Laura has been the on-site Owner of The Goddard School in Piscataway since June 2015, after serving as the Director for the previous fifteen+ years. She has been a part of The Goddard School of Piscataway since February 1996, starting in the classroom before transitioning to the administrative team. Laura holds a degree in Psychology and Sociology from Rutgers University, graduating in 1996, and later pursued coursework towards her Early Childhood Education teacher certification at Kean University. She is an active member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and its affiliate, NJAEYC. Outside of work, Laura is the proud mother of three boys, all of whom are graduates of The Goddard School.

After graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelors degree in Communications and an Associates Degree in Business Administration, Joe spent eight years working at Prudential. Joe earned his Teacher's Certificate and has been teaching honors math at the middle school level since 2001. In May 2018, Joe received his Masters Degree in School Administration at Rowan University. Joe and his wife Laura have three sons who are all Goddard School of Piscataway graduates. When Joe is not working he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his son's baseball and football teams, and going to the movies.

Amy joined the team at The Goddard School of Piscataway in 2022. She has an extensive history in early childhood education, having 20+ years of prior experience. Amy spent the previous thirteen years at two other Goddard School locations, as a Director and PreKindergarten teacher. Amy graduated from Raritan Valley Community College with an AAS in Early Childhood Education prior to earning her BA in Organizational Management with a concentration in Education through Ashford University.

Staci received her Bachelor's Degree in Education and Sociology. She also has dual certification in Preschool and Elementary Education. Since joining our faculty in 2008, Staci has worked as the Lead Teacher in the Pre-Kindergarten Dinosaur classroom, as well as Lead Teacher of our Summer Camp Program. She is also our Assistant Director.

Jessica has an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Kean University. Since joining the faculty of The Goddard School in 2003, she has worked as an assistant teacher and our Camp Director. Jessica is currently the Lead Teacher in the Preschool Duckling classroom.

Caroline has an Early Childhood Education Certificate from Raritan Valley Community College. Since joining the faculty of The Goddard School in 2011 as an assistant teacher, Caroline has been promoted and is currently the Lead Teacher in the Get Set Panda classroom. The children truly flourish and grow in Ms. Caroline's class.

Sam joined our team in September 2023 as the lead teacher in the infant room. She has been in the early childhood education field for 10 years and has taken classes towards obtaining her CDA certification. In her spare time, Sam enjoys spending time with her family including her two young boys.

Lynn has her High School Diploma and has completed college coursework. Since joining the faculty of The Goddard School in 2005, Lynn has been an assistant teacher in our youngest classes and has been in the Toddler program for the past several years. Due to her tenured experience and having two children of her own, Lynn is a valuable asset to the Toddler classroom and is currently the Interim Lead Teacher.

Laura has her High School Diploma and has completed college coursework. Since joining the faculty of The Goddard School in 2013, Laura worked as the Kindergarten/PreK assistant teacher and is now the assistant teacher in our Preschool class. She brings her experience as a mother into the classroom as she cares for all of the children.

Colleen is an Assistant Teacher in our Toddler classroom who joined our team in January 2024. Colleen has prior experience working with children from infants up to school age. Currently, Colleen is working taking classes towards her CDA.

Amber is an Assistant Teacher in our infant classroom who joined our team in February 2024. Amber joins us with prior experience with children of all ages. Amber is looking forward to gaining more experience in the field and has been a wonderful addition to our Goddard team!

Leslie joined our team in 2023 and loves to work with children. She has a high school degree and is currently taking classes at Kean University. She enjoys babysitting her own siblings as well as close friends' siblings. Leslie is active and has also worked with children at a soccer camp. She cares for all children and loves to see them smile.

Amayia joined The Goddard School in March 2025 as an Assistant Teacher. Amayia has previous experience at another Goddard location and working with children of all ages. Amaiya is currently working with our infant class and has been a wonderful addition to our team!

Mr. Jack started working with us in 2022 and will continue during his breaks from college. He is in his freshman year at Kean University where he is studying to earn his degree in Business Management, while also playing football.
