Welcome to The Goddard School! Living in the triangle for my entire life, I have seen tremendous growth in this area and feel privileged to be able to provide a preschool experience that is educational and nurturing at the same time. My background in business management started this wonderful journey for me. During my first pregnancy, I turned my focus to early childhood education in hopes of providing a quality preschool experience for my own child and others. I spent four years as an infant and toddler teacher after completing several courses and receiving my NC Credentials. I enjoyed my years in the classroom but look forward to the new challenges ahead. As part owner, and a parent of three children who attended this school, I have an open door for parents and teachers. My goal is to make the early educational experiences for the children of the school positive and nurturing in every way so they develop a strong foundation that starts them on a journey of knowledge.

Welcome to The Goddard School! I am proud to be a member of the Goddard family. As a parent of two children, I recognize the importance of providing a quality preschool program in a safe, nurturing and loving environment. I have a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Economics and a Masters degree in Education. I taught infants, toddlers, and preschoolers for several years. As an educator, I can appreciate how Goddard's curriculum develops the whole child, and builds a great foundation that fosters a love for learning. As a mom, I am reminded everyday how precious our little ones are, and that they deserve the best each and every day. I look forward to meeting new families, and providing our children with a positive and enriching preschool experience.

Welcome to the Goddard School! My journey in childcare began in 2006 as a part time floater and built from there! I have worked in every classroom, with every age group, and contribute these experiences to a solid foundation of understanding the "ins and outs" of a positive preschool environment. I am proud to lead a team of professionals who show passion and pride in their work every day and believe that this creates a positive classroom environment for each and every child. I have worked for The Goddard School in Fuquay-Varina since 2012 and have a Goddard graduate and a current Goddard student. I chose the Goddard School for my employment AND for my children based on the focus of the whole child. I appreciate that my children get to be children here, all while building a strong foundation and love for learning.

Mrs. Vicks is our Assistant Director! She graduated from Western Carolina University in 2022 earning her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She was born and raised in Georgia, and currently lives in Angier, North Carolina. She has worked in childcare since 2008. She began her journey with The Goddard School of Fuquay-Varina since 2021 as a two-year old teacher and continues to be in that role on a part time basis, along with supporting the Administrative team! Mrs. Vicks believes in meeting children at their level because all children are unique. In her free time, she loves going to the beach, attending cookouts, and spending time with family and friends.

Ms. Karina is apart of our Admin Team! She assists wherever help is needed- in classrooms, the office and all over the building. She graduated from Campbell University, where she got her Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Minor in Foreign Language. She plans on going back to school to get her Masters Degree in Child Psychology! She has worked in childcare since 2016 and has been with The Goddard School of Fuquay-Varina since 2021. Ms. Karina loves inspiring and influencing children in their everyday lives, even though they won't remember these little moments in their lives, we will. All their giggles, love and happiness is so rewarding. In her free time, she enjoys traveling around the world, spending time with loved ones, being outdoors and creating adventures!

Mrs. Mary is apart of our admin team! She has a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development and over 30 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She has been at The Goddard School since it opened in 2008. She retired in 2023, but she comes in the morning to welcome all the children's and families smiling faces! She enjoys teaching young children because each day is something new. She gets a great feeling of satisfaction when children grasp a concept that she has taught them. In her free time, Mrs. Mary enjoys traveling, playing word games, exercising and cooking with her family.

Ms. Ana is one of our Pre-Kindergarten teachers! She has an associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and has worked in childcare since 2019. She has been a faculty member at The Goddard School in Fuquay-Varina since 2021. She loves being able to teach children new things, and loves how proudly the children share what they have learned with their parents. She spends her free time working out and hanging out with her three children.

Mrs. Chante is one of our Kindergarten Prep teachers. She has worked as a preschool teacher since 2008 and received her education from Wake Technical Community College. She has been a faculty member for The Goddard School in Fuquay-Varina since 2021! Chante loves to watch children develop through all of their various stages. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, going to the beach, and hanging out with family and friends.

Mrs. Fatima is one of our pre-k teachers! She is originally from Morocco where she earned her Bachelors degree in Biology and Geology. She moved to NC in 2019. She has worked for The Goddard School in Fuquay-Varina in 2023. Mrs. Fatima loves how working with children reminds her of how amazing and excited the world can be. She loves how children have so much creativity, imagination, curiosity, and fun which grows and spreads. In her free time, she enjoys creating DIY home decorations, preparing new recipes from all around the world and sewing.

Ms. Jenna is one of our infant teachers! She is from Dunn, North Carolina and has the Early Childhood Education Credential. She has worked in childcare since 2021 and has been with The Goddard School of Fuquay-Varina since 2022. Jenna loves being around children and is inspired by their imaginations and pure happiness. In her free time, she enjoys working out, riding four-wheelers, going to the beach, and hanging with her dogs.

Ms. Larnetta is one of our Preschool teachers! She has worked in childcare since 2008 and received her education from Wake Technical Community College. She has been a faculty member of The Goddard School since 2019. Mrs. Larnetta enjoys helping children reach their full potential, and feels accomplished when they learn something new that she taught them. In her free time, Mrs. Larnetta enjoys spending time with her children, traveling, cooking, and listening to music.

Ms. Mina is one of our two year old teachers! She is working towards her associates degree in Early Childhood Education and has over 40 years of Early Childhood experience. She feels fulfilled watching children learn and grow. Ms. Mina enjoys going to Church, watching movies, playing softball, throwing horseshoes, and grilling out with her family and friends.

Martha is originally from North Carolina and has been working in childcare and for The Goddard School since 2021. She loves working with children because each day is a new experience. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, fishing, and relaxing with her family and friends.

Ms. Anita is one of our two year old teachers! She went to Central Carolina Community College where she earned her Edu-119. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland and was raised in Benson, NC. She graduated from South Johnston High School. She has worked in childcare since 2021 and has been with The Goddard School of Fuquay-Varina since 2023. What Ms. Anita likes most about working with children is watching them grow each and everyday. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her friends and family, watch movies and go shopping.

Ms. Monique is one of our two year old teachers! She went to Central Carolina Community College where she earned her Edu-119. She is from Aberdeen, North Carolina. She has over 16 years of experience and has been apart of The Goddard School of Fuquay-Varina since 2023. Ms. Monique believes that it is a joy to be able to see children smile, learn and grow. Her teaching philosophy is "The best teachers are those who show you where to look but don't tell you what to see" - Alexandra K. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.

Ms. Becky is one of our infant teachers. She is from Buies Creek, North Carolina and holds an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has worked in childcare and for The Goddard School in Fuquay-Varina since 2019. She enjoys getting to know each child's personality. In her free time, Mrs. Becky enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and writing.

Mrs. Hilaria is one of our infant teachers! She has her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and is from Chatham County, NC. She has over 15 years of experience and has worked with The Goddard School of Fuquay-Varina since 2024. Mrs. Hilaria loves watching children achieve milestones and develop their creativity. In her free time, she likes to go to concerts and learn about stationary.

Mrs. Sujata is one of our toddler teachers! She is from India, where she got her Bachelors Degree in Psychology. She has worked for The Goddard School in Fuquay-Varina since 2023. She enjoys sharing beautiful moments with children and believes children bring in beautiful energy- that they spread all over. She loves being apart of their little worlds. In her free time, Mrs. Sujata enjoys reading, cooking and planting. She has a plant collection and spends most of her time with them.

Ms. Amanda is one of our Infant teachers! She is originally from Colorado and moved here to Fuquay Varina, where she began her childcare journey at The Goddard School of Fuquay-Varina in 2021. Ms. Amanda hopes to foster critical thinking and independence in a safe and happy environment. In her free time, she enjoys reading, drawing, painting, running and playing video games.

Ms. Adrienne is one of our pre-k teachers! She is from Cary, North Carolina. She is currently working on getting into the sonography program at Wake Tech Community College. She has worked in childcare since 2019 and has worked for The Goddard School in Fuquay-Varina since 2024. Ms. Adrienne loves watching children grow and reach milestones, as well as, seeing how they learn and accomplish new things. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog Finn, doing arts and crafts and spending time with friends.

Mrs. Senait is part of our support staff and the ever-popular cook. The children light up as she brings them their lunch everyday... we know the way to our children's hearts!! She has been a part of The Goddard School in Fuquay-Varina family since 2013. In her free time Senait enjoys reading, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family.

Ms. Katie is one of our afternoon floaters! She is from Angier, North Carolina and is currently attending Wake Tech Community College to pursue her Early Childhood Education degree then plans on transferring to a university where she plans on studying to be an Elementary School Teacher! She started her childcare journey working for The Goddard School of Fuquay-Varina in 2024. Ms. Katie finds that working with children is incredibly rewarding, seeing the world through their eyes full of wonder and imagination. She believes it's important to create a nurturing environment to let their love for learning blossom. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and being cuddled up watching her favorite movies/shows.

Mrs. Kellie is one of our morning floaters! She is from Salem, Virginia. She attended Virginia Western Community College for two years and studied Elementary Education. She has over 12 years experience and has worked for The Goddard School in Fuquay-Varina since 2023. Mrs. Kellie loves how honest and excited children get when telling a story. She has worked with many different age groups and loves experiencing new personalities and learning new things from them. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with loved ones, listening to music and relaxing while reading a good book.

Ms. Courtnie is one of our afternoon floaters! She graduated from Campbell University where she earned her Bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in business administration & health and wellness. She was born and raised in Erwin, NC and has worked in childcare since 2017. Ms. Courtnie has been with The Goddard School of Fuquay-Varina since 2024. She loves working with children because it brings her joy because everyday is filled with new interests and curiosity. In her free time, she enjoys reading romance novels, visiting small unique coffee shops and spending time with friends.

Ms. Reese is one of our afternoon floaters! She was born and raised in Thomasville, NC and has worked in childcare since 2023. She is currently attending Campbell University where she plans on getting her Bachelors degree in psychology. She has worked with The Goddard School of Fuquay-Varina since 2024. Ms. Reese loves working with children because she gets to see them grow and progress in life. In her free time, she enjoys teaching workout classes, shopping, spending time with friends and cooking for her loved ones.

Ms. Jennifer is one of our afternoon floaters! She graduated from East Carolina University with her Bachelor's Degree in Science and is currently attending Campbell University where she plans on earning her Masters of bio science and Doctorate in osteopathic medicine. She was born in Richmond, VA and has worked in childcare since 2017. She has worked for the Goddard School of Fuquay-Varina since 2024. Ms. Jennifer loves working with children because she is able to help them explore and learn in a safe space. In her free time, she enjoys cooking new foods, trying new restaurant and spending time with her dog and loved ones.

Ms. Abby is one of our floaters! She is a Fuquay-Varina native who is studying at Wake Tech, working towards an Associates Degree in Arts. She began working in childcare and at The Goddard School of Fuquay-Varina in 2022 and enjoys getting to know each child and watching them grow into their own person. In her free time, Abby enjoys spending time with her family and going to concerts and traveling.

Ms. Delaney is one of our part-time floaters! She lives in Angier, North Carolina and is a student at Wake Tech Community College to earn her Associate in Arts degree. She plans on transferring to William Peace University to pursue her Bachelors degree in Elementary Education. She has worked in childcare and for The Goddard School in Fuquay-Varina since 2023. Ms. Delaney loves seeing children achieve their goals and how amazing it feels to see a child reach small milestones like sitting up for the first time, saying their first words or recognizing their shapes and colors on their own and with her support. In her free time, she enjoys going to White Lake, NC and being with her dog, Harley.

Ms. Autumn is one of our toddler teachers! She is originally from Ohio and plans to go to school in the future and to keep pursuing her career in childcare. She has worked in childcare since 2022 and has worked for The Goddard Schools in Fuquay-Varina since 2024. Ms. Autumn enjoys working with children because it is fulfilling and rewarding, being able to watch them learn and grow is the best feeling. Her mission is to make children feel unconditional love and support each day and being with them in every step of their journey. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, including her two guinea pigs and chinchilla, play video games, go on nature walks and watch movies.

Ms. Sarah is one of our part-time floaters! She received a B.S. in Deaf Studies at Carolina University and has a minor in Early Childhood Education. She is originally from upstate New York but has lived most of her life in the triangle area. She has worked in childcare since 2012 and for The Goddard School of Fuquay-Varina since 2020. She loves to see children grow and learn new things- the "lightbulb moment" is her favorite! In her free time, she enjoys being active in her Church, crafting, reading, and music.

Ms. Cameron is one of our afternoon floaters! She is a Fuquay native and currently attending Central Carolina Community College studying Medical Sonography. She began working in childcare and for The Goddard School of Fuquay-Varina in 2023 and enjoys seeing the children everyday and making a connection with them. She is fulfilled seeing the children remember things that she taught them and loves to see them learn something new every day. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, and going on hikes with her dog.
