Hi I'm Kara! I am the on-site owner of The Goddard School of Eagan. I graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a Business Management degree and received my MBA from the University of Minnesota. After spending almost 20 years in the supply chain and manufacturing industry I am excited to bring The Goddard School to the Eagan Community. My husband Matt and I have 2 boys - Noah and Evan - both of whom attended The Goddard School.

Hi, my name is Jaime! I graduated with master's degree in Family and Child Education, along with a bachelor's degree in psychology. I am extremely passionate about early childhood education and believe it helps shapes their future. Building relationships with families is one of my favorite parts of what I do. I have been a teacher of all ages and a director! My husband and I have a son, Watson who attends Goddard and a little one on the way. You can find me traveling to new places, watching football and enjoying local coffee shops.

Hello, my name is Lily, and I am happy to be at The Goddard School-Eagan! I am originally from Fargo, ND. I went to college at Minnesota State University Moorhead. I started working in Childcare in 2015 and can’t seem to stay away! My favorite part about working with children is that it is always going to be rewarding! In my spare time I really love going to concerts, spending time with my two dogs Winston and Walter, and traveling!

Hello, my name is Abbie! I have been working in childcare for 10 years! I graduated from Mankato State with a degree in Psychology and Spanish. I love building relationships with the children and their families. I am extremely passionate about early childhood education and love giving the children the tools they need to succeed. Hello, my name is Usy (oo-see). I was born and grew up in Indonesia and just moved to MN in 2020. I live in Eagan with my husband, Eric and our daughter Nyla. I have 4 years of experience with kids and was an au pair in Switzerland. I have my bachelor’s degree in English Literature. I love learning new things and sharing them with others. I believe every child is special and unique.

I have my Associates degree in Early Childhood Education and am currently working on getting my Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in diversity, equality, and inclusion.
