Our Goddard School Teachers

At The Goddard School, family is at the heart of everything we do. As proud owners of our second Goddard School, we are passionate about creating a nurturing, safe, and inspiring environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive each day. As parents of three beautiful children, we understand the importance of finding a school that feels like an extension of home. Our personal experience as parents, help guide our commitment to providing exceptional early childhood education, meaningful relationships, and a strong sense of community for every family who walks through our doors. We are incredibly grateful to be part of the Goddard family and are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of the children, families, and teachers in our community.

Miss Erin serves as our Operations Director, bringing over 22 years of experience in early childhood education and program leadership. She has been a valued member of the Goddard team since 2022. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in Education, giving her a strong foundation in child development, learning, and family support. As Operations Director, Miss Erin oversees the day-to-day operations of our center, ensuring everything runs smoothly while fostering a warm, organized, and nurturing environment. She is dedicated to supporting both our faculty and our families with compassion, consistency, and a genuine commitment to excellence. Outside of work, Miss Erin is the proud mother of two children, and her personal experience as a parent further strengthens her understanding of the importance of providing a safe, caring, and enriching environment where every child can thrive.

Miss Sarah serves as our Education Director and brings over 10 years of experience in early childhood education. She has been a valued member of the Goddard team since 2022 and brings a passion for learning, creativity, and teacher development to our school. She holds a bachelor's degree in Arts with a major in Writing and a minor in Education, combining strong communication skills with a deep understanding of child development and effective teaching practices. In her role, Miss Sarah mentors and supports our teaching team, helping them grow professionally while ensuring every classroom provides engaging, high-quality learning experiences. As the proud mother of one child, Miss Sarah understands the trust families place in their child's education and is committed to creating a nurturing, inspiring environment where every child can learn, explore, and thrive.

Miss Jessica has been a valued member of our Goddard family since 2021. She holds her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, reflecting her dedication to early childhood education and her passion for creating meaningful learning experiences for children. Miss Jessica currently serves as our Assistant Director, where she enjoys assisting families, and working alongside our amazing teaching team. In the afternoons, you can often find her in the office helping with daily operations while continuing to stay connected with our classrooms. She also continues to share her love for teaching as our Lead Teacher in our Pre-K classroom, creating a fun, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. Through both of her roles, Miss Jessica brings encouragement, support, and positive energy to our school each day.

Miss Victoria is our Lead Teacher in our Infant classroom. She has been a valued member of our Goddard family since 2021. With over nine years of experience working with children and an Associate degree in Education, she is dedicated to creating a nurturing and supportive environment for early learners. Her upbeat, positive personality and warm interactions help children feel happy, comfortable, and encouraged each day. Miss Victoria is passionate about providing a safe, clean, and engaging environment where babies can grow, explore, and thrive.

Miss Cristin is our Lead Teacher in our First Step's classroom. She has been a cherished member of our Goddard family since 2019. With over 16 years of experience and a background in Early Childhood Education, she creates a warm, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. As the teacher in our First Steps classroom, she enjoys helping children reach developmental milestones through play, music, stories, and hands-on learning. Outside of school, Miss Cristin is the proud mother of one child, and she values building strong relationships with every child and family.

Miss Hailey is our Lead Teacher in our Toddler classroom. She has been a valued member of our Goddard family since 2023. With over five years of experience working with young children, she brings patience, creativity, and enthusiasm to the classroom every day. One of her favorite activities is painting with our Toddler students, encouraging creativity, self-expression, and hands-on learning.

Miss Lisa is our Lead Teacher in our Two's classroom. Miss Lisa has been a valued member of our Goddard family since 2024. With over 18 years of experience working with children and as the proud mother of three, she brings warmth and care to our Get Set classroom. She especially enjoys reading stories during circle time and helping foster a love of learning in her students.

Miss Donna is our Lead Teacher in our Bridge classroom. Miss Donna has been a valued member of our Goddard School family since 2022. With over 19 years of experience working with children and as the proud mother of two, she brings warmth and creativity to our preschool classroom. She especially enjoys engaging her students in art activities that encourage imagination, self-expression, and hands-on learning.

Miss Olga is our Lead Teacher in our Preschool classroom and has been a valued member of our Goddard School family since 2013. With over 20 years of experience working with children, she brings a unique blend of creativity, passion, and enthusiasm to her classroom. Miss Olga holds an Associate of Arts degree in Music Education, which inspires her to incorporate music, rhythm, and creative expression into her daily lessons. She enjoys creating engaging learning experiences where children can explore, discover, and build confidence. Miss Olga also loves using the HATCH Board to bring technology into the classroom, providing interactive activities that support early academic skills, problem-solving, and a lifelong love of learning.
