    On Site Owner
    Miss Kim is the dedicated on site owner here at The Goddard School in Wayne although she is also an owner of the Fairfield location. She works daily here at the school alongside our Educational Director to ensure excellence is being delivered at all times. Kim graduated from Rutgers University with Bachelor of Arts and Master of Education degrees. She is a certified teacher and Reading Specialist. Miss Kim possesses a degree in Business, as well. She worked in a public school before opening The Goddard School® located in Wayne. She is also CPR and First Aid certified. Miss Kim is the mother of two boys.

    Josephine

    Educational Director
    Miss Josephine has been the Educational Director of The Goddard School in Wayne since June 2013. Prior to coming to Wayne, Ms. Josephine taught Kindergarten for three years at The Goddard School in Rancho Cordova, California. She graduated from William Paterson University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Elementary Education. Ms. Josephine is also a certified teacher in both New Jersey and California. She has completed numerous graduate level courses at both William Paterson University and UCLA. She is CPR and First Aid certified and a member of NAEYC. When not at school Miss Josephine enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two children, Hannah & James.

    Assistant Director
    Miss Marissa is very excited to return to The Goddard School. She has worked in the education field for the last ten years in various roles. Her goal is to create learning experiences through play that foster creativity, curiosity, and compassion! Miss Marissa enjoys seeing the growth of each individual child as they move up through our program. In her spare time you can find her engaging in fun activities with her own two kids, reading the latest mystery novel, or baking yummy desserts for her family.

    Curriculum Specialist
    Miss Victoria has worked in the childcare field for over fifteen years and has enjoyed every minute! Miss Victoria has experience with children aged 6 weeks- 5 years, and she has a degree in Early Childhood Education. Miss Victoria finds a passion in working with children and loves to be creative. It is always a fun-filled adventure in her class! When Miss Victoria is not at school she enjoys spending time with her husband and five young children: Sophia, Bryce, Adrianna, Shane and Emilia.

    Resource Teacher
    Ms. Daniella joined the Goddard family as an assistant teacher. She has experience working with young children and a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. She loves engaging and getting to know each child. When she’s not in school, Ms. Daniella enjoys going to the beach, shopping, and spending time with her two boys and husband. Her dream is to one day visit Italy with her family.

    Miss Hope joined The Goddard School in Wayne in the summer of 2021. She has many years of experience working with young children. She brings a sense of warmth to our Infant and First Steps classrooms. Miss Hope enjoys engaging with the children and getting to know them as individuals. When she is not at school, Miss Hope enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter.

    Lead Infant Teacher
    Miss Megan joined our faculty in 2015 as the Assistant Teacher in the toddler classroom. Miss Megan has worked with children for over 9 years, which includes working at a developmental daycare for special needs at the ARC of Morris. Miss Megan has two daughters, and has a passion for art and reading. Miss Megan looks forward to watching your children grow each and every day!

    Assitant Infant Teacher
    Ms. Ali has been working in the childcare field for five years. She has mostly spent her time working as a Toddler Teacher. She is very passionate about working with children and providing them with a safe place to grow and develop. Her goal has always been to spread as much love and positivity to all the children in her care. Outside of work Ms. Ali teaches Contemporary Dance, Jazz and Ballet to children starting at age 2 and all the way up to their teens!

    Assistant Infant Teacher
    Ms. Cathy has many years of experience with children from infants through elementary school. She has her degree in Early Childhood Education. She enjoys being with the infants and experiencing their “firsts” with them. When she’s not working, her 4 children keep her on her toes. They are a bilingual household and speak Spanish and English. She enjoys watching documentaries in her spare time and spending time with her family.

    Lead Toddler Teacher
    Miss Emily joined The Goddard School in Wayne in January of 2022. She has many years of experience working with young children as well as a degree in Early Childhood. She loves creating routines and experiences to help her babies grow and develop into toddlers. You can always hear Miss Emily singing to her babies! When she is not at school, Miss Emily enjoys reading, walking, and watching tv.

    Lead Twos Teacher
    Miss Stephanie joined The Goddard School in Wayne in the Spring of 2022. She has worked with young children for a number of years and is excited to be back in the classroom after staying home with her two girls. She loves creating fun activities for young children to help them thrive and grow! When she is not at school, Miss Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family.

    Miss Breanna joined The Goddard School in Wayne in January 2021. She has worked in all of our classrooms and enjoys getting to know each child. She especially loves working in the infant room alongside Miss Megan. When she is not at school she enjoys spending time with her friends.

    Lead Twos Teacher
    Ms. Kianna worked with children before covid in early 2020 and is excited to be back to working with children again. She graduated from Montclair State University in May 2023, with a bachelor’s degree in Education and minor in Family Science & Human Development. Ms. Kianna is currently in process of getting her teaching certification and hopes to go back to school to earn her Masters. Outside of school, Ms. Kianna loves to spend time with her baby, go out to eat, travel, and shop!

    Assistant Twos Teacher
    Ms. Viviana joined Goddard School in March of 2023. She previously worked in the food industry for many years but decided it was time for a change. Since working here she has made so many memories with the kids she's been with. Ms. Viviana loves to engage with the kids and get to know each of their different personalities. Additionally, she truly enjoys building relationships with her students' parents and gaining their trust to develop strong bonds. When Ms. Viviana is not at work, she loves rewatching Shrek movies, eating out, and living life to the fullest with friends and family.

    Lead Bridge Teacher
    Miss Dalia joined The Goddard School in 2022. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and has many years of classroom experience working with young children. She enjoys doing hands on activities and helping students explore inquiry skills with science experiments. When she is not at school, Miss Dalia enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons.

    Assistant Bridge Teacher
    Ms. Stephanie has been working in Early Childhood Education since 2017. She has her CDA and loves how each day is different from the next in the classroom. Ms. Stephanie enjoys working with toddlers and engaging with each child, learning about their individual likes and dislikes. You can find her painting or building with the kids. In her spare time, she uses her creativity to make candles. She loves spending time with her son Jamesy. Their favorite thing to do together is go to the water park!

    Miss Brianna has been working with children for the past five years. She is currently in college studying the field of early childhood education. Her favorite thing about teaching is watching children grow and have a better understanding of things they are taught as the school year goes on. Her favorite books are the Junie B Jones series. When she is not at The Goddard School or in college she likes to spend her time traveling with her family.

    Miss Heather has been working with children for over 8 years. She has been a Lead teacher for four of those years. She is currently attending school for Early Childhood Education. She loves watching children express their creativity and truly enjoys reading books with them. In her free time Miss Heather likes to be outside reading and crocheting blankets.

    Lead Pre-K Teacher
    Ms. Melissa has a bachelor’s degree from Roanoke college and has been working with children for over 8 years! She realized how much she loved working with kids when she started working at a summer camp with her family. She decided she wanted to become a teacher, and her heart ended up in Pre-K. When she’s not in school she loves to snuggle with her dog Bear or be in a park hammock reading a good book!

    Assistant Pre-K Teacher
    Mr. Arnaldo, aka Mr. Arnie, is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education at Bergen Community College. He plans on eventually earning a master's degree and becoming an elementary school principal. He has been working in childcare for the last five years. Mr. Arnie loves creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for the children he works with. In his free time, he enjoys playing piano and guitar.

    Miss Jenna joined the Goddard School in October of 2022. She is a full-time college student at Montclair State University pursuing an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education. Miss Jenna loves getting to know all the children watching them grow! Outside of school, Miss Jenna loves to read and spend time with friends and family!

    Miss Hanifa joined The Goddard School in the fall of 2022. She is a full time college student pursuing an undergraduate degree in psychology. She has worked with children in other school settings before and is excited to be a part of our Goddard family.

    Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Joselyn’s passion since she was a little girl has been to become a kindergarten teacher. In 2021, she started working in a daycare, she enjoyed it so much and knew that’s exactly what she wanted to do for her career. She loves being in the infant room and thrives on taking care of the little ones. She grew up helping her mother with her baby brother and sister. On days when she is not working, she enjoys babysitting, coloring, and painting, as well as spending time with her dog and boyfriend and watching her favorite TV shows. She hopes to go to school soon so I can continue her dream of being a teacher.
