    I am excited to be the new on-site owner at The Goddard School, Chadds Ford! I have been part of the Goddard Family for the last 20 years as my wife owns and operates The Goddard School in Exton. Our two children are Goddard Graduates and are now in high school. Together we will work to create an environment that is welcoming, warm, safe and nurturing!

    Director of Education
    Mrs. Savannah holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Elmira College and a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Grand Canyon University. She previously worked at The Goddard School in Exton for six years, serving in various roles including floater, assistant teacher, lead teacher, and office assistant. Mrs. Savannah especially loves science and creative arts activities, as she enjoys watching children learn and grow through exploration and discovery. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two cats. She loves camping and exploring the outdoors whenever possible and has a passion for scrapbooking, paper crafting, and organizing. Mrs. Savannah is excited to partner with families and help create a high-quality educational experience where every child feels happy, supported, and ready to learn.

    Mrs. Jenn is the Director of Operations at The Goddard School of Chadds Ford and has been part of the Goddard family since 2013. She brings 22 years of experience in the childcare field and is committed to supporting high-quality programming, strong family partnerships, and overall school excellence. She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential from Neumann University and is pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education at Delaware County Community College. Mrs. Jenn oversees daily operations, health and safety practices, licensing compliance, and Keystone STARS requirements to ensure a secure and nurturing environment for all children. Inspired by her sister, who has Down syndrome, she is passionate about supporting children of all abilities and creating meaningful learning experiences. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her husband and cheering on their two children at sporting events, as well as supporting the Eagles, Phillies, and Penn State.

    Kindergarten Teacher & Assistant Director
    Ms. Diana holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from West Chester University and is certified to teach children from Pre-K through fourth grade. She has been a member of The Goddard School community for 11 years and serves in a dual role as Kindergarten Teacher and Assistant Director. Ms. Diana is passionate about making a positive impact on children’s lives and inspiring a love of learning as they grow. Her favorite part of the day is story time, where she enjoys reading with students and engaging them in thoughtful discussions. She values the opportunity to support children’s development while building strong relationships with families and staff.

    Preschool Lead Teacher & Office Assistant
    Ms. Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts with an emphasis in Special Education and Speech Therapy from West Chester University. University and has over 20 years of experience working with children. Her background includes childcare, ABA therapy, summer camp programming, and coordinating services for children and young adults with special needs. Ms. Megan is passionate about building trusting relationships and creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel supported as they learn and grow. She enjoys hands-on, exploratory activities, especially art, science, and STEAM based learning. What she values most about The Goddard School is its play-based approach and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with children and their families.

    Pre Kindergarten Lead Teacher
    Mr. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (Pre-K–4) from Penn State University and earned her teaching certification in 2014. She has been a member of The Goddard School community for 10 years and previously volunteered at Linwood Elementary School. Ryan enjoys watching children learn and grow, and her favorite part of the day is Morning Meeting, where she connects with students and helps set a positive tone for the day. What she values most about working at Goddard is the strong sense of community among teachers, families, and students. Outside of the classroom, Ryan enjoys movies and learning more about film.

    Get Set Lead Teacher
    Ms. Carrie studied Early Childhood Education (Pre-K–4) at West Chester University and has over 10 years of experience working with young children. She has been a member of The Goddard School of Chadds Ford team since August 2019 and previously worked as a babysitter and summer camp counselor. Ms. Carrie is passionate about supporting children’s growth during these important early years by fostering curiosity, social-emotional development, and a safe, nurturing environment. Her favorite moments are the meaningful connections she builds with children, from morning meeting to celebrating new accomplishments. She especially values forming lasting relationships with families and watching children grow from infancy through kindergarten.

    Infant Lead Teacher
    Mrs. Samantha is the Lead Teacher in the Precious Pandas infant classroom. She earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) certification in 2018 and is certified in CPR, First Aid, and Safe Sleep practices. With more than 12 years of experience in childcare, she began her career as a summer camp instructor and has spent the past seven years specializing in infants and toddlers. Mrs. Sam finds deep fulfillment in supporting children as they reach developmental milestones and is dedicated to creating meaningful learning experiences that shape their futures. She values the strong relationships she builds with children and families at The Goddard School. Her favorite children’s book is I’ll Love You Forever. Outside of work, she enjoys walking trails with her two daughters—who also attend The Goddard School—and their two dogs.

    Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Riley graduated from Sun Valley High School in 2023 and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education at West Chester University. She brings hands-on experience from years of babysitting and working as a summer nanny for a family of three children. Ms. Riley became a teacher because he is passionate about making a positive difference in each child’s life and serving as a strong role model. Her favorite parts of the day are circle time and arts and crafts, where she enjoys engaging with students in meaningful ways. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Riley loves to travel and has visited Europe, the Caribbean, and Mexico.

    Pre - Kindergarten Lead Teacher
    Miss Sadie is a Teacher at The Goddard School of Chadds Ford and a graduate of Downingtown West High School. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from West Chester University. During high school, she gained hands-on experience through her technical program, working alongside teachers in both a local preschool and an elementary school. Miss Sadie’s favorite children’s book is The Cat in the Hat by Dr. Seuss. She has played softball for 14 years and volleyball for 5. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys hiking with her dog, spending time with her younger brother, and being a proud mom to her daughter, who also attends The Goddard School.

    Older Toddler Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Rachel is currently a student at Delaware County Community College, where she is pursuing an associate degree in Business and plans to continue her education toward a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She has been a member of The Goddard School community for over two years and is also a Goddard parent. Ms. Rachel enjoys working with children and supporting them as they reach new milestones. Her favorite parts of the day include outdoor time and dance parties, where she loves engaging with students in active, joyful learning. She especially enjoys watching children grow and develop from infancy through the preschool years.

    Ms. Jill brings a unique and well-rounded background to early childhood education, with over 25 years of experience working with children from infancy through kindergarten. Her career began in the dental field, including work in pediatric dentistry, which inspired her passion for working with children. She later transitioned fully into early childhood education and has been a valued member of The Goddard School team for nine years. Ms. Jill enjoys building meaningful connections with children and their families and finds great fulfillment in enriching their lives each day. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.

    First Steps Lead Teacher
    Ms. Bree has earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and holds certifications in CPR, first aid, fire safety, and safe sleep practices. She brings about nine years of experience working with children in a variety of settings, with a focus on supporting social-emotional development and meeting each child’s individual needs. Ms. Bree is passionate about teaching and finds great joy in watching her students grow while building strong connections with children and their families. What she loves most about working at The Goddard School is the children and the warm, supportive relationships shared between families and staff. She looks forward to continuing her education in early childhood and growing in her teaching career.

    Get Set Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Alex holds certifications in CPR, first aid, fire safety, and safe sleep practices, and also earned a certification in massage therapy in 2018. She brings nearly 10 years of experience working with children of all ages and abilities through roles in childcare centers, private nannying, tutoring, Special Olympics, and youth theater education. Ms. Alex is passionate about supporting children as they reach new milestones and build confidence in their abilities. She values the collaborative, supportive team environment at The Goddard School and enjoys working together to provide meaningful learning experiences. Ms. Alex brings creativity and enthusiasm into the classroom, inspired by her background in theater.

    Ms. Jackie holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in 2024. She has over 10 years of experience in childcare, most of which has been spent as a Lead Preschool Teacher. Ms. Jackie is passionate about teaching and finds joy in watching children learn new skills and grow in confidence. At The Goddard School, she enjoys implementing the Wonder of Learning™ curriculum and creating engaging activities and projects for her students. She also values the strong relationships she has built with children, families, and colleagues.

    Preschool Lead Teacher
    Mr. Baileigh graduated from Philomath High School in Oregon in 2020 and holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. His childcare experience began as a teenager through babysitting and job shadowing primary school counselors, and he later served as a Preschool Assistant Teacher for two years and a Lead Teacher for one year. Mr. Baileigh was inspired to become an educator by helping his brother, which shaped his passion for supporting children through individualized teaching approaches. He appreciates The Goddard School’s strong commitment to safety, quality, and adherence to state regulations. Mr. Baileigh enjoys creating a supportive learning environment that meets the unique needs of every child.

    Mr. Tony holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and has been a valued member of The Goddard School in Chadds Ford for nearly eight years. He enjoys drawing with the children and getting to know their personalities, interests, and goals through their artwork. Mr. Tony finds it especially rewarding to watch each child grow and develop in their own unique way throughout the year. He values building strong connections with his students and supporting their individual creativity. Outside of the classroom, he is a devoted fan of an Italian fourth-division soccer team.

    Preschool Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Sandy earned an Early Childhood Development competency degree from Delaware County Community College. She brings a diverse background in education, having worked as a Lead Teacher at a learning center and as an Instructional Aide in public schools. Ms. Sandy enjoys helping children learn and grow while having fun and discovering new things. Her favorite part of working at The Goddard School is the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team of dedicated educators. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys camping, spending time with her step-grandson and pets, and learning about new places and ideas.

    Assistant First Steps Teacher
    Ms. Cadeyn has worked with children throughout high school, including serving as a Lead Preschool Teacher at Garnet Valley Gymnastics and providing babysitting and nannying care for children from infancy through the teen years. She is passionate about helping children grow, building trust, and creating a classroom environment where students feel safe, supported, and excited to share their day. Ms. Cadeyn enjoys forming meaningful connections and watching children gain confidence as they develop. Her favorite part of working at The Goddard School is being part of a supportive, caring team that truly puts children first. She plans to attend Neumann University to pursue a degree in nursing, with the goal of becoming a pediatric nurse.

    Ms. Christine holds an associate degree in Early Childhood Education and brings over 30 years of experience working with young children. Her background includes serving as Assistant Director and Director of a preschool in Philadelphia, as well as owning and operating her own preschool in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania. Ms. Christine is deeply passionate about supporting families and guiding them through their early childhood journey. She values building strong, meaningful relationships with both families and colleagues at The Goddard School. Ms. Christine is dedicated to creating a nurturing and supportive environment for every child in her care.

    Lead Pre Toddler Teacher
    Ms. Peyton holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she developed a strong understanding of how children learn, grow, and thrive. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom where every child feels valued and encouraged to explore. Ms. Peyton believes hands-on experiences, creativity, and meaningful connections are key to helping young children develop important skills while having fun. She looks forward to partnering closely with families and fostering strong communication throughout the school year. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active.

    Assistant Infant Teacher
    Ms. Julaiah has completed coursework and training in early childhood education and is certified in CPR and First Aid. She is committed to ongoing professional development to strengthen her skills in child development, classroom management, and creating safe, nurturing learning environments. Since 2017, she has worked with children in a variety of roles, including preschool photographer, toddler teacher, and infant room assistant, supporting children from infancy through school age. She chose early childhood education because she enjoys helping young children learn, grow, and feel supported during these important developmental years, and she especially loves leading creative crafting activities. She values The Goddard School’s play-based, nurturing approach and looks forward to building strong relationships with children and families
