Our Teachers

Nerale is the owner of The Goddard School located in Parsippany, NJ. Nerale worked in healthcare for over 10 years but her love for children and quality education brought her to the Goddard School. She is a proud mom of two children and is very passionate about investing her time and energy to help create the foundation of future leaders and build strong communities. Her vision is to have the best early childhood education center in Parsippany and to provide inclusive childcare that brings families and teachers together to create a perfect blend of a safe, nurturing and fun-learning environment for children.

I am delighted to introduce myself as Ashley Chiarella, the new Center Director of the Goddard School of Parsippany. With over 4 years of dedicated experience in the childcare industry, I have found immense fulfillment in nurturing young minds. My passion for education stems from its dynamic nature, where each day presents new opportunities for growth and discovery. Joining the Goddard School of Parsippany marks an exciting new chapter for me. I am eager to embark on this journey of exploration, prosperity, and growth alongside our students, families, and staff members.

We are excited to introduce Miss Stacy, a valued member of our leadership team at the Goddard School of Parsippany. With over 10 years of experience in childcare, including roles as a Director and Assistant Director, as well as time spent as an educator in the public school system, Miss Stacy brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for working with children of all ages. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she is dedicated to fostering the growth and development of each child—socially, emotionally, and academically—through education and play. Miss Stacy believes that every child deserves a nurturing and compassionate environment, and she is committed to creating this for our school community. With her background in psychology and coursework in nursing, Miss Stacy strives to ensure that our school is a safe and welcoming space where children can thrive. She is honored to work together with families in supporting each child’s journey of growth and discovery.

Introducing Ms. Rosa, our enthusiastic Lead Pre-Kindergarten teacher at The Goddard School. Armed with a Master's degree in General Public Administration, her journey in education began as a substitute teacher from 2018 to 2021, where she discovered her passion for working with children. Ms. Rosa firmly believes that children are the future of tomorrow, and witnessing their growth and blossoming each day reinforces this belief. Outside the classroom, she is a dedicated ballet student at the American Swiss Ballet and enjoys staying active through workouts. Ms. Rosa's goal at The Goddard School is to make a positive impact in the lives of her students by preparing them for success and readiness for kindergarten. Meet Ms. Navdeep, a valued member of the Goddard family. With a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Education, and Masters' in History degrees, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as a teacher. Ms. Navdeep's passion lies in igniting curiosity and broadening horizons for her students. Introducing Mrs. Noran, a vibrant addition to The Goddard School team. Originally from Kabul, Afghanistan, she's lived in Uzbekistan, Canada, and now New Jersey with her husband. Fluent in six languages, including English, French, Turkish, Hindi, Uzbek, and Farsi, Mrs. Noran brings a diverse cultural background to the classroom. With a background in photography and videography, she discovered her passion for working with children while serving as a teacher's aid. Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, Mrs. Noran is eager to contribute to The Goddard School's success. Welcome her as we embark on this enriching journey together!

Introducing Ms. Jennifer Tellez, currently dedicated to nurturing infants in our care. While she tends to the littlest ones, she's also pursuing her dream of becoming a Kindergarten Teacher by attending classes. With a lifelong involvement with children, she's practically a natural! Ms. Jennifer's heart swells with joy as she witnesses the growth of each child. She's thrilled to be a part of The Goddard School's team, surrounded by fellow passionate educators. Introducing Ms. Ayomide Hamzat, our esteemed Lead Teacher in the preschool program at The Goddard School. Happily married and a proud parent of three lovely children, Ms. Ayomide's journey in Early Childhood Education began at Hostos Community College in New York. Currently pursuing her Child Development Associate (CDA), she brings over 14 years of rich experience working with children. For the past 8 years, she has lovingly nurtured young minds at The Goddard School, cherishing every moment of her journey. Ms. Ayomide is deeply passionate about witnessing children's growth and development, considering it a true blessing to be part of their formative years. Introducing Ms. Emily! With over a year of expertise in guiding toddlers and more than 5 years of experience working with young children, she's passionate about nurturing your toddler's development. Ms. Vallario brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to our Toddler Class at The Goddard School. With 6 years of experience in childcare, ranging from toddlers to kindergarten, she is dedicated to creating a positive and engaging learning environment for every child. Currently studying for her Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality at Montclair State University, Ms. Vallario's passion for nurturing young minds is evident in her approach to teaching. She is also certified as a lifeguard, ensuring a safe and secure atmosphere for all.

Ms. Anu, an assistant teacher in the Toddler class at The Goddard School. She finds great fulfillment in her role, cherishing the opportunity to cultivate curiosity in young minds. Ms. Anu is committed to creating an inclusive and stimulating environment where toddlers feel inspired to explore and learn. Ms. Elizabeth is a dedicated educator currently studying Sports Management. We are excited to welcome Ms. Briana Wright, our dedicated teacher with six years of experience in early childhood education. Ms. Briana finds joy in building deep connections and relationships with her coworkers, parents, and students, believing that these bonds are vital for fostering children's growth and progress. Her favorite book for children, "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom," reflects her passion for making learning fun and engaging. Currently, Ms. Briana is pursuing her bachelor's degree in criminal justice, driven by a desire to serve and protect her community.
