Our Goddard School Teachers

Meet our school's On-Site Owner, Ms. Toni Yoswa. Her education is in Organizational Psychology with a minor in child psychology. Her background consists of 20 years of management experience of which 14 years were in early education as Director, Regional Director, and Human Resources. She had the wonderful opportunity to work for Goddard Systems Quality Assurance team and from that opportunity she fell in love with the Goddard System Standards as they aligned with Toni's commitment to quality early education. Toni has 3 children of her own,(and 3 bonus kiddo's), and she knows how important a quality program is for families. She is passionate about providing the safest, high quality, and enriching early childhood education environment possible! When she is not at work Toni enjoys boating on the river, time with family, sporting events, concerts, and traveling! She is so excited to be a part of this wonderful community! (Joined April 2024).

Thank you for visiting! Amita has a degree in Computer Science & Engineering. She has worked as an IT Professional in Top Fortune 500 companies. She enjoys offering a loving and educational environment where children can develop into lifelong learners. She wants every family that walks into school to discover the fun learning and nurturing environment. She is putting an extra effort while selecting faculty. Lead teachers are required to have education degrees and certifications. School teachers are carefully mentored and coached by Curriculum Director to assure each child has a fun learning experience.

Thank you for visiting! Vikram Aggarwal is the proud owner of The Goddard School of Albertville. Vikram has bachelor’s and master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering. As a parent of 2 children, he understands the importance of quality childcare. He has seen the firsthand difference between a daycare and the programs offered at Goddard School. He recognizes the significance of a safe and nurturing learning environment, that is why - The Goddard School. Growing up, education played an integral part in his life. He is excited, proud and feel privileged to bring The Goddard School to Albertville, MN and confident in providing the community and families with the safest and highest quality childcare experience.

Ms. Jordyn graduated in May 2024 with a degree in Marketing at the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. She has years of experience nannying and still nanny's on the weekends. She has always loved working with children of all ages and that is why she decided the Goddard School is a good fit for her. The children's giggles and belly laughs is what brings her joy when working with children. You might not always see her in the office, as she is also one of our substitute lead teachers. Ms. Tegan started working as a nanny and from there decided to get her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. As a mom she fell in love with teaching her kids and helping them achieve their goals. She has worked as a nanny and in childcare for 8 years and has a passion for teaching Pre-K. Her favorite thing to teach is reading and loves to play fun games while being able to be silly with the kids. Mrs. Tegan started as our Lead Bridge Teacher and was promoted to our Education Director May of 2025! (Joined 2023)

Mrs. Angie has over 3 years of experience as an ESP for ISD 877 where she provided structural assistance to elementary aged children, along with 6 years of experience running an in-home childcare. Currently, she is working to obtain her Child Development Accreditation (CDA) through Care Courses. Prior to working with the school district, Mrs. Angie was an admission coordinator at a local nursing home. It makes her happy to be a part of a child's growth and learning. She can't wait to start making connections with all our teachers and families. (Joined, January 2023).

Ms. Sara has her Child Development Accreditation (CDA) with emphasis on infant and toddler care providing. She started her childcare career 18+ years ago at a Montessori childcare center working with preschool age children. When she came to The Goddard School she was really intrigued by our Infant program and now couldn't imagine working with any other age group. She loves making the infants feel safe and secure along with helping them achieve all their milestones. It brings joy to her heart when she can watch them grow. (Joined, Nov 2021).

Mrs. Becca comes to us with a 4 year degree in Forensics with a minor in psychology. She has been working in childcare for over 10 years, and was a nanny for twins for 3 years. Mrs. Becca has worked with every age group throughout her experience, but found that infants is where she loves to be the most, and has the most experience. Mrs. Becca feels that infancy is one of the most important ages for brain development and she loves being a part of helping their little minds grow and hit new milestones. Mrs. Becca has 3 children of her own, and says that becoming a mother is her biggest accomplishment yet! We are so excited to have her a part of our team! (Joined, 2026).

Ms. Hoziane graduated from Adventist University of Central Africa (AUCA) in 2017 where she specialized in working with toddlers. She has been working in childcare the last 2 years as part of The Goddard Family at another location. Ms. Hoziane loves seeing children learn new things and the excitement that it brings and has her own beautiful daughter, Jael. They love to sing and dance during their free time, and also love to go explore outdoors, and taking walks. She is so excited to be a part of Goddard Albertville Family. (Joined 2024)

Hello families! Ms. Regan is so excited to be a part of the Goddard family as a First Steps lead! She has been working in childcare for almost 10 years and out of those 10 years, 7 have been in a child care setting. Ms. Regan believes the first years of a child's life are critical for brain development so she strives to create and maintain a safe, responsive, and encouraging environment where babies can feel safe to explore and grow, and that every interaction is an opportunity for growth whether it's a song, simple eye contact, or a gentle touch. With that being said, Ms. Regan's goal is to always create meaningful connections to help your infant begin to understand the world and their place in it. (joined, 2025).

Miss Kayla graduated from STMA High School in 2021 and is currently working towards her nursing degree, with an emphasis on pediatric nursing. She has spent the last 2 years working as a nanny. Miss Kayla is the oldest of 5 siblings. In her spare time Miss Kayla assists coaching her sisters softball team. Miss Kayla is so excited to have joined our team here at The Goddard School! Ms. Coalee has found her passion working in the infant classrooms! She is bubbly and nurturing with the children in her care. Ms. Coalee is a mom of 3, and her youngest recently went off to college! Ms. Coalee looks forward to growing with us here at The Goddard School. (Joined August 2023).

Miss Alyssa is currently a Senior at Saint Michael Albertville High school. She has 2 older brothers loves spending time at the lake and being with family and friends. Miss Alyssa spent this last summer as a nanny and after graduation she plans to go to college for pediatric ultrasound. She is so excited to be apart of the Goddard school. (Joined, 2025).

Ms. Emma has been working in early education going on 7 years. She started as a summer nanny in high school and has loved being around children ever since. She is working on obtaining her degree in early education. Ms. Emma enjoys spending time with my family and doing various styles of needle work. She is so excited to be a part of The Goddard Family! Ms. Izzy comes to us with 2 years of early education experience working with toddlers. Ms. Izzy loves working with children and watching them learn and grow. She is excited to get to know all of The Goddard families in our program! (Joined 2024)

Ms. Hope joins the Goddard family as a 2023 STMA High School graduate. She worked in the local community education program, Kids Play, and that is where she found her passion for children. She aspires to become an early childhood teacher and has begun the process of working on her CDA. You can find Ms. Hope in the Toddler classroom of our school providing quality care for the students. Ms. Chloe is coming to us with 3 years of early childhood education working with children of all ages. Ms. Chloe loves working in early education as she loves to see the children learn and grow. We are so excited to have her as part of our toddler program! (Joined, 2025).

Miss Grace has been taking care of children since she was 9 years old. She is the oldest sibling and oldest grandchild as well! Miss Grace has 4 years early education experience where she was a Lead Toddler Teacher. She recently returned to Minnesota from North Dakota and missed teaching young children as she loves watching them develop their personalities and become "tiny adults." Currently her only child is her dog, but she can not wait to start a family of her own! We are so lucky to have her a part of our Goddard Team! (Joined 2024).

Miss Carrissa is coming to us with 2 years of early education experience, including at another Goddard School! Miss Carrissa loves The Goddard School program and recently moved to the area. She loves watching the little's learn, grow, and develop their personalities. We are so excited to have her a part of our team! (Joined May, 2025).

Mrs. Kacy grew up in St. Michael and graduated from STMA High School in 2001. She has her Associates Degree in Early Childhood education along with 25+ years experience working with children of all age groups in the childcare setting. Mrs. Kacy is married and has two beautiful daughters of her own! Her favorite thing about teaching young children is watching them learn new things and master new skills. When she is not teaching, she enjoys spending time with family and loves to do all things outdoors. They enjoy deer hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, and camping! Mrs. Kacy is so excited to be joining The Goddard School family and cannot wait to get to know all the teachers and families! (Joined 2025)

Ms Jess has worked with children for over 5 years, working with mainly infants and toddlers. She found her passion working with children when she first started to nanny. She then made the decision to have a career in childcare to help make sure children have a safe and loving environment, along with helping them reach their milestones. (Joined 2023)

Ms. Avry is currently working on her CDA (child development associate) focusing on Toddler care. She has 2 years childcare experience working with toddlers and preschool children. Ms. Avry loves watching children learn and grow and watching them discover new things! In her spare time she keeps busy with a 2 year old of her own. We are so excited to have her a part of our team! Ms. Gwen has 3 years early education experience working in a center setting with ages infant through preschool. Ms. Gwen has been babysitting since she was 11 years old and has also nannied which led her to her career in early education. She finds that working with children is joyful and meaningful, and she recognizes the importance of helping them learn and excel as they grow. When Ms. Gwen is not working you can find her at home with her three young children, or on the boat, fishing, four wheeling, or camping with family, she is so excited to be joining the Goddard family! Mrs. Karly is so excited to be working with your children. Mrs. Karly comes to us with an associates degree in Early Education and is a part of our U.S. military. When she is not in the classroom you can usually find her shopping ,hanging out with her dog or relaxing at the cabin—her favorite way to recharge! Mrs. Karly is all about good energy, warm smiles, and making every day meaningful! We are so excited to have her to our pre-k program! (Joined, 2025).

Ms. Malory comes to us having spent many years as a stay at home mom of 4 busy boys and operating an in-home childcare. After seeing her children's experience here at The Goddard School, Ms. Malory is excited to return to the childcare environment now not only as a parent, but as a teacher. Ms. Malory is dedicated to creating a safe, positive, and nurturing space where children feel secure, supported, and empowered to grow. (Joined 2026).

Mrs. Janine has her BA in Youth and Family Ministries and she is currently working on her Masters in Christian Education, and believes she has found her passion, and that is teaching . She has 3 children of her own . Mrs. Janine is so excited to be joining The Goddard School and meeting all of our students and families! (Joined May, 2025).

Mr. Kai is a 2024 graduate of STMA High School. Kai is studying psychology with an emphasis on child psychology. Kai has three brothers which influenced Kai's interest in working with children. Kai has one cat and enjoys listening to music and watching scary movies. We are excited to be welcoming Kai to our program! (Joined, 2025).

Miss Elizabeth comes to us with experience through babysitting and can't wait to care for your little ones! Miss Elizabeth enjoys helping children nurture their little minds as they blossom, she believes that learning is an adventure best enjoyed together! She is thrilled to dive into a world of laughter and learning here at the Goddard School! (Joined 2024)

Miss Aphia grew up in Buffalo, MN. She is currently attending University of North Dakota and working towards her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. She has always had a heart for children and loves being in a fun environment. It was during her senior year of high school that she realized she loved to teach and help kids find the answers while seeing those "light bulb moments" or big strides. She is so excited to be part of the wonderful team here at The Goddard School in Albertville. (Joined, 2026).

Ms. Lisa spent many years in a corporate setting and decided to make a change where she worked in the STMA school district for several years assisting young children with learning how to read and from there transitioned to working with special needs children. Ms. Lisa and her husband have lived in Albertville for over 33 years and they have 2 adult daughters, and 6 beautiful grandchildren. Ms. Lisa joined the Goddard team February of 2024 and she loves watching children grow, learn, explore, and see them develop their own personalities. (Joined 2024)

Miss Savannah is so excited to be working at Goddard Albertville! Miss Savannah is working towards her certificate in Early Childhood development. She has been babysitting for kids of all ages since I was 12 years old and quickly realized that she loves kids and truly enjoy being around them! Miss Savannah loves to travel with her family, loves animals and has 3 family dogs! In her spare time, she loves watching musicals and going to concerts, along with collecting things from her childhood like Strawberry Shortcake! We are so excited to have her a part of our team! Miss Catherine is a senior at STMA High School. She discovered her passion for working with children while taking an Early Childhood class, where she volunteered at Head Start and completed a preschool internship. She is very excited to be a part of the team! (Joined, 2025)

Miss Khendal is currently a junior at University of Minnesota, Duluth where she is majoring in healthcare management with an emphasis on healthcare education. She has 2 years early education experience primarily in infants and toddlers. When Miss Khendal is not working she loves to play softball (also coaches softball and volleyball)! She is so excited to be a part of The Goddard School in Albertville, joining us as summer seasonal support. (Joined 2025)

Ms. Alexa is a MVP support staff. She believes kids at a young age are full of potential and she enjoys being a part of their growth and happiness! She understands that learning should be a fun and positive environment with people supporting children throughout their journey. (Joined 2023)

Miss Eden joins us a graduate from Buffalo High School and has recently joined the Air National Guard. Miss Eden, also coaches preschool gymnastics and loves helping kids learn and have fun. She is excited to bring that same energy and care to the Goddard School! (Joined, 2025)

Ms. Kelly is a University of Minnesota graduate with an elementary school teaching background. She is excited about joining the Goddard team, because she aligns with our belief that children learn best through experience. Some of her favorite teaching memories include playing with sand and play-dough; she is a hands-on teacher and learner. In her free time, she enjoys tutoring, playing with her three cats, and cooking. Ms, Kelly is very excited to be part of the Albertville team.” (Joined May 2024)
