Tracy Rana has been the proud owner of The Goddard School in Olney since 2015. With over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management, she brings both strong leadership and a genuine passion for working with families in Olney and the surrounding communities. For Tracy, this school is a place where families connect and children begin an important part of their life’s journey—learning, growing, and building meaningful friendships along the way. As a parent herself, she understands how important the early years are and is committed to creating a nurturing, supportive environment where every child feels valued, and every family feels at home. Tracy has lived in Montgomery County for over 25 years and is married with one son. She grew up in the state of Michigan, where she attended Michigan State University and earned her Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
