Our Goddard School Teachers

Marsha and her husband Brad are the proud owners of The Goddard School serving Fargo, West Fargo and Moorhead. They chose Goddard because of the Piaget play-based learning. With 7 children of their own, they love watching children learn through play. Brad and Marsha state that, "We are always amazed when observing the teachers encouraging children in science, math, social science, language arts, creative art, motor & music, and cognitive learning through the art of play." The Goddard School uses the most current, academically endorsed methods to ensure that children have fun while learning the skills they need for long-term success in school and in life. Our talented teachers also collaborate with parents to nurture children into respectful, confident and joyful learners.

Gayle is the Executive Director for The Goddard School of Fargo. She has her Child Development Associate in Infants/Toddlers. Gayle has worked with children, beginning with her own daycare, and then transitioning into elementary schools, and early childhood education. Gayle loves riding bike, spending time at the lake, and most of all with her five grandchildren.

Becca is the Supervising Director. She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She has been working with children since 2010 and has been working at the Goddard School since 2013. She has three children of her own. Becca loves reading, her favorite genre is fantasy!

Brea has been working at the Goddard School since June 2020. She is currently the Director of Education. She holds her Bachelor's degree in Human Development Family Sciences - Child Development from North Dakota State University. She loves watching sports with her fiancé and dog "Gilly" specifically watching the Minnesota Vikings win!

Jen has worked at The Goddard School since it opened in 2012. She started in the Dolphin Room, then the Tiger Room, and now has been in the Pre-K Panda Room since 2019. She earned her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood from MSUM in 2004 and has been teaching Preschool/ PreK ever since. She loves spending time with her family, especially driving to the family farm - spending time resting & relaxing in the quiet country! Jen also loves reading, crafting, and binging horror movies!

Brooke is the Lead Teacher in the Leopard Room. She graduated with her bachelor's degree in Psychology from MSUM. Brooke has been working in childcare and teaching young minds since 2001. Brooke loves the NDSU Bison football games and tailgating!

Cassie has been working for The Goddard School since May of 2016. Cassie is the Lead Teacher in the Infant Koala classroom. She attended MSUM for Early Childhood Education. She has been working with children since 2009. Cassie enjoys spending her time hanging out with her son, friends, and family! Cassie is a very social person but her favorite times are quiet nights at home with the people she loves the most! Cassie loves musicals, operas, reading, and video games!

Alicia has been working at the Goddard School since October 2020. She currently is the assistant teacher in the Koala Classroom. She has been working with children since 2010.

Madi has been working at the Goddard School since September 2020. She proud and excited to be the Lead Teacher of our Monkey classroom. Madi is working towards obtaining her CDA with infants and toddlers. When she is not at work, she loves spending time at the lake in the summer, cooking, baking, and trying new recipes.

Morgan has over 10 years of experience working with kids and started working at The Goddard School in August of 2022. She is currently a float teacher. She holds her bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Sciences with an emphasis on child development from North Dakota State University. Her favorite things to do are going rock climbing/bouldering and playing with her pet chinchillas; "Pablo" and "Poncho"!

Carson has been working at the Goddard School since October of 2021. Carson is the Lead Teacher in the Giraffe Room. He is working on obtaining his CDA. Carson loves watching hockey especially the Minnesota Wild!

Kayla started at The Goddard School in March of 2022. She is the Lead Teacher in The Penguin Room and is working towards her CDA. She has a husband and a daughter, as well as two cats at home. Interacting with the kids is always her favorite part of her job!

My name is Destiny, and I am the Eagle Classroom, Lead Teacher. I started working at The Goddard School in 2020, in 2023 I took a break to stay home with my family for a while but now I'm back and so excited to learn and get to know everyone again! I live with my fiancé, Harley, and two sons, Jaxson (6) and Stefan (18months). I love spending time with my family! We love watching movies, going to the pool, and being outdoors. Some of my favorite things are Starbucks, reading on my kindle, chocolate, Harry Potter and the fall season!

Autumn has been working at The Goddard School since July of 2024. Autumn is from Morris, Minnesota and moved to Fargo/Moorhead for college, to become a special education teacher. Autumn loves spending time with their husband "LJ", daughter "Harmonee", and cat "Brick".

Tessa is currently our Lead Teacher in our Joey Classroom, she has been working at Goddard since July of 2024. She is currently attending NDSU to become a registered dietitian. When she is not at work she loves to run and spend time at the lake!

Sydney is from Belcourt, North Dakota. She has been working at the Goddard School since June of 2024. She is currently a Float Teacher and helps out in all the classrooms. She is currently attending Minnesota State University Moorhead pursuing her bachelor's degree in psychology. She loves being outdoors with her family, she has two children. She enjoys going golfing every Sunday with her family!

Meerimai has been with The Goddard School since September 2023. She has two children of her own and is currently the Zebra Room Lead Teacher. Meerimai holds her CDA credential! Meerimai speaks 3 different languages: Kyrgyz, Russian, and English!

Lydia has been working at The Goddard School since August of 2024! She is working towards her degree in psychology along with a minor in criminal justice and Human Development and Family Sciences at North Dakota State University. She is from Paynesville, Minnesota. Lydia loves reading and being outdoors.

Sarah has been working at The Goddard School since May of 2024. She is currently the Assistant Teacher of the Giraffe Classroom. She holds a Bachelor's degree in the Elementary Education from Valley City State University. She is also an aspiring children's author, working on a fixed fairytale series called "Aunt Ainsley's Tales". She has published a book called "Why Me?" with a lesson on helping one another. She loves singing, dancing, and cuddling up on the couch with her cat, "Storm".

Shaylie has been at Goddard since May of 2024. She started as the Lead Teacher in the Eagle Classroom and transitioned to the Lead Teacher of the Tiger Classroom. She holds her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from the University of North Dakota. She is also currently pursuing her master's degree in special education from UND. She loves "dilly dallying" at Home Goods with her son and spending her weekends watching college sports. Roll Tide!

Hello, my name is Summer! I've been working in Childcare for 4 years. I am currently working on finishing my Child Development Associates (CDA). I love working with kids because I love watching them grow and learn new things every day. When I am not working, I love to watch scary movies, read, and nap.

Ella has been working at The Goddard School since spring of 2025. She is currently studying Elementary Education at Concordia College. Ella graduated from Lisbon High School in 2024 and now spends her free time with her friends and family.

Gracee is currently the Assistant of The Monkey Classroom. She will be pursuing her CDA and hopefully becoming a Lead Teacher! She is from Jamestown but moved to Fargo in January. She is from a large family and is the youngest of 8 kids. She is an avid pet lover and currently has two cats named "Bug" and "Tip".

Sydney is currently a resource teacher! I have a six-year-old son, and we love to spend time outside, we love to go on adventures with our dog Frank and spend time with lots of family!

Hi, my name is Amari. I have studied Health and Physical Education at the University of Jamestown and Dickinson State University. I have also played football for both schools! My favorite football team is the Titans. My favorite player is Derrick Henry. I am originally from Chicago but moved and graduated from Beulah High School. In my spare time I like to workout and play video games. I have an orange cat named Chad but with his bow tie on he is Mr. Chad.

Emily is currently the Assistant Teacher in the Leopard Classroom. She is going to pursue her CDA and hopefully become a Lead Teacher soon! She enjoys spending time at the lake with her family and her daughter Adalyn. She also loves watching the Vikings play!

I am from Fargo, North Dakota. I have three cats. I am a Make-A-Wish kid and I am allergic to the sun! I have SLE and I like watching crime TV shows.

My name is Zander and I'm from Minot, North Dakota. I have a very big family with nine siblings and to many to count for everything else! I have my own daughter and live in Fargo, living super happy. I love spending time with my friends and family especially in the summer!

Izabel joined The Goddard School in August of 2025. She is a student at MSUM and is working on getting her degree in Elementary Education. She is from Fergus Falls, Minnesota. She moved to Fargo in the summer of 2021. She enjoys music and loves to sing and perform in musicals/concerts. In her free time, she spends time with her fiancé and their cat.

I have been working here since October 2025. I will eventually go to college and major in Elementary Education! I have been working with kids since 2023 and it is my favorite thing to do. In my free time I love to spend time playing video games. I also love to spend time with my boyfriend. I have two amazing cats named Finn and Dingus. I also love singing and playing my trumpet.
