Our Goddard School Teachers

Ms. Mary and Mr. Zach bring a wealth of experience and passion to The Goddard School of Middle River. Ms. Mary holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from St. Vincent College and has over 15 years of experience in the field. Her dedication to creating nurturing, engaging learning environments helps children build the confidence and curiosity that lead to lifelong success. Mr. Zach began his career as a Pre-K teacher at The Goddard School in Forest Hill, where he developed a love for guiding young learners through hands-on exploration and discovery. Together, they opened The Goddard School of Middle River in 2016, combining their expertise and shared vision to provide families with a warm, supportive, and high-quality early childhood education experience. Their commitment to The Goddard philosophy runs deep, their two oldest children attended The Goddard School from infancy through Pre-K, and they look forward to welcoming their newest little one to the Goddard family in 2026.

Ms. Kelly is the Director of Education here at The Goddard School in Middle River! She gained experience working with young children in the Pre-School setting while completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education at Towson University. She is also credentialed by MSDE at a level 6. She has been a member of our school for more than 7 years! Ms. Kelly worked as a lead infant teacher prior to being promoted to an administrative role. One thing she enjoys about working with children is that every day is exciting! She believes she learns so much from the children she works with. The book “Love You Forever,” by Robert Munsch, is Ms. Kelly’s favorite children’s book because her mom read it to her when she was younger!

Ms. Bryanna is the Director of Operations here at The Goddard School in Middle River! She has her Bachelor's in Psychology from West Virginia University. She has several years of previous experience working both here and at our sister school in Forest Hill. She has been with our school for more than 6 years! She worked as a lead two-year-old teacher before becoming a member of our administrative team. Ms. Bryanna believes that being patient and understanding with children is of the utmost importance in the field of child development and is dedicated to providing that to all of the children in her care!

Ms. Nicole began working at The Goddard School of Middle River in 2016 as a Lead Teacher in the Toddler program. Her dedication and excitment led to her serving as a Mentor Teacher. She studied Early Childhood Education at CCBC and holds her 90-Hour Preschool Teaching Certification. As a proud Goddard parent, she has had two children graduate and is excited for her youngest to graduate in 2030. Now serving as Office Manager, Ms. Nicole helps create a warm, welcoming environment for children, families, and staff. She is especially passionate about incorporating music and movement into daily routines to enhance children’s learning experiences.
