    I am excited to be the new on-site owner at The Goddard School, Chadds Ford! I have been part of the Goddard Family for the last 20 years as my wife owns and operates The Goddard School in Exton. Our two children are Goddard Graduates and are now in high school. Together we will work to create an environment that is welcoming, warm, safe and nurturing!

    Director of Education
    Mrs. Savannah holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Elmira College and a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Grand Canyon University. She previously worked at The Goddard School in Exton for six years, serving in various roles including floater, assistant teacher, lead teacher, and office assistant. Mrs. Savannah especially loves science and creative arts activities, as she enjoys watching children learn and grow through exploration and discovery. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two cats. She loves camping and exploring the outdoors whenever possible and has a passion for scrapbooking, paper crafting, and organizing. Mrs. Savannah is excited to partner with families and help create a high-quality educational experience where every child feels happy, supported, and ready to learn.

    Director of Operations
    Mrs. Jenn is the Director of Operations at The Goddard School of Chadds Ford and has been part of the Goddard family since 2013. She brings 22 years of experience in the child care field and is committed to supporting high-quality programming, strong family partnerships, and overall school excellence. She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential from Neumann University and is pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education at Delaware County Community College. Mrs. Jenn oversees daily operations, health and safety practices, licensing compliance, and Keystone STARS requirements to ensure a secure and nurturing environment for all children. Inspired by her sister, who has Down syndrome, she is passionate about supporting children of all abilities and creating meaningful learning experiences. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her husband and cheering on their two children at sporting events, as well as supporting the Eagles, Phillies, and Penn State.

    Kindergarten Teacher & Assistant Director
    Mrs. Diana serves in a dual role as both the Lead Kindergarten Teacher and an Assistant Director at The Goddard School of Chadds Ford. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Education from West Chester University and holds certification to teach pre-K through fourth grade. Mrs. Diana has been part of the Goddard School community since 2014 and continues to be a valued member of our team. Her favorite children’s book is Dragons Love Tacos, and she loves spending quality time with her husband and two children, watching them learn, grow, and explore the world together.

    Preschool Lead Teacher & Office Assistant
    Ms. Megan is a Lead Teacher at The Goddard School of Chadds Ford and has been part of the Goddard family since 2010. She graduated from West Chester University with a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and previously worked with Easter Seals, supporting children with diverse needs. Her favorite children’s book is Chicka Chicka Boom Boom, and she enjoys creating hands-on, engaging learning experiences in the classroom. Outside of school, Ms. Megan loves nature walks, attending the Renaissance Faire, and spending time with her two children and husband. She is also passionate about crafting, sewing, and theater, bringing creativity into everything she does.

    Pre Kindergarten Lead Teacher
    Mr. Ryan is the Lead Pre-K Teacher at The Goddard School of Chadds Ford. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Childhood and Early Adolescent Education for Pre-K–4 and is certified to teach Kindergarten through fourth grade. Before joining Goddard, he worked as a preschool teacher’s assistant, a tutor for the Huntington Learning Center, and supported students at Linwood and Stonehurst Elementary Schools. Mr. Ryan values creating individual connections with each child to understand their strengths and help them reach their fullest potential. For the past 10 years, he has brought enthusiasm, creativity, and fun to his classroom. He met his wife at Goddard, and their two boys are now proud Goddard students.

    Get Set Lead Teacher
    Ms. Carrie is a Lead Teacher at The Goddard School of Chadds Ford and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Early Grades Preparation with a minor in Special Education at West Chester University. Before joining Goddard, she worked as a Pre-K assistant teacher at KinderCare, provided nanny services to local families, and served as a camp counselor for Concord Township. In her free time, Ms. Carrie volunteers with the Epilepsy Foundation and enjoys hiking, skiing, traveling, and spending time at the beach with her family and friends. Her favorite children’s book is If You Give a Mouse a Cookie.

    Assistant Teacher
    Miss Riley is currently studying Early Childhood Education at West Chester University. She is a graduate of Sun Valley High School and brings valuable childcare experience to The Goddard School of Chadds Ford. Before joining Goddard, she worked as a nanny for a family of three, babysat for many years, and gained additional experience working at Lima Estates Retirement Home. Her favorite children’s book is Little Pea by Amy Krouse Rosenthal. Miss Riley lives with her parents, her younger brother Mason, and their dog Buddy. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending relaxing days at the beach.

    Infant Lead Teacher
    Mrs. Samantha is the Lead Teacher in the Precious Pandas infant classroom. She earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) certification in 2018 and is certified in CPR, First Aid, and Safe Sleep practices. With more than 12 years of experience in childcare, she began her career as a summer camp instructor and has spent the past seven years specializing in infants and toddlers. Mrs. Sam finds deep fulfillment in supporting children as they reach developmental milestones and is dedicated to creating meaningful learning experiences that shape their futures. She values the strong relationships she builds with children and families at The Goddard School. Her favorite children’s book is I’ll Love You Forever. Outside of work, she enjoys walking trails with her two daughters—who also attend The Goddard School—and their two dogs.

    Young Toddler Lead Teacher
    Ms. Nicole earned her Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Delaware County Community College and her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Neumann University. She has been part of the Goddard Family since 2011 and has worked in a variety of classrooms throughout her 12+ years with the school. Before joining Goddard, she gained several years of childcare experience as a babysitter. Ms. Nicole is dedicated to creating a caring, supportive learning environment, and she is proud that her two sons also attend The Goddard School, making the community feel even more like home.

    Get Set Assistant Teacher
    Miss Alex attended the Cab Calloway School of the Arts and brings a creative, energetic approach to her work with children. Before joining Goddard, she spent a year working at another childcare center and three years as a nanny. She has been working with children since 2012, when she began teaching theater. Her favorite children’s book is If You Give a Mouse a Cookie! and her favorite color is green. In her free time, Miss Alex enjoys watching football with her dog, Pallas Athena, and relaxing with her family while watching sitcoms.

    Mrs. Jill is an Assistant Teacher who brings both early childhood experience and pediatric care knowledge to The Goddard School of Chadds Ford. She holds a Dental Assistant Certification and previously worked as a Pediatric Dental Assistant before joining Goddard in 2016. With 14 years of experience working with preschool children, Mrs. Jill loves watching their excitement as they learn new skills through hands-on experiences and play. One of her favorite children’s books is Buzzy the Bee, and she enjoys nurturing a love of literacy through daily story time. In her free time, Mrs. Jill enjoys reading, listening to music, cooking, and spending time with her family.

    Older Toddler Assistant Teacher
    Miss Rachel is an Assistant Teacher and a nursing student at Delaware County Community College. Before joining The Goddard School of Chadds Ford, she gained several years of childcare experience through babysitting. She has a daughter, who inspires her passion for nurturing and supporting young children. Miss Rachel’s favorite children’s book is The Mitten, and she enjoys sharing stories with her class. In her free time, she loves vacationing at both the beach and the mountains. Her favorite subject is math, and she enjoys bringing that enthusiasm into the classroom.

    First Steps Lead Teacher
    Miss Brianna is currently pursuing her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, which she expects to complete by May 2025. She plans to continue her education by taking additional early childhood courses. With nearly nine years of experience working with children, she has supported lesson planning, nurtured emotional and social development, and collaborated closely with parents to meet each child’s individual needs. Her passion for teaching motivates her every day, and she loves seeing her students learn and grow. At The Goddard School of Chadds Ford, Miss Brianna enjoys building meaningful connections with the children and appreciates their hugs, smiles, and joyful energy. A fun fact about her is that she loves traveling, exploring new places, and has a strong passion for cars—she enjoys attending car shows and driving stylish vehicles.

    Pre - Kindergarten Lead Teacher
    Miss Sadie is a Teacher at The Goddard School of Chadds Ford and a graduate of Downingtown West High School. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from West Chester University. During high school, she gained hands-on experience through her technical program, working alongside teachers in both a local preschool and an elementary school. Miss Sadie’s favorite children’s book is The Cat in the Hat by Dr. Seuss. She has played softball for 14 years and volleyball for 5. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys hiking with her dog, spending time with her younger brother, and being a proud mom to her daughter, who also attends The Goddard School.

    Older Toddler Lead Teacher
    Miss Jackie earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Neumann University and also holds her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. She is the Lead Teacher in our Two’s program and brings a meaningful combination of experience and compassion to her classroom. Before joining The Goddard School of Chadds Ford, she worked as a before- and after-care teacher and a preschool aide in the Haverford School District. Miss Jackie loves watching children grow, develop new skills, and discover the world around them. Her favorite children’s book is The Very Hungry Caterpillar. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time at the beach, exercising, and making memories with her two daughters.

    Preschool Lead Teacher
    Miss Baileigh earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential for preschool-aged children. Before joining The Goddard School of Chadds Ford, she spent two years working at a childcare center in Fort Washington, beginning as an assistant teacher and later transitioning into a lead teacher role. Her favorite children’s book is The Color Monster, and she enjoys using stories to support children’s emotional development. Originally born in Oregon, Miss Baileigh lived there for most of her life before settling in Pennsylvania. She has a dog named Chip and a cat named Tiana—named after Princess Tiana from The Princess and the Frog!

    Preschool Lead Teacher
    Mr. Tony studied Communication Arts and Journalism at Delaware County Community College and has earned numerous continuing education credits in Early Childhood Education. He also holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. Before joining The Goddard School of Chadds Ford, he gained over ten years of experience working with preschool- and pre-kindergarten–aged children through sports camps, summer programs, and before- and after-care at the YMCA. His favorite children’s book is Oh, The Places You’ll Go! A lifelong hockey player, Mr. Tony enjoys watching the Philadelphia Flyers and traveling to Maine to visit his family.

    First Steps Assistant Teacher
    Mrs. Christine graduated from Delaware County Community College with an associate degree in Early Childhood Learning. Before joining The Goddard School of Chadds Ford, she served as the Director of the Nursery School at Personalized Daycare By Christine, Inc. in Wynnewood and at Les Petite Cherubs in Philadelphia. Christine brings a joyful spirit to the classroom—her upbeat personality is infectious, and she truly knows how to have fun with every child in the program. She loves watching children learn, grow, and explore each day, and her enthusiasm creates a warm and engaging environment for all.

    Assistant Teacher Infant Room
    Miss Cadeyn has been committed to working with children since high school. She has experience as a lead preschool teacher at Garnet Valley Gymnastics and has provided babysitting and nanny services for children ranging from infants to teenagers. Her passion for early childhood education comes from wanting to witness children’s growth, build trusting relationships, and create joyful moments each day. At The Goddard School of Chadds Ford, she values the genuine care shared among staff and students, fostering a warm and supportive environment. Miss Cadeyn has always aspired to work with children and hopes to become a pediatric nurse—an ambition inspired by her desire to help children like her sister, who has a heart condition.

    Preschool Assistant Teacher
    Mrs. Sandy received her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in 2025. Before joining The Goddard School of Chadds Ford, she worked as an assistant teacher at another childcare center, gaining valuable early childhood experience. Her favorite children’s book is The Little Engine That Could, a story that reflects her own positive and encouraging approach in the classroom. Mrs. Sandy has a dog named Molly and two cats, Spooky and Mia. In her free time, she enjoys camping, crafting, watching NASCAR, and spending quality time with her grandson.
