Chantay has been with the Goddard School of Gallatin since March of 2024. She has her TECTA certification in infants and toddlers and is currently working on her CDA. She has over 7 years of experience working with young children. Ms. Chantay loves having fun with children while helping their little minds grow. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and reading. Ms. Chantay is also a proud Goddard Parent of two boys.

    Ms. Taylor has been a valued member of the Goddard School of Gallatin since July of 2024. She has two years of college education and has accumulated over two years of experience working with children of different age groups through her involvement in after-school and summer camp programs with the YMCA Fun Company. When Ms. Tayor is not at work she keeps busy by chasing her two little ones around.

    Ms. Lindsay has been with The Goddard School in Gallatin since 2019. She attended The University of Louisville and has over 20 years of experience working in Early Childhood Education. She decided to become a teacher because she loves watching children grow and gain confidence as they learn independence and self-help skills.

    Ms. Lexi has been with the Goddard School since March of 2025. She has experience working with various ages at her church and in-home childcare. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking and baking. In her future, Ms. Lexi is looking forward to becoming a lead teacher at our school.

    Ms. Maru has been with The Goddard School since August 2022. She is originally from Venezuela and speaks fluent Spanish. She has her Bachelor’s Degree and Infant Toddler CDA. Mrs. Maru has over 4 years of experience working with infants through preschool age children. Her true passion is working with infants. In her spare time, she enjoys doing yoga and spending time outdoors with her family.

    Ms. Kristin has been with the Goddard School since December 2022. She is currently enrolled at Vol State for Elementary Education. She previously attended school at St. John's University in NY for Psychology. Ms. Kristin has several years of experience working with children of various ages. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, dancing, and spending time with her family.

    Ms. Alysha has been with the Goddard School since October 2022. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development from TSU. Mrs. Alysha has been working with children since the age of 17. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, bowling, and shopping.

    Ms. Kathleen has been a vauled member of the Goddard School since October 2024. She brings with her several years of dedicated experience working with toddlers through Pre-K children. Additionally, she is a proud Goddard parent of Beau, who is part of our younger side of the school. In her spare time, Kathleen enjoys engaging in games, listening to podcasts, reading and cooking.

    Ms. Jessica joined the Goddard School in May of 2025. She has her Masters degree in Secondary Education from University of North Alabama. Ms. Jessica has many years of experience in Early Childcare and also taught Middle school children. In her spare time, Ms. Jessica enjoys reading, volunteering at a local animal shelter and spending time with her family.

    Ms. Theresa has been a part of The Goddard School since 2022. She recently moved from our Hendersonville location where she taught Pre-K and JK. She embarked on her teaching career over 40 years ago and previsiously served as the Education Director of a church program in Indiana. Ms. Theresa has accumulated experience in various early childhood programs, focusing on Pre-K and JK age children. She holds a CDA and has completed several years of college. In her free time, she enjoys photography and cherishes moments with her two dogs.

    Ms. Megan has been with the Goddard School since June 2023. She studied Early Childhood Education at Vol State and has 7 years of experience working with toddlers through preschool/pre-k. She loves watching the children learn, grow and master new milestones.

    Ms. Beth has been with The Goddard School in Gallatin since 2019. She graduated from Bethel University with her degree in Early Childhood Education. She has over 24 years experience working in Early Childhood Education.

    Ms. Abby has been with The Goddard School in Gallatin since 2020 and has her Associates degree in Early Childhood Education. She brings a helping hand to our preschool community as a dedicated support teacher. With her warm smile and positive attitude, she plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of our classrooms and assisting both teachers and students.

    Ms. Parrin has been with The Goddard School since May 2025. She is a recent graduate of Friendship Christian School and brings two years of experience from the school's Extended Care Program. There, she supported children ages 3 to 11, assisting with everything from homework to playtime and daily routines. She has a natural gift for connecting with children and creating a warm, engaging environment. Passionate about helping young learners grow.

    Ms. Makyia joined The Goddard School in May 2025. Currently a sophomore at Vol State Community College studying Radiology Sonography. She is also working toward her Master's degree in the medical field. With three years of experience in early childhood education, Ms. Makyia brings a caring and dedicated approach to her work with young children. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and is a big fan of the Harry Potter series. Her passion for learning and her warm, energetic presence make her a wonderful addition to our team.

    Ms. Sabrina has been with The Goddard School in Gallatin since 2020 as our Kitchen Manager. Ms. Sabrina has over 20 years experience in the Food Service Industry and is happy to be on campus preparing yummy, nutritious snacks for our little learners! Ms. Sabrina will be greeting all our students in the morning at our check- in table!

    Ms. Liberty has been with the Goddard School since May of 2025. She graduated from Gallatin High School and is currently a sophomore in college at Austin Peay State University studying business. Ms. Liberty has experience working with children of various ages in church and a childcare setting. In her free time, Ms. Liberty enjoys visiting thrift stores and attending church.

    Ms. Kelly has been a part of the Goddard School of Gallatin since June of 2024. With several years of experience in church and home-based programs, she has worked with children of all ages. Her most recent role involved working with three-year-olds. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crocheting and hiking.

    Nicole is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and brings over 11 years of experience working in toddler classrooms. She also spent 2 years as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), supporting children through evidence-based practices. Nicole is passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging environment where young children can thrive and grow. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys hiking with her dogs, knitting, and getting lost in a good book—her all-time favorite children's book is The Very Hungry Caterpillar. A big fan of hockey and Taylor Swift, Nicole brings energy, creativity, and a warm spirit to everything she does.

    Carmen has been working in childcare for seven months and has been a part of The Goddard School family since December 2025. She brings a warm, caring presence to the classroom and is always eager to support children as they learn and grow. Outside of school, Carmen enjoys cooking, spending time with her dog, and keeping things organized and tidy. One of her favorite ways to connect with children is by sharing her favorite book, Owl Babies by Martin Waddell.

    Jasmin brings three years of experience running her own in-home daycare and has been a valued member of The Goddard School family since December 2025. With five children of her own, she brings a wealth of nurturing, hands-on experience to the classroom and is passionate about creating a warm, engaging environment where children can thrive. Outside of school, Jasmin loves exploring new restaurants and enjoys line dancing as a fun way to unwind. One of her favorite ways to connect with children is by sharing her favorite book, Chicka Chicka Boom Boom by Bill Martin, Jr. and John Archambault.

    Makayla has been with The Goddard School in Gallatin since January 2026. She brings over four years of experience working with children and is passionate about supporting their growth and development in a nurturing environment. Makayla enjoys expressing her creativity through drawing, reading, and writing, and she loves sharing her favorite book, Goodnight Moon by Margaret Wise Brown, with her students. Her dedication and creativity help make her classroom a warm and engaging place for children to learn and thrive.

    Kelli Burdick has been with The Goddard School since March 2026. She holds a degree in Special Education from Austin Peay State University. Kelli has worked with children for many years in a variety of roles, bringing experience, patience, and dedication to her classroom. She is passionate about supporting each child’s growth and creating a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. She loves sharing stories and inspiring a love of reading, especially We Don’t Eat Our Classmates by Ryan T. Higgins. Outside of school, Kelli enjoys caring for her six chickens and getting lost in a good book. Her nurturing spirit makes her classroom a joyful place to learn.

    Ms. Jazline joined The Goddard School in October 2025, bringing a year of experience working with children. Before becoming a teacher, she worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she developed a strong sense of care and compassion, qualities she shares with her students every day. She loves helping children learn, grow, and discover new things in a fun and nurturing environment.

    Sara Taylor has been with The Goddard School since February 2026. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from University of Alabama Roll Tide! With five years of experience teaching children from infants through 1st grade, as well as experience as a Montessori educator, Sara is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that support each child’s individual growth and development. Her nurturing approach and strong educational background help foster a classroom environment where children feel confident, supported, and inspired to learn. Outside the classroom, Sara enjoys traveling with her daughter, trying new restaurants together, and spending time in or around the water. She loves sharing her favorite stories, Llama Llama Red Pajama by Anna Dewdney and Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak, with her students. Sara’s warmth and enthusiasm help make her classroom a joyful and engaging place for children to learn and thrive.

    Kaycee has been with The Goddard School in Gallatin since October 2025, she's currently continuing her education at Western Kentucky University, where she's expanding her knowledge and building on her passion for working with children. Before joining us, she spent a year at The Goddard School in Mt. Juliet as a floater gaining valuable hands-on experience in early childhood education.

    Ms. Kayleigh has been a part of The Goddard School of Gallatin since December of 2025. She is currently attending Vol State, where she is working toward her degree in criminology. With three years of babysitting experience, Ms. Kayleigh brings patience, responsibility, and a caring approach to her work with children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, going to the gym, and cooking. Her favorite book is Love You Forever by Robert Munsch.
