Meet Marsha Owner

Marsha and her husband Brad are the proud owners of The Goddard School serving Fargo, West Fargo and Moorhead. They chose Goddard because of the Piaget play-based learning. With 7 children of their own, they love watching children learn through play. Brad and Marsha state that, "We are always amazed when observing the teachers encouraging children in science, math, social science, language arts, creative art, motor & music, and cognitive learning through the art of play." The Goddard School uses the most current, academically endorsed methods to ensure that children have fun while learning the skills they need for long-term success in school and in life. Our talented teachers also collaborate with parents to nurture children into respectful, confident and joyful learners.

Infant

6 w - 12 m

In the Infant program, our teachers provide your baby with all the cuddles and care they need with opportunities to begin exploring the world around them.

Toddlers

12 - 24 m

As your little one rapidly develops physically and cognitively, our Toddler classroom is where their natural curiosity is fostered and their budding skills are nurtured.

Twos

2 - 3 yrs

In the Twos classroom, experienced, caring teachers guide your child through playful exploration, helping navigate big emotions while providing hands-on learning experiences that nurture their innate curiosity.

Bridge

2.5 - 3.5 yrs

As your child continues to gain independence, build self-care skills and learn more about themselves, the Bridge classroom provides the support they need to thrive in a preschool setting.

Preschool

3 - 4 yrs

In our Preschool classroom, your child starts their journey into a cooperative learning environment where they can discover interests and learn in a more structured setting.

Pre-K

4 - 5 yrs

As your child prepares for Kindergarten, our Pre-K classroom offers exciting opportunities to develop important skills, make new friends and explore the world around them.

What Our Goddard Village Is Saying

Our daughter has been at the Goddard School in Fargo since she was 2 years old back in 2012. Now that she is 5 and will be starting kindergarten next year, this will be her last year at Goddard. In 3 short years, she went from being a typical 2 year old to a 5 year old that can write words and read. As her teachers have said, she could go straight to 1st grade next year. Our daughter has been well taken care of and deeply enriched. Love the school!

I like that the teachers plan an actual lesson plan for the week/day based on a theme. The information sent home allows us as parents to discuss the lessons with our son and hopefully keep the learning going at home.

My 5 year old blows my mind with what he tells me when he comes home. His awesome teacher MISS KRISTEN makes learning fun and does super fun stuff with the kids like Panda Paws and spin the wheel. As much as I dislike mornings, MISS MARSHA and MISS GAYLE always makes me smile! I love Goddard School, the best daycare learning center in our town, hands down!!!!

Our daughter has learned so much during her last 2.5 years at The Goddard school. She is further ahead (writing her name, spelling short words, writing numbers) than most of her friends that attend other preschools or daycares. I like the structure, organization, and learning environment. Most childhood programs are more laid back towards babysitting with random learning activities. But the structure and positive attitudes here empower kids to learn and help reach their full potential.

Exceptional at everything they do. No matter if your dropping your kids off or picking them up you're always greeted with a friendly smile. The management truly knows who you are and genuinely cares about you and your children. The teaching staff is top notch and professional. They treat your kids age appropriate and treat their job like a career not just some job. You pay more at Goddard School but the idea of "you get what you pay for" couldn't be more evident.
