Debra Thompson is the owner and on-site operator of The Goddard School of Weatherly, PA. With 15+ years in early childhood education and a master’s degree from the University of Weatherly, Debra is passionate about fostering a safe, nurturing environment where children develop a love for learning. As a hands-on leader, she connects individually with students, families and teachers. Outside of school, Debra enjoys waterskiing and family time with her husband and three children who all graduated from Goddard!

Sally brings over eight years of experience in early childhood education to her role as Lead Pre-K Teacher at The Goddard School of Atlanta. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and is certified in Pediatric CPR and First Aid. Sally is passionate about creating a classroom where children feel safe, curious, and inspired to learn. Her favorite children’s book is "Where the Wild Things Are" by Maurice Sendak, a story she loves sharing for its spirit of imagination and adventure. Outside the classroom, Sally enjoys baking and hiking with her dog, Max. She looks forward to partnering with families for a joyful year of growth and discovery!
