    Ms Suzanne

    Director
    Suzanne Mailhiot is the Director of The Goddard School in Derry, NH. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Notre Dame College in Manchester, NH. With over 25 years of experience, Suzanne opened The Goddard School in 2009, proudly serving families throughout Southern New Hampshire. Throughout her career, Suzanne has held roles including Associate and Lead Teacher for Infants and Preschool, Program Coordinator, Assistant Director, and Director. She is committed to creating a safe, enriching, and fun learning environment for every child. Suzanne believes quality early education matters, fosters a love of learning and strong school community, and supports staff in maintaining the highest standards of health and safety for families in her care.
  • Ms Amanda

    Ms Amanda

    Assistant Director
    Ms. Amanda is an Assistant Director for our school. She has been working with young children in a school setting since 1999. She attended University of New Hampshire where she earned an Associate's degree and attended N.H. Technical School in Manchester. Ms. Amanda was a Lead Young Toddler Teacher and Program Manager prior to becoming an Assistant Director. Ms. Amanda enjoys watching children grow as they become active learners.

    Assistant Director
    Ms. Josie is an Assistant Director at The Goddard School. She joined The Goddard School in 2013 and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Family Studies from the University of New Hampshire in Durham. Prior to becoming Assistant Director, Josie held roles as an Associate Teacher, Lead Teacher, and Program Manager. Josie loves building a special bond with every child and believes that each day is an opportunity to learn alongside them. She also supports our faculty through educational training, curriculum coaching, and managing many of the day-to-day happenings that help our community grow, thrive, and succeed.
  • Ms Stacey

    Ms Stacey

    Lead Infant Teacher
    Ms. Stacey is a Lead Teacher in our Infant Classroom and a graduate of Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont, where she earned her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. She brings many years of experience working with young children in roles including Infant Teacher, Assistant Director, and in-home childcare provider. Ms. Stacey joined our faculty in 2017. Stacey is known for creating an exceptionally nurturing, gentle, and loving classroom environment. Families feel instantly at ease and form a high level of trust, knowing their child is receiving the highest level of care, attention, and emotional support each day. She finds it incredibly rewarding to witness children discover something new for the first time and values being part of those meaningful early learning moments.

    Ms Sarah

    Lead Infant Teacher
    Ms. Sarah is a Lead Teacher in our Infant Two Classroom. She graduated from Granite State College with a degree in Early Education and brings many years of experience working with young children. Ms. Sarah joined The Goddard School in 2023. Throughout her career, she has taught in Toddler, Preschool, and Pre-K classrooms, but has found her true passion in working with infants. Sarah has a unique gift for classroom aesthetics and thoughtful accents, creating a warm, beautiful, and engaging environment for the children in her care. She loves watching each child grow both physically and developmentally, and her favorite part of teaching is witnessing them discover new skills that build independence and prepare them for their transition to the Toddler Classroom.
  • Ms Woinshet

    Ms Woinshet

    Young toddler teacher
    Ms. Woinshet is a Lead Teacher in our Young Toddler Classroom. She joined The Goddard School in 2020 and is a graduate of Penn Foster and Cambridge College. She has many years of experience working with young children as both an infant and toddler teacher. Woinshet is patient, gentle, and loving, the perfect combination to nurture, guide, and inspire our energetic toddlers. She creates a classroom where fun and learning are seamlessly blended, helping children grow, explore, and develop new skills every day. Each year, while preparing pieces for our school Art Show, Ms. Woinshet showcases her creative talents and helps her students design fun and engaging clay projects.

    Ms Megan

    Lead Preschool Teacher
    Ms. Megan is a Lead Preschool teacher at the Goddard School. She is a graduate from NHTI and Rasmussen College. Megan has worked with children for seven years and loves having the opportunity to help each child find their learning style. Megan finds it very rewarding watching the children get excited when they reach a new milestone.
  • Ms Kassi

    Ms Kassi

    Lead Preschool Teacher
    Ms. Kassi is a Lead Teacher in the Preschool Two classroom. Ms. Kassi graduated from NHTI. Kassi has worked in the ECE field for over 20 years. In addition to teaching, Kassi is a hair stylist and a baker. Kassi loves to watch each child learn and grow, as well as building relationships with their families.

    Ms Krystal

    Lead Pre-Kindergarten Teacher
    Ms. Krystal is a Lead Teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten classroom. She is a graduate from Rasmussen College. Ms. Krystal enjoys watching children achieve their challenges and master their successes in the classroom.
  • Ms Julia

    Ms Julia

    Preschool teacher
    Ms. Julia is a lead preschool teacher. Julia is a graduate of Keene State College. Julia has worked with many age groups including infants, school age summer camps and PreK, but found her true passion is with the preschool age. Julia enjoys making connections with her students and their families as they embark on their educational journey.
