Our Goddard School Teachers

Welcome to our School. My family and I are the proud owners of The Goddard School located in West Chester, PA. Our Goddard School opened in 2005 to bring the absolute best in little children's education and care to the West Chester community. My passion was to bring you the same standards and quality in Early Childhood Education and care that I had wanted for our children. I am a graduate of Delaware Valley University, Doylestown (B.A.) and a graduate of La Salle University, Philadelphia (MBA). I am committed to providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for your children to become confident learners as they develop.

Hello! My name is Miss Tiffany, and I began my career at The Goddard School as a Lead Teacher in the Infant classroom in 2020. I am incredibly proud and excited to be assuming the role of Assistant Director. Being the second oldest of eight children, I pride myself on my patience and love for working with children. I have two daughters and grew up in the heart of Downingtown, graduating from Downingtown East High School in 2008. I later attended Peirce College of Philadelphia, where I earned my associate’s degree in paralegal studies. I also worked as an Autistic Support Aide for the Downingtown School District and have participated in numerous professional development trainings. I look forward to working closely with families, supporting our staff, and watching all of your children grow and thrive.

Hi, families! I’m Ms. Mylen, and I’m so excited to be part of the Goddard School family since 2022 and get to know your children! As a mom of two daughters, I understand how important it is for little ones to feel loved, cared for, and supported. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and grew up surrounded by a big, loving family. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my daughters at the park, taking pictures, and gardening. I love creating happy memories and seeing little ones smile!

Hi, families! I’m Ms. Tennille Harris, and I’m excited to welcome your little ones and be part of their learning journey! I have over 20 years of experience working with children of all ages in a variety of settings, including churches, women’s shelters, and community childcare agencies. I’m a graduate of Philadelphia Regional High School and hold an active Child Development Associate (CDA) certificate. I love building strong connections with children and families and supporting their growth through quality care and meaningful learning experiences.

Hi, families! I’m Mr. Tyler, and I’m excited to be part of your child’s learning journey! I’ve been working in childcare for many years and have experience with children of all ages, including children with special needs. I’ve been a preschool teacher since 2019 and earned my master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington, Delaware. I’m passionate about building meaningful relationships with children and creating a positive, enriching learning environment. A fun fact about me: I used to play professional basketball and still love the game!

Hi, families! I’m Miss Abby, and I’m so excited to be your little one’s Infant Teacher! I’ve been part of the Goddard family since 2025 and love helping our youngest learners grow through play, exploration, and lots of love. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from West Chester University and was born and raised in Roxborough. I especially enjoy creating fun, hands-on sensory experiences and building strong connections with children and families throughout the year.

Hi, families! I’m Ms. Ciani, and I’m so excited to be part of The Goddard School family since summer 2022! I’m one of the teachers in the toddler classroom and have loved every moment of getting to know and care for our little learners. With years of experience in childcare, I’m passionate about creating a fun, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. You can often find me signing, dancing, and making special memories with my favorite little friends!

Hello, my name is Kiera, and I have been with Goddard since October 2023. I currently attend West Chester University and when I am not at school I love coming to work and being with the children.

Hi, families! I’m Miss Madisyn, but you can call me Madi! I’m an Infant Teacher and a proud mom of four, so I understand how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your little one. I believe every cuddle, smile, song, and story helps build a strong foundation for learning. I’m so grateful to be part of each child’s early journey and look forward to helping your little one learn, explore, and thrive every day!

Hi, families! I’m Ms. Ann, and I’m so excited to be part of The Goddard School family and support our Pre-K learners as they grow and prepare for their next steps! I’m currently earning my bachelor’s degree in Media & Culture from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. I also have several years of experience working with children through Camp Wawenock, where I supported their social, emotional, and cognitive development. I’m passionate about creating engaging experiences, building strong relationships, and helping children feel confident and cared for each day.

Hi, families! I’m Ms. Lakshmi, and I’m so excited to be part of your little one’s learning journey! With experience as a Montessori teacher, I’m passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel comfortable, learn, and have fun. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Commerce from India and am a proud wife, mother of two, and dog mom to Bruno. I enjoy cooking, gardening, and watching new TV shows!

Hi, families! I’m Ms. Kiairah, and I’m so excited to be part of your child’s learning journey! Coming from a big family of 12, caring for others has always been a big part of who I am. I’m passionate about supporting children as they learn, grow, and create lasting memories. I’m currently furthering my education in Child Development and enjoy caring for the elderly in my free time.
