Our Goddard School Teachers

I am the proud on-site owner of The Goddard School in Hanover. I graduated from North Carolina A&T State University with a Bachelors degree in Electronic and Computer Technology and a Masters degree in Technology Education with a concentration in Education. Prior to on-site ownership, I served as an Assistant Principal in Montgomery County Public Schools. I am the mother of a 10-year old daughter and a 5-year old son, a recent Goddard Hanover Graduate. I am excited to create educational experiences for Goddard students and build community with my Goddard families.

Dipti is the proud owner of The Goddard School in Hanover. She loves Goddard's philosophy in education and its emphasis on safety and security. Dipti earned a bachelor's of science degree from the University of Maryland. She is also the proud parent of two Goddard alum. Dipti and the administration team work side-by-side to create the best Goddard experience for the children, families, teachers, and community. Our collaborative work environment and pursuit of continuous quality improvements have earned us our Maryland State Department of Education Accreditation.

Mrs. Jade McKnight attended Howard University and has a Bachelor's degree in Human Development with a concentration in Child and Adolescents. The Goddard School has been a part of my life since 2014, beginning my career at the Bare Hills location in Baltimore, MD as a Preschool/PreK teacher and working my way to Assistant Director in 2018 and Educational Director in 2019. I am passionate about nurturing fun learning experiences for our students, effective communication with parents and staff and creating school/community- wide events. I have three children, one who graduated from Goddard and two who will attend—Aria, Riley and Camden. When I am not at Goddard, I enjoy spending time with my family, making endless idea boards on Pinterest and frequenting TJ Maxx/Home Goods.

Mrs. Christina started her Goddard experience in 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and is also qualified as a preschool, school-age, and infant/toddler lead teacher. Mrs. Christina decided to work with young children because, "I enjoy watching young children learn and grow." Mrs Christina's favorite quote is "Live each day as if it was your last."

Mrs. Rayven has an Associate's Degree in Early Childcare Education. Rayven is a previous Assistant Director and joins the Goddard Hanover leadership team with 10 years experience in child care. She is a wife and mother of 4. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, and binge watching tv shows.

Christina started her Goddard career in 2017. She holds a high school diploma and is MSDE credentialed for Preschool and School Age students. Christina is also CPR and First Aid Certified. Christina decided to work with young children because "Working with children is fun! No day is the same. I love to help them learn and grow and find out who they are. It warms my heart watching the spark in their eyes as that lightbulb goes off when they understand something." Her favorite children's book is "Corduroy" by Don Freeman and her favorite quote is "Sometimes the world seems against you, the journey may leave a scar, but scars can heal and reveal, just where you are."- Moana

Giovanna joined Goddard Hanover in 2024. She has a high school diploma and is MSDE credentialed in Infants/Toddlers.

Tori started her Goddard career in 2022. She holds a high school diploma and is MDSE credentialed in Infant/Toddlers and Preschool. She is also CPR and First Aid certified. She enjoys working with children because she's always wanted to teach younger children and takes pride in helping their social-emotional and developmental milestones. Her favorite children's book is, "I Love You from the Moon and Back", by Tim Warnes.

Nekia has a high school diploma and joined Goddard Hanover in 2023 and is MSDE credentialed Infants/Toddlers. She loves working with infants because she loves watching them grow and discover the world around them.

Carmen started her Goddard career in 2023. She holds a high school diploma and is MSDE credentialed in Infant/Toddlers. Carmen is a bilingual educator and is passionate about exposing students to multi-languages in the classroom setting. Carmen decided to work with children because she is interested in guiding students in early childhood education. Her favorite children's author is Dr. Seuss.

Kalia has a high school diploma and is First Aid/CPR certified. She loves working with Toddlers because she loves watching toddlers learn how to navigate the world around them.

Angela started at Goddard in 2018. She has a high school diploma and is MSDE credentialed in Preschool. Angela is also CPR and First Aid Certified. She decided to work with young children because I like to watch them grow and help them learn." Lori started her career at Goddard 2017. She has a high school diploma and is MSDE credentialed in Preschool and Infant/Toddlers. Lori is also CPR and First Aid Certified. Lori decide to work with young children because she loves teaching the children and watching them learn and grow." Her favorite children’s book is “Charlotte’s Web” by E. B. White and her favorite quote is “Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. But today is a gift; that’s why we call it the present.” - Unknown

Zamira is has a high school diploma and is pursing higher education. She is First Aid/CPR certified.

Tiffany joined Goddard Hanover in 2023. She is credentialed in Preschool and is certified in First Aid/CPR. Tiffany is our resident potty training expert!

Nhi-jee joined Goddard Hanover in 2024. She is working to obtain her CDA in Infants/Toddlers. Nhi-jee is First Aid/CPR certified.

Cheyenne joined Goddard Hanover in 2024. Cheyenne is CPR and First Aid certified and is working to obtain the 90 clock hour Preschool certification.

Ms. Melany began her Goddard career in 2025. She is First Aid/CPR certified. Ms. Melany loves connecting with children and helping them discover new learning.

Arianna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Conflict Analysis & Dispute Resolution from Salisbury University and a Master of Science degree in Conflict Negotiation & Conflict Management from University of Baltimore. Ms. Musser is certified as a Maryland Lead Teacher in School-Age Methods and Materials, Preschool Curriculum and Activities, and Child Growth and Development. Ms. Musser has been a Lead Teacher Pre-K with Goddard for 2 years.

Ms. Nia has been working in childcare for 5 years. Ms. Nia has a degree in Criminal Justice and Fine Arts. She has a degree in Criminal Justice and Fine Arts. One day she would like to visit Japan and she enjoys Asian food.

Ms. Alia is currently pursuing towards her nursing degree with the goal to be a Peds. Nurse. She became a teacher because she loves watching children grow, explore, and learn through play while creating a warm and safe environment for them.

Kennesha has been teaching children for 5+ years. She hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and has her 90 clock hour in Preschool and 45 clock hour in Infants/Toddlers. She enjoys seafood, and loves WWE.

Ms. Lasheila is a teacher in Two’s A classroom. Lasheila currently holds her 90 hour certificate in both Preschool, and Infant and Toddler. Lasheila's favorite Disney character is stitch, and she is a fur-mom to her dog, Kobe.

Ms. Keyorra is our Preschool A teacher. Ms. Keyorra is certified in preschool ages. She loves creating a child’s safe space and teaching them a thing or two! In her spare time she enjoys arts and crafts, and playing video games.

Ms. Abby is the resource teacher in Infant B. She enjoys watching the little ones be curious. Her favorite Disney movie is "Up". Ms. Abby is currently pursuing her MSDE Lead Certification in December.

Ms. Tierra has been working in childcare for 4+ years. She is currently in school for Elementary and Special Education. Ms. Tierra became a teacher to watch kids grow and learn. She enjoys teaching children new things. In her spare time she enjoys making pottery.
