Our Goddard School Teachers

As the proud on-site owner of The Goddard School of Marshallton, I am excited to welcome your family to our school community. My career as a pediatric speech-language pathologist, has given me the privilege of helping children grow their communication skills during their early childhood years. As a parent myself, I understand how important it is to find a place where your child feels safe, loved, and excited to learn every day. Our mission is to offer families the best school setting for early childhood development and care. We are consistently striving to be the best and welcome your feedback. We are so grateful to be part of your child's learning and development.

I have been with The Goddard School since 2006. I love the families here at The Goddard School and have made lots of lifelong friends with students, teachers, and families. I have my degree in Elementary Education from Kutztown University. In my free time I love to cook and clean and I look forward to doing lots of travel. I find teaching very rewarding and the children have taught me to be flexible. My hope for your child this year is that they will learn, laugh and grow.

I began working at The Goddard School of Marshallton in October 2024. I have been working with young children for most of the last 20 years and in management for almost 10 years. I graduated from Drexel University with a BS in Psychology. I enjoy working as a Director in childcare because it allows me to to make a positive impact on the lives of children. I want to help create a nuturing and safe environment where children can thrive and grow, and where teachers feel supported. Working with children, ensures my days are lively and rewarding.

I have a Child Development Associate Credential and have been with The Goddard School since 2004. I love the nurturing caring environment and curriculum we have here at The Goddard School. I have two loving children Aidan and Mia. They bring me so much joy and help me appreciate the wonders of childhood. In the future I hope to continue my education to obtain a degree in Early Childhood Education. My hope for every child in my classroom is that they feel loved. I look forward to watching them grow and seeing their smiling faces.

I joined the Goddard School Marshallton as an infant teacher in September of 2023. I have been working with infants since 2009. From these experiences, I have learned that young children need a lot of nurturing and patience from their teachers in order for them to thrive. Teaching and caring for children is a passion of mine because it gives me so much joy and fulfillment knowing that at the end of the day I have been a part of their growth and development. I love to read to my students. My favorite book to share with young children is, “Brown Bear, Brown Bear” by Eric Carle. In my free time I love to cook, do puzzles, and read.

I have been with Goddard since June of 2024. I love watching children learn and grow. I have a bachelor's degree in individualized studies. I enjoy spending time with my children, reading and writing poetry. I am excited to learn the personalities of the children in my care as the year go by.

I started with Goddard in the summer of 2024. I have 2 years of prior experience working with children. From my experiences, I have learned how to understand the root behind child behaviors and effectively help them communicate and understand their feelings in addition to regulating their emotions. I love to watch children is "Goodnight Moon."

I have been with Goddard since February 2023. I have been working with children for over 20 years! Making my students feel safe and loved is my top priority. I enjoy reading books and singing songs with my students. I believe that positive and constant communication with both the student and parent is key when working with young children. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family.

I joined the Pretoddler room in May of 20205. I have been working with young children for over 15 years. I love being able to share my interests with students and hopefully inspire them to try or learn about something new. Working with children has taught me how much I can also learn from them, you just need to slow down, watch, and listen. My favorite activities to do with my students include crafts, sensory play, singing, and dancing. Outside of work, I love spending time with my kids, reading, and crafts. My favorite time of year is Halloween!

I joined the Goddard School of Marshallton in January 2025. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Media Arts and Design from James Madison University. I have been working with children for about six years. I look forward to being apart of a team of teachers that help set children up for success in their future. I enjoy knitting, crocheting, reading , baking and cooking. My favorite children's book is "Llama Llama Red Pajama."

I started at The Goddard School of Marshallton in December 2024. I have a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering. I have two sons, one of whom is enjoying his time in the Preschool classroom. After the last few years of working with children, I have learned that every child needs someone to listen to them, appreciate their uniqueness, and give them space to be themselves. In my spare time, I enoy painting and crocheting. My favorite children's books are the Pete the Cat series. My favorite quote is "Behind every child who believes in themselves is a teacher who believed in them first."

I began working at The Goddard School of Marshallton in April 2025. Before starting here, I worked as a teacher in a toddler classroom for over three years. I believe the job of teaching Early Childhood Education is so important because these children are our future and I would like to have a positive impact in their lives. Working in childcare has taught me about the various ways that children learn and the importance of play. My favorite book to read to my class is "Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?" by Bill Martin Jr. One of my favorite quotes comes from Maya Angelou. She said, "Try to be a rainbow in someone's clouds." Outside of the classroom, I enjoy writing poetry, reading, gaming, and listening to music.

I have been with Goddard since November of 2020. My teaching experiences have taught me that an effective teacher is patient and treats their students with kindness and respect. I love to be a part of children learning, exploring, and reaching new milestones. I am currently working on my degree at Delaware County Community College. My future professional goal is to obtain my bachelor's degree in early childhood education. One of my favorite books to read to children is, "If You Give A Mouse A Cookie". During my spare time I like to spend time with my family at the beach and hang out with my puppy Sullivan. A favorite quote of mine is, "Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart".

I have been with Goddard since the summer of 2021. I have been working with children for 12 years. From my teaching experiences I have learned that every child learns in their own unique way and at their own individual pace. I love to do creative art activities and get messy with my students! My favorite children's books are "If You Give A Mouse A Cookie" and "Diary Of A Worm". In my spare time I like to go biking, walking, play cards, and hang out with my bulldog (Pippa) and my friends. A favorite quote of mine is, "Play is the highest form of learning." -Albert Einstein

I started at the Goddard School in Marhallton in April of 2025 in Preschool. I have been working with children for the past two years. I plan on going back to school for Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Working with young children has taught me how big their emotions can be, without the ability to express them fully. Sometimes a hug or snack helps. Being able to be a safe place for the children makes the job feel very worthwhile. I enjoy reading books to the class, and doing all arts and crafts projects. My favorite children's book is "The Kissing Hand" by Audrey Penn. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, baking, and watching movies. My favorite quote is from Soren Kierkegaard: "Life is a journey to be experienced, not a problem to be solved."

I started at The Goddard School of Marshallton in February of 2025. I have been working with children for over eight years. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Education. One of my favorite parts of teaching, is seeing the lightbulb go off when a child learns something new. My favorite book to read to children is "A Bad Case of Stripes" by David Shannon.

I have been with The Goddard School in Marshallton since October of 2023. I have been working with children since 2017. From my teaching experiences I have learned that each child has their own unique personality. I have also learned that patience and consistency are the key to success in early childhood education. Art is my favorite activity to do with my students. My favorite book to read with children is, "If You Give A Mouse A Cookie". In my free time, I enjoy creating memories with friends and family. My favorite activities are baking and going to the beach!

I began working at The Goddard School of Marshallton in March of 2025. I have been working with children for about 5 years. I love getting to see the look of a child's face when they finally figure something out on their own. Working with children has taught me to appreciate the little things in life and a lot of patience. I love to work on science experiments with my students of every age. My favorite book to read to any class is "Where the Wild Things Are" by Maurice Sendak and "The Three Questions", a short story by Leo Tolstoy. Outside of work, I love to go horseback riding, taking care of my EIGHT hermit crabs, and hang out with my friends.

I joined The Goddard School of Marshallton in August 2026, bringing with me ?ve years of experience working with children. I recently earned my Bachelor's degree in Early Grades PreK–4 from West Chester University. I love teaching because school is where children ?rst discover themselves and the world around them, and I want to make that experience a positive one. Every child is wonderfully unique, and learning should be fun! y favorite children's book is "Knuf?e Bunny", and in my spare time, I like to travel, read, and make art. One of my favorite quotes is "I am not afraid of storms, for I am learning how to sail my ship." In the future, I plan to return to school and become a Speech Language Pathologist. Fun fact about me: my birthday is on Halloween!

I joined The Goddard School of Marshallton in September 2026, bringing with me four years of experience working with children. I recently graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor's degree in Business and have a teaching certi?cate for PreK–4. My teaching experience has taught me that every child learns differently and needs a different kind of support, and it has helped me grow into a more patient, ?exible, and understanding teacher. It is so rewarding to create a fun and positive learning environment. My favorite children's book is "There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly". In my spare time, I enjoy dancing, reading, and going to the theater. I especially love performing in musicals and have been part of several shows

I joined The Goddard School of Marshallton in July of 2026. I have been working with children for the last six years. I am passionate about teaching because I love watching the kids grow and let their personalities develop. My favorite activity to do with the children is arts and crafts. My favorite children's books are The Rainbow Fish and The Very Hungry Caterpillar. In my free time, I like to read, hike, and garden. One of my favorite quotes comes from Albert Einstein; "Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value"

I joined The Goddard School of Marshallton in August 2026, shortly after graduating from Southern Virginia University with a Bachelor's degree in Design and Creative Writing. I've spent the past four years working with children in educational settings, and that experience has taught me how much they thrive with consistent routines and with support in learning to regulate their emotions. One of my favorite parts of being a teacher is planning and leading art and craft projects that bring our classroom concepts to life. My favorite children's book is "Little Blue Truck Makes a Friend". Outside of school, you'll ?nd me crocheting, drawing, writing, or on the basketball court — a sport I played all throughout high school and college.

I joined The Goddard School of Marshallton in March of 2026. I have been working with children for three years as a nanny and babysitter. I am currently attending West Chester University to become a registered nurse. I love to color and create art with the children in my classroom. My favorite children's book is "Oh, the Places You'll Go!". My favorite quote is "Be yourself, everyone else is already taken." In my spare time, I enjoy painting and taking yoga classes. I also spend time with my 2 dogs, Sully and Bubba!
