    On-Site Owner
    I am incredibly excited to serve as the on-site owner of the Goddard School in Chester Springs. Having called the Chester Springs area home for the past fifteen years, and Chester County for over two decades, it's a true privilege to now serve our wonderful neighbors in the community my family and I cherish. My wife, Nicole, and I are deeply committed to The Goddard School's mission: to nurture curiosity, support emotional and social development, and encourage a lifelong love of learning within a safe and supportive environment. We truly believe that every child is a unique and precious gift, and our goal is to provide them with an environment where they can absolutely thrive.     Carissa

    Director of Operations
    Carissa began working at The Goddard School of Chester Springs in March 2025 but is not new to the Goddard Franchise as that is where she started her Early Childhood Education career. She has 18 years of Early Childhood Education experience with 7 years of Childcare management experience. Carissa has a Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State and also holds her Montessori Primary teacher certification and PA Private Academic Teaching License. Carissa’s mission is to foster confidence and creativity in the children she works with. In her spare time she loves reading, taking Spin and Reformer Pilates classes and watching Formula 1 with her son. Her favorite children’s book is “The Rabbit Listened” by Cori Doerrfeld.

    Lead Infant Teacher
    Miss Amanda teaches in our Infant classroom. She has several years experience in childcare and has taken college-level courses in education. Miss Amanda was a stay-at-home mom for several years and missed being around young children. She loves the infant age and watching the students grow into toddlers. When Miss Amanda isn't in the classroom, she enjoys gardening and playing with her two sons. Her favorite children's book is "Biscuit" by Alyssa Satin Capucilli.

    Assistant Director
    Miss Luana previously taught in our Preschool 1 classroom and has nearly 10 years experience in childcare. Miss Luana speaks Portuguese and learned English because of the Jonas Brothers. When she isn't in the office, she enjoys coloring, working out, shopping, and playing with her children. Her favorite children's book is "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" by Eric Carle.

    Lead Infant
    Miss Olivia teaches in our First Steps classroom and has six years of childcare experience. She enjoys being outside and loves to implement learning during exterior play. When Miss Olivia isn't in the classroom, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. Her favorite children's book is "Love You Forever" by Robert Munsch.

    Lead First Steps Teacher
    Ms. Kameron has been working in childcare for nearly six years and loves every moment of watching children grow and learn. She holds a degree in Business but found her true passion in early childhood education. Cameron enjoys long hikes, running, and spending time outdoors especially with a good book on the beach. She shares her home with her beloved animals and brings that same nurturing energy into the classroom. Her favorite children’s book is Teeth Are Not for Biting.

    First Steps Teacher
    Ms. Kylea has been working with children professionally for four years. She began her teaching journey in Colorado with children ages 5 and up and later became an assistant teacher in Pennsylvania, supporting infants through school-age students. She enjoys reading, drawing, painting, and doing makeup in her free time. A former cheerleader for 11 years, Kylea brings energy and creativity into the classroom. Her favorite children’s book is The Rainbow Fish.

    Lead Toddler Teacher
    Ms. Nikki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a post-baccalaureate in Early Childhood Education. With 7–8 years of experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, she brings energy, warmth, and a playful spirit to the classroom. In her free time, Nikki enjoys reading, dancing, spending time with her children, and trying new restaurants. She is a big kid at heart! Her favorite children’s book is Llama Llama Red Pajama.

    Toddlers Teacher
    Miss Priyanka has nearly five years experience and ran an in-home daycare center. Miss Priyanka enjoys children of all ages because they each have their own unique differences that make them special. When she isn't in the classroom, she enjoys spending time with her family. Miss Priyanka's favorite book is "Where the Wild Things Are" by Maurice Sendak.

    Lead Bridge Teacher
    Miss Christine is our Bridge teacher and has over 10 years experience in education. She enjoys being active outside and carries that love of the outdoors in her lessons. When she's not in the classroom, she's spending time with her family and pets. Her favorite children's book is "Where the Sidewalk Ends" by Shel Silverstein.

    Miss Anita teaches in our Bridge classroom and has several years in education. When she isn't in the classroom, she enjoys reading, painting, and spending time with her family. She loves food and traveling. Miss Anita's favorite children's book is "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" by Eric Carle.

    Preschool Teacher
    Miss Kayla teaches in our Preschool 1 classroom. She has been in childcare for several years and has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Ursinus College. Miss Kayla has a big heart for animals and loves her pets; she has three cats, one dog, and a tiny lizard. She also enjoys reading. Her favorite children’s book is "The Giving Tree" by Shel Silverstein.

    Miss Helen is our Preschool 2 teacher and has over five years of childcare experience. She also holds a bachelors degree in early childhood education and special education. When Miss Helen is not in the classroom, she enjoys painting and doing crafts. Her favorite book is "Mooncake" by Frank Asch.

    Preschool Teacher
    Miss Rashmi is our assistant in the Preschool 2 and has been in childcare for several years. She was a summer camp counselor in New York where she taught the Hindi language and Indian culture. Miss Rashmi loves crafting, going on road trips, and listening to music. She loves spending time with her children and family. Her favorite children’s book is “Pinkalicious” by Victoria Kann.

    Lead Pre-K Teacher
    Miss Cassie teaches in our Pre-K classroom. She discovered her passion for teaching when she taught swimming lessons. She has several years of childcare experience and is currently in school. When she isn't in the classroom, she enjoys spending time with family, watching movies, and hiking. She also loves snuggling her one-eared cat, Mushu. Miss Cassie's favorite children's book is "Guess How Much I Love You" by Sam McBratney.

    Pre-K Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Preethi holds an M.S. in Computer Science and began her career in the IT industry. She later discovered a passion for education and transitioned into tutoring before finding her calling in the preschool setting. She enjoys singing, playing Batman with the children, and sharing in their laughter and jokes. Her favorite children’s book is Dr. Seuss’s The Gingerbread Man.

    Resource Teacher
    Miss Lakshmi teaches in our First Steps room and has nearly five years of childcare experience. She loves children of all ages but prefers the younger age because she loves watching them grow. When she’s not in the classroom, she enjoys listening to music and spending time with her own children. Miss Lakshmi’s favorite children’s book is “The Very Hungry Caterpillar” by Eric Carle.

    Resource teacher
    Ms. Jaydan has many years of experience as a swim instructor and has also worked at another early childhood center. She is currently studying to become a teacher and hopes to one day teach kindergarten. In her free time, Jaydan enjoys crocheting, reading, hiking, and spending time with her family. Her favorite children’s book is Chrysanthemum by Kevin Henkes, which she loves for its message about self-confidence and kindness.

    Lead Preschool 1 Teacher
    Ms. Izzy has over three years of experience in early childhood education and a background as a nanny. She is currently pursuing a degree in Global Studies and German at Arizona State University. Before entering the field of education, Izzy proudly served in the U.S. Army. She now channels that same dedication and discipline into her work as a competitive bodybuilder. when not in the classroom Ms. Izzy’s favorite children’s book is If You Give a Mouse a Cookie by Laura Numeroff.

    Hailey

    Resource teacher
    Ms. Hailey is a rising senior at Saint Joseph’s University, where she is majoring in Child and Family Studies. Her passion for working with children shines through in everything she does, and she’s excited to bring her growing knowledge and warm energy into the classroom each day. Outside of school and work, Hailey enjoys going to the gym, drawing and coloring, and trying new things! Her favorite children’s book is If You Give a Mouse a Cookie by Laura Numeroff.
