Laura is the on-site Owner at The Goddard School, Piscataway, previously working as the Educational Director of the school. She has been at The Goddard School since February of 1996, working first in the classroom before becoming a part of the Administrative Team. She graduated from Rutgers University in 1996 with a degree in Psychology and Sociology and then took classes towards her teacher's certificate in Early Childhood Education at Kean College. Laura has three boys of her own- all Goddard graduates, two who work part-time during their college breaks!

After graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelors degree in Communications and an Associates Degree in Business Administration, Joe spent eight years working at Prudential. Joe earned his Teacher's Certificate and has been teaching honors math at the middle school level since 2001. In May 2018, Joe received his Masters Degree in School Administration at Rowan University. Joe and his wife Laura have three sons who are all Goddard School Piscataway graduates. When Joe is not working he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his sons' baseball and football teams and going to the movies.

Amy joined the team at The Goddard School of Piscataway in 2022. She has an extensive history in early childhood education, having over twenty years of prior experience. Amy spent the previous thirteen years at two other Goddard School locations, as a Director and PreKindergarten teacher. Amy graduated from Raritan Valley Community College with an AAS in Early Childhood Education prior to earning her BA in Organizational Management with a concentration in Education through Ashford University.

Sonal joined the team in September 2022 as our Lead Kindergarten Teacher. She has her Bachelor's Degree in English from Montclair State University. Sonal has always wanted to be a teacher and enjoys working with children as they learn new skills and discover new things.

CONGRATULATIONS ON 15 YEARS WITH THE GODDARD SCHOOL! Staci received her Bachelor's Degree in Education and Sociology. She also has dual certification in Preschool and Elementary Education. Since joining our faculty in 2008, Staci has worked as the Lead Teacher in the Pre-Kindergarten Dinosaur classroom, as well as Lead Teacher of our Summer Camp Program. She is also our Assistant Director.

CONGRATULATIONS ON 20 YEARS WITH THE GODDARD SCHOOL! Jessica has an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Kean University. Since joining the faculty of The Goddard School in 2003, she has worked as an assistant teacher and our Camp Director. Jessica is currently the Lead Teacher in the Preschool Duckling classroom.

CONGRATULATIONS ON 12 YEARS WITH THE GODDARD SCHOOL! Caroline has an Early Childhood Education Certificate from Raritan Valley Community College. Since joining the faculty of The Goddard School in 2011 as an assistant teacher, Caroline has been promoted and is currently the Lead Teacher in the Get Set Panda classroom. The children truly flourish and grow in Ms. Caroline's class.

Sam joined our team in September 2023 as the lead teacher in the infant room. She has been in the early childhood education field for 10 years and has taken classes towards obtaining her CDA certification. In her spare time Sam enjoys spending time with her family including her two boys.

CONGRATULATIONS ON 19 YEARS WITH THE GODDARD SCHOOL! Lynn has her High School Diploma and has completed college coursework. Since joining the faculty of The Goddard School in 2005, Lynn has been an assistant teacher in our youngest classes and has been in the Toddler program for the past several years. Due to her tenured experience and having two children of her own, Lynn is a valuable asset to the Toddler classroom and is currently the Interim Lead Teacher.

CONGRATULATIONS ON OVER 10 YEARS WITH THE GODDARD SCHOOL! Laura has her High School Diploma and has completed college coursework. Since joining the faculty of The Goddard School in 2013, Laura worked as the Kindergarten/PreK assistant teacher and is now the assistant teacher in our Preschool class. She brings her experience as a mother into the classroom as she cares for all of the children.

Colleen is an Assistant Teacher in our Toddler classroom who joined our team in January 2024. Colleen has prior experience working with children from infants up to school age. Currently, Colleen is working towards her degree in Social Work at Rutgers University.

Amber is an Assistant Teacher in our infant classroom who joined our team in February 2024. Amber joins us with prior experience with children of all ages. Amber is currently looking forward to gaining more experience in the field and enrolling in courses in Education!

Leslie joined our team in 2023 and loves to work with children. She has a high school degree and is currently taking classes at Kean University. She enjoys babysitting her own siblings as well as close friends' siblings. Leslie is active and has also worked with children at a soccer camp. She cares for all children and loves to see them smile.

Tyra joined The Goddard team in 2023 to assist with all age groups. She currently works part-time in all classrooms while attending Raritan Valley Community College studying sports medicine. She enjoys working with children and watching them grown and learn.

Ms. Ashley works with us part-time as she continues her education to earn her Master's Degree in teaching. Ashley works in many of our classrooms, but especially enjoys helping in our infant room.

Kaylee joined our team in October 2023 as a part-time Assistant Teacher. Kaylee is currently enrolled at Rutgers University in the Criminal Justice program. She has prior experience working in a child care program with children up to 5 years old.

Ms. Caylin is an afternoon assistant teacher in our Infant classroom. Caylin is currently a senior at Piscataway High School and is also on the school's soccer team.

Mr. Joey has been working part-time at our school during his breaks from college. He is currently in his senior year at Rutgers University where he is studying to earn his degree in Mechanical Engineering. Joey enjoys coloring with the children and playing outside with them.
