Hi, I'm Miss Arushi, Owner of The Goddard School of Hazlet. Goddard is where my story began. As a former Goddard student, I draw on the warm memories and strong foundation I gained to bring that same experience to today's families. Owning this school is truly a full-circle moment. I'm also a mom with a little one enrolled right here. I know firsthand how important it is to find a trusted daycare near home. That's why I take a hands-on approach as your on-site owner, working alongside our teachers every day to make sure our school feels welcoming, supportive, and like a second home for every child. I'm grateful for our incredible teachers and administrative team, who show up each day for one reason: the children. We’re proud to serve families across Hazlet, Holmdel, Middletown, Matawan, and Monmouth County. Miss Danielle serves as the Assistant Director at The Goddard School of Hazlet-Holmdel, bringing years of experience in early childhood education and childcare management to Monmouth County. As an active member of the local community, she is passionate about creating a warm, nurturing daycare environment for children of all age groups throughout Hazlet, Holmdel, Middletown, Matawan and beyond. With year-round programs for infants, toddlers, and Pre-K, Danielle works closely with our teachers and families to support each child’s growth and development.

Miss Christina serves as Education Director at The Goddard School of Hazlet-Holmdel, bringing nearly two decades of early childhood education experience to Monmouth County. She now supports our teachers daily at every level to ensure we offer a wide variety of educational and daycare programs, including STEAM learning, sign language, music, outdoor play, summer programs, and more. She leads our Wonder of Learning curriculum to ensure a rich, balanced educational experience. She holds an Associate Degree in Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services from Montclair State University. As a mother and an educator, Miss Christina loves helping children grow and achieve new milestones.

Miss Mary Elizabeth brings years of early childhood education experience to The Goddard School of Hazlet-Holmdel as the Lead Teacher of our Infants program. As a proud mother and educator, she understands the importance of creating a loving, nurturing daycare environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow. She leads our Infants Program designed for ages 6 weeks to 12 months. Through our Infants Program, children achieve physical milestones such as walking, pincer grip and transitioning off a bottle. She loves spending each day with her infant class, teaching ASL, celebrating milestones and helping each child learn and develop through meaningful interactions and play. Miss Mary Elizabeth is honored to be part of each child's early learning journey and looks forward to building lasting relationships with the children and families throughout Monmouth County.

Miss Taylor is our Lead Teacher in the Toddler I classroom designed for ages 12 to 24 months. She brings a warm, caring energy to the classroom, helping create a positive, engaging toddler daycare environment during this exciting stage of discovery through social, emotional, language, cognitive, and physical activities. Through our Infants I program, Miss Taylor leads learning activities such as ASL, language development, following directions with gestures and independent play. Since childhood, Miss Taylor has recognized the importance of reading and other early developmental skills. Miss Taylor's motherly dedication, kindness, and passion for working with children throughout Monmouth County make her a wonderful addition to our Toddler I team!

Miss Maribel is the Lead Teacher in our Toddler II Classroom designed for age 2. Miss Maribel has worked in education for over a decade with specialized experience in Special Services as a Paraprofessional in public education. She is certified in Early Childhood Education and has passed the Praxis. Through our Toddler II program, children learn more self-help skills, parallel play, self-feeding and continue to learn how to follow directions without gestures. She brings her years of early childhood education experience to Monmouth County through a program where children explore their emotions, communicate, problem-solve, and build confidence through hands-on learning. Miss Maribel’s favorite part of teaching is making every child feel like The Goddard School of Hazlet-Holmdel is their second home

Miss Ariel is our Lead Teacher in our Twos I classroom and has been a wonderful member of our Hazlet-Holmdel team. She brings positivity and warmth to the classroom where toddlers are encouraged to explore the world around them through hands-on learning and purposeful play. Through our Twos I program, children build independence through learning activities such as using stairs and increasing communication. They also dive deeper into their learning of shapes, colors and body parts. Miss Ariel brings the life lessons of motherhood into her classroom through storytime and creative play. Her enthusiasm and caring nature make her an invaluable part of our team, and we’re lucky to have her at The Goddard School of Hazlet-Holmdel!

Miss Kristi has over 12 years of in-home childcare experience and three years of private school experience, including Montessori-style teaching and working within the NYC Department of Education. She earned her BAS in Early Childhood Education from Long Island University in 2020 and brings her experience and passion for early childhood education to The Goddard School of Hazlet - Holmdel. As a proud mom of two, she understands the importance of creating a nurturing, supportive, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable learning and growing. As a teacher in our Bridge class, Miss Kristi enjoys helping children build confidence and develop the skills they need as they prepare for their next classroom. She loves talking with her students, making them laugh, and watching them grow each day, and she believes in the reminder, “The days are long, but the years are short.” Outside of the classroom, Miss Kristi enjoys working out, trying new foods, and hockey skating. Miss Sam is excited to be part of The Goddard School of Hazlet-Holmdel’s family! With years of experience in early childhood education and Speech-Language Pathology, she has brought our Bridge Program, designed for ages 2.5 to 3.5, to new heights. Through our Bridge Program, children advance their skills in potty training and communication by learning to have conversations, write letters and draw shapes. They further explore independence with activities like learning how to dress themselves. Miss Sam is passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging classroom where children feel supported as they learn, grow, and explore. She is honored to be part of each child's early learning journey and looks forward to building wonderful memories with the children and families of Monmouth County.

With a formal degree in P-12 Education, Ms. Briana brings over 10 years of early childcare experience to Monmouth County as the Lead Teacher of our Preschool Program. In our Preschool Program for ages 3-4, Ms. Briana supports early literacy, math, science, STEAM exploration, creative arts, and social-emotional development. Children learn to share with their peers, recognize patterns, count numbers, create sequences, and build physical development skills in a welcoming classroom where every child feels comfortable and supported.

Miss Marie is the Lead Teacher in our Pre-K classroom designed for ages 4-5 years. Teaching has been her lifelong passion, and she cherishes time with every child in her Pre-K classroom in Monmouth County. Through her engaging classroom environment, children develop advanced early literacy, math, science, STEAM skills, problem-solving, and social-emotional skills. Children learn to talk freely, recognize rhymes, develop early bilingual skills and learn KG readiness words. Her classroom mantra, "Teamwork makes the dream work," perfectly reflects the collaborative spirit she instills in her students' daily routine.
