Meet Hiral Owner

Hiral Mehta and Hemant Patel are the owners of The Goddard School® of Raleigh (North). They are committed to Goddard’s mission of making the world a better place through early childhood education and development. Hiral and Hemant want families to feel like they’ve found a home away from home where children will discover the wonder of learning as they build confidence, make lasting friendships and explore the world around them. They are dedicated to making sure their School meets the highest standards of health, safety and security with teachers who are warm, nurturing and highly skilled. When Hiral and Hemant aren’t busy at Goddard, they love spending quality time with their children.

From infants and toddlers to pre-K, kindergarten and beyond, our classrooms are designed specifically with your little one’s needs in mind.

Infant

6 w - 12 m

In the Infant program, our teachers provide your baby with all the cuddles and care they need with opportunities to begin exploring the world around them.

Toddlers

12 - 24 m

As your little one rapidly develops physically and cognitively, our Toddler classroom is where their natural curiosity is fostered and their budding skills are nurtured.

Twos

2 - 3 yrs

In the Twos classroom, experienced, caring teachers guide your child through playful exploration, helping navigate big emotions while providing hands-on learning experiences that nurture their innate curiosity.

Bridge

2.5 - 3.5 yrs

As your child continues to gain independence, build self-care skills and learn more about themselves, the Bridge classroom provides the support they need to thrive in a preschool setting.

Preschool

3 - 4 yrs

In our Preschool classroom, your child starts their journey into a cooperative learning environment where they can discover interests and learn in a more structured setting.

Pre-K

4 - 5 yrs

As your child prepares for Kindergarten, our Pre-K classroom offers exciting opportunities to develop important skills, make new friends and explore the world around them.

Child Care Aware is the nation's most respected hub of information for parents and child care providers. A program of Child Care Aware of America, Child Care Aware helps families learn more about the elements of quality child care and how to locate programs in their communities. Child Care Aware also provides child care providers with access to resources for their child care programs.

NORTH CAROLINA RATED

5 STAR

The North Carolina Division of Child Development (DCD) issues star rated licenses to all eligible childcare centers. Facilities can receive one to five stars. A rating of one star means that a childcare program meets North Carolina’s minimum licensing standards for childcare. Programs that choose to voluntarily meet higher standards can apply for a two to five star license. The star rating scores in two quality components - Staff Education and Program Standards.
