Our Goddard School Teachers

My name is John Minar, and I’m the proud owner of The Goddard School in Delran, New Jersey. I’m also the father of two daughters, Jane and Catharine, who were both Goddard children. Their experiences at The Goddard School were incredibly positive and left a lasting impression on our entire family. I graduated from Rider University and began my professional career at Merrill Lynch and Prudential Securities. While I gained valuable experience in the financial industry, I always dreamed of owning my own business. Inspired by the exceptional care and education our daughters received at Goddard and with the encouragement of my wife I made the decision to open a school of my own. It’s been a rewarding journey. I’m deeply committed to building strong relationships with our families and supporting our talented, passionate team. Together, we strive to make The Goddard School of Delran the premier early childhood center in the area where children can learn, grow, and thrive every single day.

My name is Julie and I am the Director here at The Goddard School Delran. I've been the Director since 2007. I have a Bachelors degree in Sociology from Rowan University, then returned to school for my New Jersey Teacher Certification (K-5) from Rider University. My first experience with The Goddard School Delran was teaching Pre-K. I then took on the position of Assistant Director, then Director. I look forward to each day with your child to promote a positive and safe learning environment.

Miss Erika is the Assistant Director at The Goddard School. She received a Bachelor Degree in Human Services from Stevenson University and has taken multiple classes on child development. She recently graduated with her Masters in Higher Education. She has worked with children throughout her college career, as a Head Teacher in the Toddler room and throughout the school prior to moving into the Office. Erika loves children and watching them grow and learn. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family and friends. Erika is very excited to be working at The Goddard School Delran and to be a part of the wonderful staff!

Miss Bre is an Office Assistant. She is a graduate of Rider University with a bachelor’s degree in history and is currently enrolled in the Master of Early Childhood Education Program at Grand Canyon University. Working with children has been her dream for many years. Breanna loves to teach and help children learn and grow.

Miss Nikki is the Preschool 2 Head Teacher. She is a recent graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelors in English Language and Literature. Nikki previously attended BCIT where she studied Early Childhood Education. After spending several years in Get Set, Miss Nikki looks forward to creating a fun and educational environment and watching your child learn and grow in Preschool!

Miss Morgan is the Head Teacher in the First Steps classroom. She recently moved here from Michigan and her husband is in the Air Force. Morgan enjoys snowboarding, longboarding and being outdoors. She grew up on a farm with 2 horses and 3 dogs and she has 4 siblings. Morgan hopes to go to school for either Early Childhood Education or Veterinary Services. Morgan is excited to be part of The Goddard School Delran!

Ms. Nancy is the Head Teacher in the Pre-K 2 classroom. She is a graduate of Holy Family University. Nancy has always loved working with children of any age and watching them explore their new world. She is very excited to be part of the Goddard School staff.

Miss Ally is an Assistant Teacher throughout the school. She likes to spend time with her younger cousins and go on vacations with them. Ally is always the babysitter at family events. She is excited to work at The Goddard School and always looks forward to seeing the children.

Miss Gia is the Head Teacher in the Pre-K 1 classroom. She graduated from Eastern University with a Bachelors degree in Science and took numerous courses in Education. Gia has been working with children since her teen years as a babysitter, nanny, camp counselor and elementary aide. In her free time, she likes to spend time with friends and family and spoiling her pets! Gia loves animals, art, cooking and going to the beach! She loves children and is excited to join The Goddard School Delran!

Miss Katie is an Assistant Teacher in the school. She has her Associates Degree from BCC and has worked previously in the Bordentown School District. Katie has worked with a Kindergarten class as well as preschool aged children for over 10 years. She loves working with little ones and looks forward to working with the children here at the Goddard School!

Miss Alexis is the Head Teacher in the Toddler 1 Classroom. She spent most of her life in Florida and recently moved to New Jersey. Alexis enjoys being a mom and best friend to her two children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing and painting.

Miss Holly is an Assistant Teacher throughout the school. She has been babysitting for many years and has experience with children from infant to elementary school. In her free time, Holly enjoys playing sports and staying active. She likes all genres of music and likes to be around animals, specifically dogs, cats and horses. Holly is excited to be part of The Goddard School staff!

Miss Ella is the Head Teacher in the Infant classroom. She is currently enrolled at Widener University, majoring in Nursing. She loves to draw, play video games and read. Ella has a passion for helping children grow and hopes to learn more from this experience at The Goddard School. She is excited to be part of our school and looks forward to helping the children learn!

Miss Victoria the Head Teacher in Preschool 2. She loves playing with children, making their day be the best it can be! Victoria likes to go out with family and friends, especially shopping! She loves dogs, guinea pigs and horses. Victoria is fluent in Portuguese and likes to travel, play soccer and watch soccer games.

Miss Angela is an Assistant Teacher throughout the school. She has experience working with children through babysitting, nannying and now in the classroom. Before pursuing early childhood education, Angela worked for many years in the dental field, including oral surgery. In her free time, she enjoys reading, especially fantasy, nature walks, yoga, meditation, cooking and she has a love for animals. Angela is passionate about child psychology and plans to continue her education in that field. She’s excited to be part of The Goddard School staff and support the growth and development of the children!

Miss Ashley is an Assistant Teacher throughout the school. She has a passion for working with children and helping them grow. Ashley hopes that her presence will bring warmth and happiness to each child. She has experience with children and is CPR certified. Ashley is excited to work with the children at The Goddard School.

Miss Aniya is an Assistant Teacher throughout the school. She has two handsome sons. She has been working with children since she was 14 years old. On her free time, she loves to go out to eat and try new places. Aniya also enjoys taking her children to places like the zoo and aquarium and other places where they can have fun and enjoy themselves!

Miss Emily is an Assistant Teacher at The Goddard School. She is a nursing student at RCBC and would like to become a pediatric nurse someday. She loves being around children and has helped take care of her siblings and done a lot of babysitting. Emily enjoys musicals and the color purple and can’t wait to watch your child learn and grow!

Miss Gabriella is an Assistant Teacher throughout the school. She is currently in school majoring in Psychology and one day plans to be a school psychologist. Gabriella enjoys spending time with family, crafting and sewing. She loves watching children learn and grow and she’s excited to join The Goddard School.

Miss Isis, or Miss Ice for short, is an Assistant Teacher throughout the school. Originally from Philadelphia but has lived all over the world; a boarding school in England and then she then taught English to students at a British school in Kuwait and then back to the Philadelphia area. Ice enjoys art and crafts and helping children expand their imagination. In her spare time, you’ll find her gardening, composting, painting or cooking! Ice is ready to meet your child and help them build not only educational connections but also helps expand creativity and implement that you can do anything you put your mind to!

Miss Kelsey is a Teacher in the Preschool classroom. She is passionate about fostering a love of learning and watching her students grow every day. Outside the classroom, you can find her with a good book or spending time with friends and family in Sea Isle City, embracing the simple joys of life.

Miss Sibel (Bell) is an Assistant Teacher throughout the school. She has experience working in childcare, enjoys spending time with family and traveling to Disney World. Bell likes to read and do puzzles. She is looking forward to being a part of The Goddard School and watching your child learn and grow!

Miss Crystal is a Head Teacher in the Toddler 2 classroom. She is from Philadelphia and recently moved to New Jersey. Miss Crystal is from a big family and has always been surrounded by children. She has been babysitting since her teenage years and has always felt a sense of joy being around children; watching them as they grow, learn and explore the word through their own ways. She is currently attended RCBC for pursing a degree in Education. Miss Crystal enjoys reading and cooking in her spare time. She is excited to join The Goddard School Delran!
