Kellie McDonald & Matt Cibor
OwnerAs lifelong residents of metro Detroit, and proud parents ourselves, we are excited to bring The Goddard School of Beverly Hills to families in our community! Kellie opened the first Goddard School in Michigan in 2007 in Lake Orion, MI, and her passion for educating and caring for children is prevalent the moment you enter her school. It also shows in her charitable work with local children’s charities that share her passion for the importance of high quality early childhood education. After getting engaged in 2017, Matt & Kellie began a journey which builds on Matt’s past experience implementing standards & building high performing teams and Kellie’s experience owning and operating one of the top Goddard schools in the country in Lake Orion, MI. When we are not at the school, we enjoy playing golf, tennis and spending time with our boys. -
Constance
Director of EducationAfter receiving her Bachelor’s degree from Lee University, Constance immediately began her early childhood education career as a Lead Pre-K Teacher. After developing in this role for 10 years in the classroom, she moved to a Center Director position in 2014 where she trained and developed a large team of teachers. In addition to her years of experience both in the classroom and as an administrator, Constance has a passion for early childhood education and for providing our Goddard families with the highest quality education and care. Jacey
Assistant DirectorJacey’s career has been centered around the education and care of young children. After starting her career in early childhood education over 20 years ago as an assistant pre-k teacher, she went on to receive a Child Development Associate, and has many years of experience as a Lead Preschool Teacher and most recently as an Assistant Director. Jacey is presently working on a Bachelors of Science Degree in Early Childhood Administration. Part of Jacey’s prior experience included being a Lead Teacher at The Goddard School, and after experiencing Goddard’s benchmark curriculum and health & safety standards she has had a goal of bringing Goddard’s program to area families. We are excited to have her as part of the team, and to work with her on her continued journey in early childhood education.
