    Geetika has been part of The Goddard School® community for over six years as the on-site owner of the Cary Lochmere location. As a mother of two, she knows how important it is for families to feel confident that their children are safe, happy, and thriving. With a background in biology and training in effective teaching, she has a deep appreciation for how children grow and learn best through hands-on exploration and play. Geetika is known for her warm, welcoming presence and for making every family feel like part of the school community. She loves celebrating children's and teacher's milestones, organizing special events, and partnering with parents to create meaningful school experiences. In 2024, the school became an early adopter of The Wonder of Learning™ curriculum, providing children an inquiry-based approach that encourages curiosity and discovery. Geetika finds joy in seeing the children’s smiles and hearing their laughter each day in Cary.

    Ms. Sheetal is the proud owner of The Goddard School of Cary – Lochmere and has been part of the Cary community since 2010. As a mom of two boys who attended preschool from infancy, she understands how important it is for families to feel their children are safe, nurtured, and inspired to learn. She loves getting to know families and working alongside teachers to create a joyful, engaging school environment. In 2024, the school became one of the early adopters of The Wonder of Learning™ curriculum, giving children an inquiry-based approach that sparks curiosity and a love for discovery. The school is proud to have consistently received high parent satisfaction ratings, reflecting the strong sense of care and community that families experience. With an MBA and over 15 years of experience in Information Technology, she brings a thoughtful balance of business knowledge and a passion for early childhood education.

    Ms. Rebecca is the dedicated Center Director at The Goddard School of Cary Lochmere. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Bennett College in Greensboro, NC, over 30 years of experience, and a North Carolina Level 3 Administrator Credential, she brings deep expertise and thoughtful leadership to our school community. Known for her warm and welcoming presence, Ms. Rebecca is a central part of the school community. She is passionate about supporting children, families, and teachers alike, and finds joy in watching children grow, gain confidence, and reach new milestones while partnering with parents to celebrate those meaningful moments. She takes pride in leading a team of dedicated educators and creating a school environment where everyone feels supported, valued, and inspired to thrive.

    Ms. Deedra is the Curriculum Specialist at The Goddard School of Cary Lochmere. With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and a background working with children across different age groups, she brings a well-rounded understanding of how children learn and grow at every stage. She is passionate about supporting teachers and enhancing classroom experiences, ensuring that each program is engaging, developmentally appropriate, and aligned with our high standards. Ms. Deedra is dedicated to helping every child reach their full potential while fostering a love of learning through play and exploration. Outside of school, she enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with her church community.

    Infants - Lead Teacher
    With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and as a mother of three, Ms. Paula brings a nurturing and experienced approach to caring for our youngest learners. She began her career as a “More at Four” program teacher and has extensive experience working with infants and toddlers. Ms. Paula is passionate about supporting children during these important early years, building strong bonds, and helping lay the foundation for future learning and development. Known for her calm and caring presence, she loves watching each child grow and celebrating their milestones alongside families. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Paula enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets, as well as reading and journaling. She is passionate about helping toddlers build confidence, develop social-emotional skills, and explore the world around them through play and hands-on learning. Ms. Ashley enjoys creating a supportive classroom environment where children feel safe, encouraged, and excited to learn. Known for her caring and positive presence, she values building strong relationships with both children and families.     Ms. Maniya brings a positive and energetic presence to the classroom and enjoys being part of each child’s early learning journey. Ms. Maniya recently graduated from high school and is currently studying Forensic Science at Wake Technical Community College. She brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a caring approach to supporting children throughout their day. She enjoys building connections with the children and creating a fun, engaging environment where they feel comfortable and encouraged to learn. She is passionate about guiding children as they reach key developmental milestones, from building independence to developing early communication and social skills. Ms. Ashley creates a calm, engaging environment where children feel secure, supported, and encouraged to explore. A valued member of our school community, she enjoys partnering with families to celebrate each child’s growth and progress. She is currently studying Business at Wake Technical Community College with the goal of one day opening her own childcare center, reflecting her strong commitment to the field of early childhood education. She enjoys supporting two-year-olds as they grow in independence, develop communication skills, and explore their surroundings with curiosity. Ms. Kayla creates an engaging and supportive classroom environment where children feel encouraged to learn and express themselves. Known for her caring and dependable presence, she values building strong connections with both children and families. She is passionate about helping children feel comfortable, supported, and happy throughout their day, and finds joy in building connections and making children smile. She has worked with multiple age groups and previously served in a leadership role, giving her a strong understanding of child development and classroom excellence. Ms. Megan loves guiding children as they explore, build confidence, and discover new skills each day. Known for her warm and engaging presence, she is well-loved by children and families and creates a classroom where every child feels supported and encouraged.     Ms. Rylie has been part of The Goddard School of Cary Lochmere community throughout her college years and recently joined the team full time after graduating from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She has a strong interest in child development and quickly took on increased responsibility in the classroom through her innovative approach and dedication. Ms. Rylie enjoys supporting young children as they build confidence, develop social skills, and explore the world around them. She brings a positive and supportive presence to the classroom, helping create an environment where children feel comfortable, engaged, and encouraged to learn. Known for her bubbly and energetic personality, Ms. Daysha keeps children actively involved throughout the day. She especially enjoys story time, using expressive reading and interactive techniques to spark imagination, language development, and a love of books. She is dedicated to helping children build confidence, develop social skills, and enjoy the learning process through hands-on experiences and play. She holds a Master’s degree in Education and Curriculum, a Bachelor’s degree in History, and certifications in both regular and special elementary education. She is passionate about helping young learners grow through meaningful, hands-on experiences. Ms. Amanda enjoys incorporating cooking and baking into the classroom, using them as engaging ways to teach concepts, encourage creativity, and build independence while preparing children for kindergarten. Known for her warm and engaging approach, she loves listening to children’s stories, celebrating their experiences, and creating a classroom filled with joy, curiosity, and learning. She has worked with children across all age groups and has a strong background in preparing students for kindergarten and beyond. Ms. Lana is especially passionate about supporting children at different developmental levels, helping each child grow with confidence through a focus on STEM, early writing, and foundational math skills. Known for her engaging and supportive approach, she creates a classroom where children are challenged, encouraged, and excited to learn. With four years of professional childcare experience, along with many years of hands-on experience raising her own children and supporting families, she brings a nurturing and thoughtful approach to her work. Ms. Aide enjoys watching children learn, grow, and explore the world around them with curiosity and excitement. As a resource teacher, she supports classrooms across the school, working closely with teachers to help create a consistent, caring, and engaging environment for all children.
