Our Goddard School Teachers

We are a brother and sister team and are proud owners of The Goddard School in Weston. Firas holds an MBA from Northeastern University. Firas is a proud father of a Goddard graduate. Sally holds a B.A. in Economics from Wheaton College, MA. Sally is a Weston resident and proud mother of 3 Goddard graduates. We are involved in our communities and enjoy travel, reading, sports, the outdoors, and time spent with our families. As residents of the area for over 25 years, we are proud to offer the opportunity for children to grow through exploration and hands-on learning in our own community. We chose the Goddard School because we recognize the importance of a safe and nurturing learning environment. Our parents sent us to great schools that provided us with a solid, well-rounded education and helped foster a love for learning. We are proud to be a part of The Goddard School and to be able to bring a high caliber of education and preschool experience to our community.

Ms. Jen is the School Director. Ms. Jen holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services with a concentration in Early Childhood Education from Fisher College. She has been working in the field of early childhood education since 2001 and has been a Director since 2007. Ms. Jen has 4 children of her own and enjoys spending time with her family in Maine. She enjoys being outside, hiking, snowmobiling, boating and loves photography. She also has a love for dogs and has 2 German shepherds. Ms. Jen is very excited to be a part of The Goddard School and looks forward to meeting you!

Ms. Kerri holds a teaching certificate from Fisher College. Ms. Kerri is certified through the DEEC to work with Infant, Toddler, Preschool, & Pre-K children. She has been working with children since 2009. Ms. Kerri loves watching the children develop and learn. Ms. Kerri has three children of her own and a dog. In her free time, she enjoys day trips, taking her dogs for walks and photography. Favorite children's activity: Painting Favorite children's book: "Going On A Bear Hunt"

Ms. Randa our school's Curriculum Coordinator. She holds a Master's of Education in Early Childhood Education from Cambridge College. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medical Science from Zagazig University in Egypt. Ms. Randa is certified through the DEEC to work with Preschool & Pre-K children and has over 10 years of experience in early education which include experience within the public school system and a Montessori school. Ms. Randa made the decision to enter the field of early childhood education because she has a strong belief that she can make a difference in childrens' early years. Their smiles melt her heart! Ms. Randa loves swimming, cooking, organizing social events, and visiting Egypt! Favorite children's activity: Science Experiments Galore Favorite children's book: "The Cat In The Hat"

Ms. Amy is a teacher certified by the Massachusetts's EEC and has a son, Dylan. Ms. Amy has been working with children for over 20+ years and is excited to be working with the infants. She is looking forward sharing her crafting skills with the children in her class. Children bring so much joy and happiness to her life. Ms. Amy's favorite book is "Good Night Moon by Margaret Wise Brown."

Ms. Aida brings a passion for early childhood education to her role as a Teacher and is currently in college while holding DEEC certifications in Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool. She chose this field because she has always loved working with children and watching them grow and reach new milestones. Ms. Aida enjoys creating engaging classroom experiences, especially hand- and footprint art projects that families can treasure. In her free time, she loves baking, cooking, shopping, and spending time with her niece and nephew. She is fluent in Spanish, sings at church, and has a cat named Billy. Her favorite children’s book is We’re Going on a Bear Hunt by Michael Rosen. She is committed to creating a nurturing and joyful learning environment for every child.

Hailie is a certified teacher through the DEEC, with five years of experience in the field. She is passionate about nurturing children’s growth and learning. Outside of work, Hailie enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and shopping. Her favorite children’s activities involve sensory play and story time, encouraging creativity and imagination. One of her beloved children’s books is “Little Blue Truck,” which she loves sharing with her students.

Ms. Nancy is a teacher. She has been working with children since 2017. Ms. Nancy loves working with children and watching them grow. Ms. Nancy enjoys traveling, swimming, dancing & listening to music. Favorite children's activity: Waterplay & Painting Favorite children's book: "The Cat in the Hat"

Ms. Melani attended MassBay and is certified through the DEEC to work with Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children. She has a genuine love for working with young children and enjoys helping them learn, grow, and reach important developmental milestones. Ms. Melani is passionate about creating a fun and nurturing learning environment through hands-on activities. In her free time, she loves spending quality time with her family and listening to music. She especially enjoys engaging children in art projects and sensory experiences that encourage creativity and self-expression. Ms. Sarai is a Certified Teacher with DEEC certifications in Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool and has been part of our school community since 2023. She chose early childhood education because she enjoys caring for children and supporting their learning milestones. Sarai loves creating a nurturing learning environment where children can grow and explore with confidence. A proud cat lover, she enjoys talking about her two cats, Alaska and Maui. Her favorite children’s activity is puzzles, and her favorite book is The Mitten by Jan Brett. She looks forward to building meaningful relationships with children and families.

Ms. Marleny works with our Toddlers. She enjoys teaching the children through play and watching them learn. She loves to do different activities with the children. During her free time, Ms. Marleny enjoys spending time with her family. Favorite children's activity: Sensory Play Favorite children's book: "The Little Engine That Could"

Ms. Andrea is working towards her DEEC certification. She has been working in the field since 2016. She chose the field because she loves babies! She always does her best to make sure the children have a smooth and happy day. Ms. Andrea enjoys singing, cut out art and decorating. Ms. Alyssa is a teacher certified by the Massachusetts EEC and mother of 2 children Lily and Andrew. Ms. Alyssa enjoys being outdoors, singing and doing art projects with her family and is looking forward to sharing those skills with the children in her classroom. Her favorite book is "The Big Orange Splot, by Daniel Pinkwater".

Ms. Gaby is a teacher. She has been working with children since 2019. Ms. Gaby loves working with children and watching them learn and grow. Ms. Gaby enjoys cooking, swimming, and going for walks. Favorite children's activity: Coloring & Painting Favorite children's book: "Corduroy"

Ms. Sandra is a teacher. She has been working with children since 2014. Ms. Sandra loves working with children and loves to learn from their development. Ms. Sandra enjoys singing, going for walks with her family. Favorite children's activity: Singing with the children" Favorite children's book: "Brown Bear"

Ms. Padmaja is certified through the DEEC to work with Infants, Toddlers, Preschool, & Pre-K children. Ms. Padmaja has been working with children since her own children were small and they are now young adults. She especially enjoys working with infants. Ms. Padmaja enjoys travelling in her time away from work and she would like to see the world as a peaceful, friendly place. Ms. Insaf is new to the field of Early Childhood Education. Ms. Insaf holds an Associates Degree in Accounting from Andalus University in Jordan. She adores working with children of all ages and in various activities - especially having raised her own children here in the States. She is fluent in Arabic and has taught Arabic at a local Sunday school for the past 10 years. Ms. Insaf enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and is a passionate cook who loves Middle Eastern cuisine. Favorite children's activity: Arts & Crafts. Favorite children's book: "Curious George Books"

Ms. Vivian is an Assistant Teacher who has been a valued member of our school community since 2023. She chose early childhood education because she enjoys working with children and supporting them as they reach important learning milestones. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Vivian enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and riding motorcycles during the summer. She speaks Spanish and Portuguese and enjoys Chinese cuisine. Her favorite children’s activity is exploring the butterfly life cycle, and her favorite book is The Day the Crayons Quit by Drew Daywalt. She looks forward to building strong partnerships with children and families.

Ms. Margie holds a teaching certificate from Massbay. Ms. Margie is certified through the DEEC to work with Infant, Toddler, Preschool, & Pre-K children. She has been working with children since 2012. Ms. Margie got into the teaching field because she had teachers who cared for her and helped her learn and she wants to do the same for her students. Ms. Margie has been married for 10 years and has a cat and dog. In her free time, she enjoys singing and painting. Ms. Amber is a teacher. She has been working with children for 10 years. Ms. Amber enjoys working with children while watching them explore the world around them. Ms. Amber enjoys photography, singing, playing basketball and running in her spare time. Favorite children's activity: Painting & Reading Books Favorite children's book: "I, Amber Brown"

Ms. Janesscia is working towards continuing my education in the early education field. Ms. Janesscia has a dog, Harley, that she loves to spend time with when not at work and would love to work with the animal rescue, as well as with children. Ms Janesscia was also an avid runner on the track team at her high school. Favorite children's activity: Painting Favorite children's book: "Good Night Moon"

Ms. Shahnila holds an Associate's Degree in Business and is currently furthering her schooling towards an education degree. Ms. Shahnila is certified through the DEEC to work with Preschool & Pre-K children. She loves to work with children of all ages. Ms. Shahnila is the mother of 2 children, a son and a daughter. In her free times, she loves to cook and travel. Favorite Children's Activity: Painting and Math Skills Favorite Children's Book: "Pete the Cat"

Ms. Sophia holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from American River College in Sacramento, California. She is certified through the DEEC to work with Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children. Ms. Sophia has been working in early childhood education for 7 years before becoming a part of our family and has a strong passion for supporting young children as they learn and grow. Born in Canada, she moved to Massachusetts from California and is multi lingual. In her free time, Ms. Sophia enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and binge watching TV series with her husband. Favorite Children’s Activity: Finger painting and playing with play dough Favorite Children’s Book: The Very Hungry Caterpillar

Mr. Jeff is a teacher certified through Massachusetts's EEC and enjoys raising his two children, Lilly and Andrew. Jeff recently entered the field of education after managing a party store. He enjoys music and being outdoors and loves to share that with the children in his classroom. Favorite book is "The Giving Tree"
