Our Teachers

Marsha and her husband Brad are the proud owners of The Goddard School serving Fargo, West Fargo and Moorhead. They chose Goddard because of the Piaget play-based learning. With 7 children of their own, they love watching children learn through play. Brad and Marsha state that, "We are always amazed when observing the teachers encouraging children in science, math, social science, language arts, creative art, motor & music, and cognitive learning through the art of play." The Goddard School uses the most current, academically endorsed methods to ensure that children have fun while learning the skills they need for long-term success in school and in life. Our talented teachers also collaborate with parents to nurture children into respectful, confident and joyful learners.

Gayle is the Executive Director for The Goddard School of Fargo. She has her Child Development Associate in Infants/Toddlers. Gayle has worked with children since 1984, beginning with her own daycare, and then transitioning into elementary school, and early childhood education.

Becca is the Supervising Director. She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She has been working with children since 2010 and has been working at the Goddard School since 2013. She has three children of her own. Becca loves reading, her favorite genre is fantasy!

Brea has been working at the Goddard School since June 2020. She is currently the Director of Education. She holds her Bachelor's degree in Human Development Family Sciences - Child Development from North Dakota State University. She loves watching sports with her fiancé and dog "Gilly" specifically watching the Minnesota Vikings win!

Jen has been working for the Goddard School since February of 2012. Jen is the Lead Teacher in the Pre-K Panda Room at The Goddard School of Fargo. She graduated from MSUM with her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Pre-primary. Jen has been working with kids since 2000.

Brooke is the Lead Teacher in the Leopard Room. She graduated with her bachelor's degree in Psychology from MSUM. Brooke has been working in childcare and teaching young minds since 2001. Brooke loves the NDSU Bison football games and tailgating!

Cassie has been working for The Goddard School since May of 2016. Cassie is the Lead Teacher in the Infant Koala classroom. She attended MSUM for Early Childhood Education. She has been working with children since 2009.

Ms. Molly is currently a part-time float. She came to The Goddard School in July of 2022. Molly attended school at MSUM.

Alicia has been working at the Goddard School since October 2020. She currently is the assistant teacher in the Koala Classroom. She has been working with children since 2010.

Kayla came to the Goddard School in February 2023. Kayla is currently working towards her CDA. She is the Lead Teacher in our Joey Classroom.

Madi has been working at the Goddard School since September 2020. She is the Lead Teacher of our Monkey classroom. Madi attended North Dakota State University for Elementary Education. Madi is working towards obtaining her CDA.

Kristi is the Lead teacher in the Giraffe Room at The Goddard School of Fargo. She graduated from NDSCS with her degree in Liberal Arts. Kristi also graduated from NDSU with her degree in Child Development & Family Science.

Morgan came to the Goddard School in July 2022. She is currently a float teacher helping out in all our classrooms. Morgan attended NDSU for Human Development and Family Science. She has been working with children since 2016.

Sabaah came to the Goddard School in April 2023. She has been working with children since 2021.

Victoria began working for The Goddard School since October of 2021. She has been working with children since 2017. She is one of our float teachers helping out in all our classrooms! She is currently attending NDSU for Art Education!

Carson has been working with children since 2018. He worked for a home daycare prior to coming to The Goddard School in October of 2021. Carson is currently the assistant teacher in the Leopard room.

Kayla started working at The Goddard School in March of 2022. Kayla is the assistant in our Zebra Classroom! She has been working with children since 2013. She has one child of her own.

Jennifer is currently one of our float teachers helping out in all of our classrooms.

Sydney is currently one of our float teachers helping out in all of our classrooms.

Allison currently attending Concordia University, she is working part time as one of our Float Teachers helping out in all of our classrooms!

Tessa is currently our assistant in our Monkey Classroom.

Annika is currently attending North Dakota State University, she is working part time as one of our floating teachers helping out in all of our classrooms!

Grace came to the Goddard School in October of 2022. She is currently attending NDSU where she is pursuing a degree in Human Development and Family Sciences with a minor in Psychology. Grace is currently the assistant in our penguin classroom. Grace loves to spend her summers with her dogs at the lake!

Jessica came to the Goddard School in April 2023. She is currently the teacher of our Penguin classroom. Jessica has two children of her own. Jessica is also our closing coordinator helping close a couple nights a week.

Meerimai has been with The Goddard School since September 2023. She has two children of her own and is currently the Zebra Room Lead Teacher. Meerimai is working towards obtaining her CDA credential. Meerimai speaks 3 different languages: Kyrgyz, Russian, and English!

Sara is working part time as one of our float teachers helping out in all of our classrooms!

Lydia is currently attending North Dakota State University, she is working part time as one of our floating teachers helping out in all of our classrooms!

Morgan is currently attending North Dakota State University, she is working part time as one of our floating teachers helping out in all of our classrooms!
