Tracy Rana has a background in business. She has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and management. Her family is the reason she chose to work with The Goddard School. As a parent herself, she understands how important early childhood education is in a child’s development. Tracy has lived in Montgomery County for 15 years and is married with one son. She attended Michigan State University where she graduated with a degree in Marketing.

Ms. Farrukh studied Information Technology at the University of Maryland and has worked in many childcare settings. Farrukh has lead children’s programs and activities for several years within her faith community.
