    Pat Bergbauer is a native Philadelphian - a graduate of St. Joseph's University (B.A.) and a graduate of Villanova University (M.A.). She was formerly a publishing /educational program director and editor for professional health-care/scientific associations. Pat waited four years to own a Goddard School. Through the entire process, Pat was most impressed with Goddard's emphasis on "children first," a developmentally appropriate curriculum, and Goddard's rigorous quality assurance program. Pat loves children, and enjoys spending her day surrounded by their spontaneity, curiosity and creativity. She tells friends that her favorite names are "Mom" and "Aunt Pat." Now "Miss Pat" is added to that list!

    John Ladman is a native New Yorker who graduated from New York University and received a Ph.D. from Indiana University. He is an emeritus professor of anatomy and neurobiology at the University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University School of Medicine. John formerly chaired the Department of Anatomy at the University of New Mexico after teaching at the University of Tennessee and at Harvard Medical School. He is the proud grandfather of Lacey and Cody who live in Albuquerque.

    Melissa Flowers is the Executive Director at the Goddard School in Blue Bell. Melissa has been a valued member of our program since April 2004. She is a graduate of Villanova University with a Bachelor's Degree in Education, as well as a Masters Degree in Public Administration. Melissa has two boys, Jacob and Kevin, who have both graduated from Goddard. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys reading, watching Flyers hockey, and spending time with her family.

    Sarah S. is the Assistant Director at the school, as well as the Lead Teacher in our Pre-K classroom. Sarah has been a valued member of our program since January 2015. She received her Associate's degree in early childhood education from Montgomery County Community College and her Bachelor's degree from West Chester University. She also has a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education from West Chester University. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys reading, walking her dog, and spending time with family and friends. Her favorite children's story has always been "The Rainbow Fish" by Marcus Pfister.

    Kellesha S. is an Assistant Teacher in our Pre-K classroom. She is currently attending Community College of Philadelphia, seeking a degree in Early Childhood Education. In her spare time, Kellesha enjoys singing and making music, creating artistic pieces, and spending time with family. Her favorite children's story has always been "Duck for President" by Doreen Cronin.

    Julia C. is one of the Lead Teachers in our Preschool classroom. She has been a valued member of our program since August 2015. Julia is a graduate of Chestnut Hill College, where she received her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. In her spare time, Julia enjoys going out to dinner with friends, hiking and taking pictures. Her favorite children's story has always been "Green Eggs and Ham" by Dr. Seuss.

    Marlee C. is one of the Lead Teachers in our Preschool classroom. She has been a valued member of our program since August 2003. Marlee is a graduate of the State University of New York College at Potsdam with a Bachelor's degree in elementary education. In her spare time, Marlee enjoys reading, exercise and scrapbooking. Her favorite children's story has always been "The Kissing Hand" by Audrey Wood.

Melissa received her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from The University of Arizona in November 2021. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys crafting, baking and shopping. Her favorite children's story has always been "The Giving Tree" by Shel Silverstein.

In her spare time, Gia enjoys baking, hiking at different state parks, and reading. Her favorite children's story has always been "If you Give a Mouse a Cookie" by Laura Numeroff.
