    Starting her educational career in the public sector, Lisa spent nine years as a teacher in a variety of different grade levels and then transitioned to administration for an additional five years. She initially earned her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Old Dominion University and then continued on to earn her Masters Degree in Educational Administration from Rutgers University. Joining the Goddard Systems Inc., family in 2004, Lisa has worked collaboratively with her husband Bill to bring quality preschool education to the Marlboro Township community. Lisa is readily accessible for all of the families attending the school and welcomes the opportunity to share the School's philosophy and program with new families. Drawing upon her knowledge of learning and effective implementation of state standards and curricular goals, Lisa strives to provide every child and family a positive educational experience in a warm nurturing environment.

    Director
    Miss Toni's extensive experience in early childhood education makes her the perfect Director for our school! She attended the College of Staten Island of the City University of New York where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and her Master of Science in Elementary Education. After working as an early childhood teacher, she opened her own preschool in Staten Island. Our faculty and students reap the benefits of Miss Toni's comprehensive knowledge of developmentally appropriate teaching techniques and her warm and personable nature make her a favorite of our children!

    Assistant Director
    With more than 12 years of experience Miss Megan joined our faculty as a toddler teacher. She earned her Child Development Associate Certification and joined our administrative team in 2022. Each day Miss Megan devotes her time to support our faculty, students and teachers with whatever they may need. Her nurturing and approachable disposition and gentle interactions show that she always has the children's best interests at heart. Miss Megan is a devoted member of our faculty whose knowledge, sincerety, and competence are a benefit to all members of our Goddard Family!

    Ms Eden

    Lead Pre-K Teacher
    Ms. Eden's effervescent smile is contagious and the children in her class are relaxed and productive as they manage themselves through Learning Centers designed to develop social, motor and cognitive skills. She is a master at getting children to transition or move onto the next activity quickly with ease. Ms. Eden earned her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Kean University in 2015. Skilled at enhancing the numerous varying needs of young children, Ms. Eden allows her students to express themselves through literature, language, science and creative art activities. The children in her care are actively engaged in fun learning adventures that provide them with the foundation needed for success in Kindergarten.

    Lead Preschool Teacher
    Passionate, committed, inspiring, warm, and caring are just a few of the words our families use to describe Miss Brianna! Her energetic approach to teaching and learning invigorates her students and keeps them focused. Recognizing the importance of fostering exploration and choice, Miss Brianna plans lessons inspired by her students' interests and needs. Self-esteem is also fostered through weekly Show and Share presentations and opportunities for the children to express themselves through play. The smiling faces on the children in her class are a clear indication that Miss Brianna's classroom is a joyful and friendly place to be!

    Assistant Pre-K Teacher
    We are so excited to share that Miss Heidi is The Goddard Preschool/Pre-Kindergarten Teacher of the Year for the NorthEast Region! We are proud to have Miss Heidi as a member of our faculty since our doors opened in 2005. She initially spent several years as an assistant teacher in our infant program before transitioning to the role of assistant pre-kindergarten teacher in 2015. Ms. Heidi holds a Bachelors Degree in English with teaching certification from Rutgers University. She is also a proud member of the Kappa Delta Pi Educational Honor Society. With over twenty five years of experience, she brings warmth, patience and an overall love for the children in the classroom every day!

    Lead Get Set Teacher
    Miss Lisa is our Goddard Toddler Teacher of the Year 2022 Northeast Region! An experienced educator, with two grown children of her own, Ms. Lisa stepped in to the role of lead toddler teacher in 2017. Prior to this she worked as a preschool educator for 5 years. She innately meets the individual needs of all the children in her care and makes each child feel as if they are the only one for which she is caring. The fun never ends as Ms. Lisa takes the children on a variety of learning adventures using their imagination or takes them outdoors to enhance their gross motor development. Whatever the activity, Ms. Lisa's children are cared for with genuine love and affection.

    Ms Jasmine

    Lead Toddler Teacher
    Passionate, wise, fair and knowledgeable are just a few of the words used to describe our lead toddler teacher, Miss Jasmine. Beginning her career working with school-age children in Nebraska, Miss Jasmine moved to New Jersey in 2019 and found her love of early childhood education. Always smiling, she engages our toddlers in pretend play, lots of singing and dancing and fosters independence by introducing the children to a wide variety of self-help skills. Our toddlers are eager to come to school to see what fun Miss Jasmine has planned for them each day!

    Assistant Pre-K Teacher
    After obtaining her degree in Early Childhood Education from Brookdale Community College, Ms. Jenn went on to obtain her BA in Educational Studies at Arizona State University. Here, she discovered her passion for working with young children. Her philosophy in teaching is to provide each child with the tools and skills necessary to help them develop socially, emotionally, academically and physically. Miss Jenn works collaboratively with our Lead Pre-Kindergarten teacher to provide the children in her care with a well-balanced, engaging and challenging curriculum that best prepares them for the transition to elementary school.

    Assistant Infant Teacher
    Miss Sandra joined our Goddard Family in 2006. Prior to this she worked for the public schools of West New York for nine years. She has vast experience working with various age groups and is well-versed in the developmental needs of young children. Her warm, loving, nurturing nature makes her a perfect fit to work with young children!

    Ms Susan

    Assistant Infant Teacher
    Ms. Sue earned her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Seton Hall University. She initially worked as a substitute teacher with the Newell School System and became a full time assistant teacher with our school in 2006. Her calm and kind demeanor is perfect for our youngest students. The infants in her care receive an abundance of tender loving care as she strives to provide each child with an abundance of attention and warmth. Possessing a comprehensive understanding of the needs of infants, Ms. Sue adeptly guides each child in achieving their most important developmental milestones.
