    With over a decade of experience in healthcare, Nerale followed her true passion—supporting children and families through high-quality early childhood education. As a proud mom of two, she is deeply committed to creating a nurturing and enriching environment where every child can thrive. Nerale’s vision is to make The Goddard School of Parsippany the premier early childhood education center in the community. She is dedicated to building strong partnerships between families and educators, fostering a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning space that lays the foundation for future leaders.

    Meet Ms. Nicole! She brings creativity, color, and an incredible amount of enthusiasm to early childhood education. With experience in the classroom and administration—including her time as an Assistant Director at the Goddard School—Ms. Nicole discovered her true passion: supporting teachers and crafting exceptional learning experiences. Currently finishing her educational degree at Montclair State University, she is continuing to grow her expertise. Fluent in English, Spanish, and knowledgeable in sign language, she loves using all three to connect with children in meaningful ways. Whether she’s brainstorming hands-on activities, decorating classrooms, mentoring teachers, or developing programs that help children shine, Ms. Nicole is dedicated to making education unforgettable for learners of every age.

    Meet Ms. Jeanine! She has been teaching in a childcare setting for four years and brings additional experience from her previous time with the Goddard School. She holds a degree in Sociology from Rutgers University, where she completed educational coursework that she now applies in mentoring and coaching teachers within Goddard’s Wonder of Learning curriculum. Ms. Jeanine is a dedicated educator who believes that children of all ages learn best through effective communication and engaging experiences that inspire curiosity. She enjoys building strong relationships with her students through conversation and inquiry, creating a supportive environment where they feel comfortable expressing their ideas and exploring their interests.

    Meet Ms. Kavitha! She holds a Master’s degree in History and brings over 10 years of experience working with children, including four years at the Goddard School. She is fluent in English and Tamil and also incorporates basic sign language into her teaching, especially with her infant students. Ms. Kavitha believes that children learn best through fun, engaging interactions and meaningful experiences where they feel heard and valued. She loves to sing and dance with her students, creating a joyful classroom environment while supporting their learning and development.

    Meet Ms. Martina! She holds a bachelor’s degree in Education Science and has additional training in emotional intelligence, reflective practices, and intercultural education. Originally from Italy, she taught there for two years before moving to New Jersey, where she has continued teaching for the past three years. Ms. Martina is fluent in English and Italian and is currently working on perfecting her Spanish skills. She believes that early childhood education is one of the most critical periods for social, emotional, and cognitive development, and she is deeply passionate about supporting children during these formative years. She especially enjoys small group time with her students, as it allows her to build meaningful connections, nurture their curiosity, and guide them in developing important life skills.

    Meet Ms Pritee! With a degree in Architecture, specializing in Interior and Landscape Design, she discovered her passion for early childhood education after becoming a mother. She has completed her Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential in Infant/Toddler and is dedicated to nurturing young learners with patience, compassion, and intention. Ms. Pritee speaks English, Hindi, Marathi, and Marwadi, as well as understands Gujrathi. She believes that early childhood education is the foundation of a child's learning journey and seeing children's progress everyday is extremely rewarding. Her favorite time to engage with children is when they are doing art, another passion of hers, where they can express themselves and explore their interests.

    Meet Ms. Sonia! She has been working with children for over 10 years and has been sharing her nurturing and caring nature with the Goddard School of Parsippany for the past four months. Spanish is her primary language, and she is actively strengthening her English skills each day. Ms. Sonia finds great fulfillment in helping children feel safe, loved, and confident as they learn through play, exploration, and meaningful connections. Her favorite time of day is reading with her students, where she creates a calm, comforting environment that encourages imagination and supports language development.

    Meet Ms. Alexandra! With her Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential and 10 years of experience in early childhood education, she brings both fun and compassion to the classroom. Ms. Alexandra believes in the power of hands-on activities and creating meaningful learning experiences through exploration and curiosity. She is passionate about helping children grow in confidence and express themselves in a supportive environment. She enjoys engaging with children through free play and art, encouraging creativity while actively participating in their learning journey.

    Meet Ms. Jessica! She is currently pursuing a degree in Business and Marketing at Essex County College and brings seven years of teaching experience, having worked with children of all ages, to the Goddard School. Ms. Jessica believes that communication is key for every age group in their developmental growth as well as their process of learning. She loves creating a fun learning environment where children are able to thrive in their curiosity. One of the ways in which she engages children's curiosity is through science where students can test their own creativity and imagination through experiments.

    Meet Ms. Ana! She brings one year of prior experience working with children and has been sharing her creative approach with our school for the past four months. Ms. Ana is fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoys incorporating both languages into the classroom, encouraging bilingual learning each day. She is passionate about supporting children as they learn in their own unique ways, especially through hands-on activities like arts and crafts. Ms. Ana loves building strong connections with each child and strives to create a warm, supportive environment where they feel comfortable learning and growing every day.

    Meet Ms Daniela! She is currently pursuing her Business Administration Associates and is also working toward her Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she incorporates both daily to further enrich her students' learning. She has one year of teaching experience, including her four months here at Goddard which she is excited to continue her journey and grow as an educator. Ms Daniela believes in honoring each child's individuality and supporting their unique learning needs. She encourages children to learn through their own experiences and loves using music to create a joyful, engaging, environment.

    Meet Ms. Radhika! She holds a degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and is fluent in English as well as three Indian languages. With over 15 years of experience teaching young children, she has been a valued member of the Goddard School of Parsippany for the past seven months. Ms. Radhika believes that children thrive when they feel safe, valued, and supported, and she is passionate about helping them grow into confident, kind, and curious learners. She especially enjoys spending time with her students as they explore their learning centers, observing how they collaborate, what sparks their curiosity, and the ways they communicate with one another.

    Meet Ms Ayomide! She began her Early Childhood Education journey at Hostos Community College in New York and she is continuing her education by pursuing her Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential. She brings 17 years of experience working with children and for the past 11 years, she has nurtured young minds at the Goddard School of Parsippany. Ms Ayomide speaks Yoruba, understands basic Spanish, and also teaches sign language to her students. She is deeply passionate about children learning in a fun and exciting environment through play, dance, and creative arts!

    Meet Ms. Navdeep! She holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Education, and a Master’s degree in History, bringing a strong academic foundation to her role as an early childhood educator. Ms. Navdeep is fluent in both English and Hindi and has over eight years of teaching experience. She is passionate about helping children grow and succeed, using hands-on learning experiences to support their development and curiosity. She enjoys engaging children through meaningful conversations and interactive play, helping them learn more about themselves and build positive relationships with their peers.

    Meet Ms. Noran! Originally from Kabul, Afghanistan, she's lived in Uzbekistan, Canada, and now New Jersey. Fluent in six languages, including English, French, Turkish, Hindi, Uzbek, and Farsi, she brings a diverse cultural background to the classroom. With a background in photography and videography, she discovered her passion for working with children while serving as a teacher's aid. Ms. Noran fosters meaningful connections with her students by engaging them in interactive activities, thoughtful discussions, and play-based learning, all of which support their developmental growth and social skills.

    Meet Ms. Reema! She brings over six years of experience in childcare, including the past seven months here at our school. Ms. Reema holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Human Resources. She is fluent in both English and Hindi and enjoys incorporating both languages into the classroom to enrich children’s learning experiences and cultural awareness. Ms. Reema believes that children learn best through hands-on experiences and meaningful connections. She focuses on interactive play, engaging conversations, and real-life examples to help children better understand the world around them. Her favorite part of teaching is connecting with children through play—creating opportunities for self-expression, creativity, and imagination in a supportive and nurturing environment.

    Meet Ms Shakila! She brings five years of early childhood experience to the Goddard School of Parsippany's Pre-K program. She has a Masters in Business Administration and is currently enrolled in the Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential to further strengthen her skills in early childhood education. In addition to her role at Goddard, she also teaches Pre-K children at her church. She speaks English, Tamil, and Malayalam as well as basic Spanish and Sign language that she teaches her students. Ms Shakila loves bringiing creative arts and experiments into the classroom to create a fun and enriching experience for her students.

    Meet Ms. Keaghlan, one of our newest co-lead teachers! She is just beginning her teaching journey with our school and brings a genuine enthusiasm for helping children grow and develop in the classroom. Ms. Keaghlan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Journalism and is proficient in sign language, which she incorporates into the classroom each day to support communication and inclusivity. She believes children learn best through curiosity, which is one of the reasons she loves the Wonder of Learning curriculum. Through engaging circle time interactions, Ms. Keaghlan encourages children’s questions and curiosity, helping guide them through meaningful learning experiences.

    Meet Ms. Alejandra (Melissa)! She has been working in a school setting for the past year and brings five years of prior experience as a nanny. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, which she thoughtfully incorporates into the classroom to enrich children’s exposure to and understanding of different languages. Ms. Alejandra believes that a key part of early childhood education is helping children build the confidence to become independent. From infants and toddlers to Preschool and Pre-K, she finds meaningful ways to support each child in developing self-esteem and a sense of independence within their world. Her favorite time to encourage this growth is during arts and crafts, where children are given the freedom to make their own choices and express themselves creatively through art.
