Mandy and her husband John are the owners of The Goddard School. Mandy earned a BA in Elementary Education with distinction from Goucher College in Maryland. She has worked in the field of education since 1997. She is a certified personal trainer, an experienced nutrition and wellness consultant and children's fitness specialist. John attended Belmont Abbey College.

Ms. Jennifer is our Executive Director. She has a BS in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Early Childhood Education and has her level 3 NC Early Childhood Administration Credentials. Ms. Jennifer is pursuing her master's degree in BK Interdisciplinary Studies in Education and Development with a concentration in Early Childhood Leadership and Program Administration. Ms. Jennifer has worked at the Goddard School since October 2012.

Ms. Lindsey is one of our fabulous Directors. She earned her Associates degree in Early Childhood Education from Stanly Community College in 2015. She has also earned her level 2 Administrative Credentials in June of 2017. Ms. Lindsey is presuming her Bachelors Degree with a major in Early Education. Ms. Lindsey has worked in the field of Education since 2010 and has been employed with Goddard since August 2018.

Ms. Emileen is our Assistant Director. She has her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education, along with her Pennsylvania Director’s Credentials and NC Level II Administration Credentials. She has worked in the field of education since 2003 and has been employed with Goddard since July 2018. Mrs. Emileen's favorite children's song is "Baby Bumble Bee," and in her free time she enjoys reading and baking goodies. :)

Ms. Erica is our Administrative Assistant. Ms. Erica is pursing her education in Early Childhood Development. Ms. Erica was previously on of our Marvelous Monkey teachers that has stepped out of the room. Ms. Erica is eager to work with all the classrooms in our school and is excited to be able to offer extra support to our teachers around our school. Ms. Erica has worked in the early childhood field since 2012 and has been with the Goddard School since April 2019.

Ms. Tarsha is our Kitchen Manager. She is currently pursuing her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education and has her North Carolina Early Childhood Credentials. She has been in the field of education for 22 years and has been employed at Goddard since May 2012.

Ms. Heather is a lead teacher in our Cuddly Cubs (Infant) classroom. She has her North Carolina credentials. She has worked in the field of education since 1997 and has been employed with Goddard since December 2018. Mrs. Heather's favorite children's song is "ABC's" and in her free time she enjoys snuggling on the couch while watching TV with her dogs.

Mrs. Laura is one of our lead teachers in our Cuddly Cubs (Infant) classroom. She has her Associates in Art's Degree and also her Associate's in Early Childhood Education. She has worked in the field of education for 12 years and has been employed with Goddard since August 2019.

Ms. Sarah is a lead teacher in our Marvelous Monkey's (Younger One's) classroom . She has her North Carolina Early Childhood Credentials and is pursuing her degree in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Sarah has worked in the field of Education since 2019 and has been employed with Goddard since October 2019. Ms. Sarah's favorite song to sing is "Happy Birthday" and in her free time she enjoys going to the gym the most!

Ms. Nicarda is a lead teacher in our Marvelous Monkey's (Younger One's) classroom . She has her Bachelor's Degree from Winston Salem University with a Major in interdisciplinary studies. Ms. Nicarda has worked in the field of Education since 2020 and has been employed with Goddard since August 2023. Ms. Nicarda's favorite song to sing is "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" and in her free time she enjoys to read with her favorite genre being Fiction.

Ms. Angelina is one of our teachers in our Eager Elephant's (Older ones) classroom. Ms. Angelina has her AAS in Child Development. Ms. Angelina has worked in the early childhood field since 2016 and has been with the Goddard School since September 2022. Mrs. Angie's favorite children's song is "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" and in her free time snuggling with a cozy blanket and taking a nap.

Mrs. Charu is one of our wonderful resource/ Floaters. Mrs. Charu has her Masters Degree in Organic Chemistry. She loves working with children and engaging with parents daily. Mrs. Charu is new to the childcare field and is exceeding at everything she does all while learning so much a long the way. Mrs. Charu has been employed with The Goddard School since September 2022.

Mrs. Niki is one of our wonderful Jolly Giraffe (Younger Two's) teacher's. Mrs. Niki has completed her CDA, and has interest in pursuing her education in the Early Education Field. Ms. Niki strongly believes children need that strong figure in their lives, because it is very important to their development. Ms. Niki enjoys interacting and helping to build a foundation for children. Ms. Niki has been employed with Goddard since March 2023.

Mrs. Anita is one of our lead teachers in our Jolly Giraffes (younger twos) classroom. Mrs. Anita has her Master degree in Plant Biotech and a Bachelors degree in Teacher's Education. Mrs. Anita has been working with children since 2009 and has been employed with Goddard since November 2023. Mrs. Anita's favorite children's song is "Do you know the Muffin Man" and in her free time she enjoys gardening.

Mr. Logan is one of our fantastic floaters/resource staff. Logan has his high school diploma and is interested in pursuing his Education in the Early Childhood Field. Logan has a three year old daughter and has been employed with Goddard since October 2023. Logan is a resource to all of our classrooms especially in our older two year old classroom and has been exceptional since bringing him aboard in October 2023. Mr. Logan's favorite children's song is "Itsy Bitsy Spider" and in his free time he enjoys spending time with his daughter.

Ms. Maliyah is one of our lead teacher's in our Happy Hippo's (Older Three's) Classroom. Ms. Maliyah is pursing her education in Early Childhood Development. Ms. Maliyah started working at The Goddard School in December 2021. Ms. Maliyah's favorite children's song is "The Criss-Cross Song" and she enjoys shopping in her free time!

Ms. Shamira is one of our lead teacher's in our Happy Hippo's (Older Three's) Classroom. Shamira has a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from the University at Albany and is currently pursuing her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Rowan Community College. Ms. Shamira started working in childcare 2006 and has been employed with the Goddard School since 2023. Shamira's favorite children's song is "Pete the Cat and his White Shoes" and in her free time she enjoys playing with her cricut creating new projects.

Ms. Karlie "Ms. KayKay" is one of our lead teachers in our Zany Zebra's (Younger PreK) classroom. Ms. Karlie is working on her bachelors degree in Middle School Education. Ms. Karlie has been in the field of education since 2011 and she has been employed with Goddard since June 2019. Karlie's favorite children's song is "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" and in her free time she enjoys playing sports and watching Anime.

Mrs. Seema is one of our lead teachers in our Zany Zebras (Pre-K I) classroom. Mrs. Seema has her Bachelors in Accounting and is new to the childcare field but is very eager to get more involved in the classroom. Mrs. Seema is very patient, always smiling, and she continues to learn that things are getting easier everyday, including the language barrier. Mrs. Seema's favorite children's song is "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" and enjoys planting and watching TV in her free time.

Mrs. Mandy is one of our lead teacher's in the Lovable Lions class (Older PreK). She has her North Carolina Early Childhood Credentials. Mrs. Mandy has worked in the field of education for 21 years and has been employed with the Goddard since September 2014. Mrs. Mandy's favorite children's song is "Disco Unicorn" and in her free time she enjoys watching movies, reading, or baking.

Ms. Crystal is a lead teacher in our Lovable Lions (Older PreK) Classroom. She hold's certifications in Cued Speech, Sign Language, Speech Development, Autism, Down Syndrome and The Auditory Learning Guid. Ms. Crystal has been in Early Childhood Field since 1997 has been employed with Goddard since August 2017. Ms. Crystal's favorite children's song is "We will rock you- Trolls Edition " and she enjoys walking trails and visiting waterfalls in her free time.

Ms. Kadeja is one of our fantastic floaters. Mrs. Kadeja has her North Carolina credentials. She has worked in the field of education since 2018 and has been employed with Goddard since August of 2021. Ms. Kadeja's favorite children's song is the "Jump up and Down" song, and in her free time she enjoys watching the TV show like Lincoln Lawyer.

Mr. Cameron is one of our Fantastic Floaters. Mr. Cameron is currently continuing his education in Early Childhood Education. Mr. Cameron loves to help out in every room of the school, interacting with all the children, and learning all about new families. Mr. Cameron and been employed with the Goddard School since September 2022.

Ms. Cloe is one of our fantastic floaters. Ms. Cloe graduated from Northwest Cabarrus High School and is starting college classes at Rowan Cabarrus Community College in January of 2024. Ms. Cloe started working with children in 2020 and has been employed with Goddard since November 2023. Cloe's favorite children's song is "You are my Sunshine" and in her free time she enjoys drawing, painting, crocheting, and reading.

Ms. Barbara is a support teacher at our school. Barbara earned a BA in Mathematics from the University of Northern Iowa and numerous years of experience in the field of education. She has been employed with Goddard since September 2014, and believes that each child is special and just needs the right environment to reach their full potential.
