Our Goddard School Teachers

Lindsey Mitchell is the owner of The Goddard School of Westford. She joined the Goddard family in 2013 and has held many roles, including teacher, assistant director, and most recently was the director of our school since 2017. Miss Lindsey has a Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education and Psychology from Keene State College and her Master's coursework in Educational Administration. Lindsey is passionate about providing a high-quality learning environment for children and a positive community presence. In her spare time she enjoys traveling with her family and spending time outdoors.

Ms. Noelle joins our school as our Assistant Director. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of early childhood education. Ms. Noelle holds a Master of Arts in Education degree in Early Childhood Montessori from Endicott College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Framingham State University. Ms. Noelle and her husband are the proud parents of a young daughter and a son. In her spare time, Ms. Noelle enjoys small sewing projects, reading, and spending time with her family on Lake Winnipesaukee.

Ms. Kayla joined us in the Fall 2015 as a floating teacher but beginning in 2016 she joined our Preschool program. Ms. Kayla has spent time in both preschool classrooms but is currently teaching in Preschool 2. She received her certification from Quinsigamond Community College.

Ms. Jen joins our infant program with over 20 years experience working with children. She received her certification from Quincy College and is currently taking courses at Northern Essex Community College.

Ms. Libby teaches in our Toddler classroom and has over 6 years experience working in the field of Early Childhood Education. She has a Bachelor degree from Fitchburg State College. In her spare time, Libby enjoys drawing and playing with her nephews.

Ms. Corinne joined us in 2022 after graduating with a Bachelor degree in Psychology and Literature from Sarah Lawrence College. She started as a floating teacher but quickly established herself as an amazing teacher. She is currently teaching in our Two's 1 classroom.

Ms. Nichole is an established teacher in our Two's 1 classroom. She has over 12 years of experience and loves being with toddlers! She has her Associate degree from Middlesex Community College. Ms. Nichole is also a proud mom to her three children.

We welcome Ms. Dominique to our Two's 2 classroom. She joins our school with over 8 years of experience in the field of early childhood. Ms. Dominique has also completed her Child Development Associate (CDA). She was named "Rookie of the Year" during the 2017-2018 school year.

Ms. Taylor joins our Two's 2 classroom with over 4 years of early childhood experience. She has her Bachelor degree from Endicott College. Ms. Taylor has over 5 years of experience working with children and in her spare time loves spending time outdoors.

Ms. Lily joined our Bridge classroom in 2024 and is currently attending Southern New Hampshire University for her Bachelor degree. She received her certification through Northshore Community College. In her spare time she enjoys spending time in nature and reading.

Ms. Amanda joined our school as a floater in 2024 and quickly established herself as a classroom teacher. She received her certification through Fisher College and joins Ms. Lily as a Bridge teacher. In her spare time she enjoys swimming, walking her dogs and going to concerts.

Ms. Cassidy has over 5 years of experience working with young children and joined our school in September 2023. She has a Bachelor of Science from Drexel University. She is currently leading our Preschool 1 classroom.

Rachel started with us in 2026, and has joined the preschool program. she came to us with over 10 years experience with early childhood education.

We welcome Ms. Jeanne to our preschool program. She came to us with over 20 years of experience. She attended Hesser College and College for Lifelong Learning where she studied Early Childhood Education.

Ms. Gabby started with us in 2023 as a floating teacher, supporting all the classrooms, and is now a wonderful support as a preschool 2 teacher.

Miss Michelle has over 15 years of experience and joined our staff in January 2013 in our Preschool 2 classroom. She recently moved to join our Pre-K program and now teaches in PK 1. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Rivier College and is currently working on her Master's degree. In her spare time Ms. Michelle enjoys running marathons.

Ms. Sam recently joined our Pre-K 1 classroom and has over 8 years of experience working with children. She has her Associate degree in Early Childhood Education from Mount Wachusett Community College. In her spare time she enjoys reading, hiking and going to the movies.

We are thrilled to have Ms. Johana in our PK 2 classroom. She brings with her over 10 years of experience in the field and has an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Johana was named "Teacher of the Year" during the 2017-2018 school year.

We are thrilled to welcome Ms. Amanda to our Pre-K 2 classroom. She began her career at our school as a floating teacher but quickly moved into a full time teaching position in our Pre-K program. She has her Associates degree in Early Childhood Education from North Shore Community College and has over 8 years of experience working with children.

Ms. Carolyn is one of our floating teachers that support our infant and toddler program.

Devan is a floating teacher who supports our preschool and pre K programs.

Ms. Kim is a floating teacher who supports the bridge classroom.
