Our Goddard School Teachers

Dipti is the proud owner of The Goddard School in Hanover. She loves Goddard's philosophy in education and its emphasis on safety and security. Dipti earned a bachelor's of science degree from the University of Maryland. She is also the proud parent of two Goddard alum. Dipti and the administration team work side-by-side to create the best Goddard experience for the children, families, teachers, and community. Our collaborative work environment and pursuit of continuous quality improvements have earned us our Maryland State Department of Education Accreditation.

Joe brings more than 21 years of experience in early childhood education, including the past six years with Goddard Systems in a support role, where he partnered with schools to help deliver exceptional educational experiences for children and families. For the past six years, Joe has also proudly partnered with Dipti, sharing a vision of providing high-quality early childhood education and building strong relationships within the community. Joe is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive, while supporting families throughout their educational journey. He believes that every child deserves a safe, nurturing place to develop confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He is also a Black Belt and international medalist in Tae Kwon Do, reflecting his dedication, discipline, and commitment to personal growth.

Christina started her Goddard career in 2017. She holds a high school diploma and is MSDE credentialed for Preschool and School Age students. Christina is also CPR and First Aid Certified. Christina decided to work with young children because "Working with children is fun! No day is the same. I love to help them learn and grow and find out who they are. It warms my heart watching the spark in their eyes as that lightbulb goes off when they understand something." Her favorite children's book is "Corduroy" by Don Freeman and her favorite quote is "Sometimes the world seems against you, the journey may leave a scar, but scars can heal and reveal, just where you are."- Moana

Giavanna joined Goddard Hanover in 2024. Giavanna is Infant/Toddler Certified.

Tori started her Goddard career in 2022. She holds a high school diploma and is MDSE credentialed in Infant/Toddlers and Preschool. She is also CPR and First Aid certified. She enjoys working with children because she's always wanted to teach younger children and takes pride in helping their social-emotional and developmental milestones. Her favorite children's book is, "I Love You from the Moon and Back", by Tim Warnes.

Carmen started her Goddard career in 2023. She holds a high school diploma and is MSDE credentialed in Infant/Toddlers. Carmen is a bilingual educator and is passionate about exposing students to multi-languages in the classroom setting. Carmen decided to work with children because she is interested in guiding students in early childhood education. Her favorite children's author is Dr. Seuss.

Angela started at Goddard in 2018. She has a high school diploma and is MSDE credentialed in Preschool. Angela is also CPR and First Aid Certified. She decided to work with young children because I like to watch them grow and help them learn." Zamira is has a high school diploma and is pursing higher education. She is First Aid/CPR certified.

Tiffany joined Goddard Hanover in 2023. She is credentialed in Preschool and is certified in First Aid/CPR. Tiffany is our resident potty training expert!

Lori started her career at Goddard 2017. She has a high school diploma and is MSDE credentialed in Preschool and Infant/Toddlers. Lori is also CPR and First Aid Certified. Lori decide to work with young children because she loves teaching the children and watching them learn and grow." Her favorite children’s book is “Charlotte’s Web” by E. B. White and her favorite quote is “Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. But today is a gift; that’s why we call it the present.” - Unknown

Ms. Tymari is our Preschool C Resource teacher. She is CPR/First Aid certified. Ms. Tymari loves working with children to help brighten their day and support them as they develop important foundational learning skills. She enjoys creating a positive and encouraging environment where children can learn, grow, and feel supported each day.

Ms. Katherine is our resource teacher. Ms. Katherine is currently certified in CPR/first Aid, and is pursuing her 45 hour Infants and Toddlers. Ms. Katherine loves being in the infant classroom, so that she can nurture and provide love.

Ms. Melany began her Goddard career in 2025. She is First Aid/CPR certified. Ms. Melany loves connecting with children and helping them discover new learning.

Arianna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Conflict Analysis & Dispute Resolution from Salisbury University and a Master of Science degree in Conflict Negotiation & Conflict Management from University of Baltimore. Ms. Musser is certified as a Maryland Lead Teacher in School-Age Methods and Materials, Preschool Curriculum and Activities, and Child Growth and Development. Ms. Musser has been a Lead Teacher Pre-K with Goddard for 2 years.

Ms. Nia has been working in childcare for 5 years. Ms. Nia has a degree in Criminal Justice and Fine Arts. She has a degree in Criminal Justice and Fine Arts. One day she would like to visit Japan and she enjoys Asian food.

Ms. Keyorra is a resource teacher. Ms. Keyorra is certified in preschool ages. She loves creating a child’s safe space and teaching them a thing or two! In her spare time she enjoys arts and crafts, and playing video games.

Ms. Celeste is one of our Infant C teachers. Ms. Celeste holds her 45hr Infant and Toddlers certificate, as well as her CPR/First Aid. She enjoys teaching the children sign language and giving loving care.

Ms. Bailey is a resource teacher. She currently has her CPR/First Aid. She enjoys watching children play with each other and learning new skills.

Ms. Kyra is a resource teacher. She has a high school diploma and is certified in CPR/First Aid.

Ms. Symone is a resource teacher. Ms. Symone is currently finishing high school and she is certified in CPR/First Aid.

Ms. Hailey is currently Infant/Toddler and Preschool certified. She holds a Master’s degree in Elementary Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship. Working with children has always been a passion for Ms. Hailey, and she enjoys creating positive learning experiences while helping children grow and thrive each day.

Ms. Tavera earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and has been a wonderful addition to our school community. She enjoys working with children because she wants to make a positive impact in the world and loves watching children learn and grow in the classroom each day.
