    With over a decade of experience in healthcare, Nerale followed her true passion—supporting children and families through high-quality early childhood education. As a proud mom of two, she is deeply committed to creating a nurturing and enriching environment where every child can thrive. Nerale’s vision is to make The Goddard School of Parsippany the premier early childhood education center in the community. She is dedicated to building strong partnerships between families and educators, fostering a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning space that lays the foundation for future leaders.

    Educational Coordinator
    Meet Ms. Nicole, our Educational Coordinator! She brings creativity, color, and an incredible amount of enthusiasm to early childhood education. With experience spanning the classroom and administration—including her time as an Assistant Director and her valuable work at the Goddard School—Ms. Nicole discovered her true passion: supporting teachers and crafting exceptional learning experiences. Currently finishing her educational degree at Montclair State University, she continues to grow her expertise and stay connected to the latest in the field. Fluent in two languages and knowledgeable in sign language, she loves using all three to connect with children in meaningful and engaging ways. Whether she’s brainstorming hands-on activities, decorating classrooms, mentoring teachers, or developing programs that help children shine, Ms. Nicole is dedicated to making education joyful, inclusive, and unforgettable for learners of every age.

    Lead Teacher - Get Set
    Introducing Ms. Ayomide, our esteemed Lead Teacher in the preschool program at The Goddard School. Happily married and a proud parent of three lovely children, Ms. Ayomide's journey in Early Childhood Education began at Hostos Community College in New York. Currently pursuing her Child Development Associate (CDA), she brings over 14 years of rich experience working with children. For the past 8 years, she has lovingly nurtured young minds at The Goddard School, cherishing every moment of her journey. Ms. Ayomide is deeply passionate about witnessing children's growth and development, considering it a true blessing to be part of their formative years. Join Ms. Ayomide in providing a nurturing and enriching environment where every child can thrive and flourish!

    Lead Teacher - Preschool
    Introducing Mrs. Noran, a vibrant addition to The Goddard School team. Originally from Kabul, Afghanistan, she's lived in Uzbekistan, Canada, and now New Jersey with her husband. Fluent in six languages, including English, French, Turkish, Hindi, Uzbek, and Farsi, Mrs. Noran brings a diverse cultural background to the classroom. With a background in photography and videography, she discovered her passion for working with children while serving as a teacher's aid. Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, Mrs. Noran is eager to contribute to The Goddard School's success. Welcome her as we embark on this enriching journey together!

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Shakila brings over four years of early childhood experience to our Pre-K program. With a background in engineering and two grown children, she discovered a passion for teaching and helping young learners thrive. She is currently enrolled in the CDA program to further strengthen her skills in early childhood education. In addition to her role at Goddard, she also teaches Pre-K children at her church. Ms. Shakila loves bringing painting, creative arts, and sports into the classroom to create a fun and enriching learning environment.

    Lead Teacher
    Meet Ms. Pritee, our Playful Pandas Teacher! Ms. Pritee brings creativity and warmth to our school. With a degree in Architecture specializing in Interior and Landscape Design, she discovered her passion for early childhood education after becoming a mother. She has completed her CDA in Infant/Toddler and is dedicated to nurturing young learners with patience, compassion, and intention. A true lover of the arts, Ms. Pritee enjoys classical singing, drawing, sketching, and playing music—bringing creativity, beauty, and joy into everything she does. Her unique blend of artistic talent and heartfelt care helps create a classroom environment where children feel inspired, supported, and excited to learn.

    Assistant Infant Teacher

Ms. Kelsey is passionate about helping children grow and loves keeping them active through engaging play and movement-based learning.
