    Owner
    Katie is the on-site owner of The Goddard School in Auburn, Ma. Katie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Boston College in 2007 followed by a Masters in Early Childhood Education (2010) and Administration (2013) from Boston College. She began her career as an Assistant Head of School in 2013, after several years of teaching Pre-kindergarten and second grade. In 2019, she joined The Goddard School family as the Director of Education. Katie is a mom of four amazing girls and enjoys spending her spare time at home with her husband and children. She is commited to providing a warm, nurturing environment where children will develop a life-long love of learning!

    Ms Amanda

    Director
    Amanda has been a part of the Goddard family since 2017. She began working with children in 2007. She achieved her Bachelors of Science degree in Sociology from Eastern CT State University in 2012, and has continued her education by taking many courses related to Early Childhood Education, Administration, and Family Studies. She began her career as a Director in 2010, after several years of being a toddler teacher. Amanda is a mom of four children, and she enjoys spending time with them exploring new places, doing arts and crafts, and baking together. She also loves reading, especially to her children. A few family favorites are the "Llama, Llama" books, anything by Dr. Seuss, and "The Boxcar Children" series.

    Megan has been part of the Goddard family since 2017. Megan has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Applied Relations from Eastern Connecticut State University. She has taught Pre-K and Kindergarten for the past 15 years, and she is excited to take on the role of Assistant Director. She loves to foster young minds, be creative, and be with children. Megan has a love for teaching and children, and it helps her to strive to be a better teacher and person each day. She loves reading to children, and her favorite children’s book is any of the pigeon books by Mo Willems. Megan is also loving being a first time mom to her son born in January 2019! Megan was awarded our Rookie of the Year Award in 2017, our Teacher of the Year Award in 2020, and the Goddard Regional Teacher of the Year Award in 2021.

    Quality Assurance Coordinator
    Michelle has been a part of the Goddard family since 2008. Michelle has an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, and graduated with High Honors. She has over fifteen years of experience working with children, and began working at the Goddard School in 2008. Michelle enjoys working with young children because they teach her as much as she teaches them each day. In her free time she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. Her favorite curriculum area to teach is music and movement because of the smiles, laughter and joy it brings to the children and how it enhances their learning. Ms. Michelle is the winner of our Team Player of the Year award in 2009, our Teacher of the Year in 2010, the Goddard National Teacher of the Year in 2011, our Teacher of the Year in 2017, and our Classroom of the Year award in 2019.

    Infant/Toddler/Twos Mentor Teacher
    Sydney has been a part of the Goddard family since 2023. Sydney graduated from Framingham State University with a major in Psychology and a minor in Diversity Studies. She has also taken many education classes, and holds an EEC teaching certificate for Lead Teacher and Director. Sydney has wanted to be a teacher since taking Child Development in High School and volunteering in her school's preschool. Sydney has been working in child care for over 10 years, and is always her "happiest self" when she's in a classroom. She loves every part of working with children, especially helping the tiny humans to grow and learn. When Sydney isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her 3 boys. Her favorite children's book is "I Love You Just the Way You Are" by Rosie Greening.

    Ms. Alessandra has been a part of the Goddard family since 2024. She attended Wheelock College, where she recevied a Bachelor's Degree in Human Growth and Development and Psychology, and an Minor in Education. Alessandra has spent the last 11 years working as an ABA with special needs children. She enjoys helping children learn and grow, and believes in creating a classroom that can foster independence and allow all children to access learning through a variety of hands-on teaching. Her favorite children's books are anything by Eric Carle, and her favorite children's song is "Clap Your Hands" by the Mother Goose Club.

    Ashely has been a part of the Goddard family since 2022. Her love for teaching began when she babysat and nannied for family friends. She then went on to become lead teacher certified and worked in a childcare for 18 years before moving to our area. Ashley is excited to work at Goddard because she enjoys the familial aspect of the school and the learn through play based curriculum. Ashley thrives through hands-on activities where the children are able to expand their exploration skills. Her favorite children's book is The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle because of the great illustrations. We are excited to welcome Ashley to the Goddard Team!

    Ava has been a part of the Goddard family since 2023. Ava is currently a student at Quinsigamond Community College as a Criminal Justice Major. She a child, Ava always wanted to "play teacher," and she is so excited to take on a role as a teacher, ensuring that the students in her classroom get the best possible education. Ava's enjoys getting to know each student individually, as well as building strong relationships with their families for a strong home-school connection. Her favorite children's book is "All the Places You will Go" and her favorite song to sing with toddlers is "Sleeping Bunnies."

    Cassidy has been a part of the Goddard family since 2022. Cassidy is currently a student at Nichols College in Dudley, where she majors in hospitality and minors in real estate. She discovered her love for working with kids through her two younger siblings. She loves reading them her favorite book, The Rainbow Fish. Cassidy strives to be a leader and role model to every child she works with.

    Courtney has been apart of the Goddard family since 2024 and is very excited to start a new journey at The Goddard School! She has an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Quinsigamond Community College and an array of early childhood education courses. She has been a lead teacher for a toddler classroom for a year prior and is a very loving Mom! Courtney chose to become a teacher to help children learn and grow in a safe and caring environment. She loves watching their eyes light up when they see their artwork and celebrating them when they meet important milestones! Her favorite children's song is Baby Bumblebee and her favorite children's book is "The Hungry Caterpillar"!

    Janice has been a part of the Goddard family since 2024. She joins the Goddard School with a degree in Accounting and Finance. After several years in the financial field, she had children and made the switch to early childhood education. Working with children is her passion, and she finds that every day is a new challenge and full of fun. She loves hearing the laughter of children having fun while learning. Janice is has two wonderful daughters, and is also a Disney lover! Her favorite children's books are "Green Eggs and Ham" and "The Hungry Caterpillar" and her favorite children's song is "The Itsy Bitsy Spider".

    Jodi has been teaching at Goddard since 2023. Jodi is very excited to be continuing her teaching career! She has her Bachelor's Degree in Education from Iowa State and grew up there on a dairy farm before moving to Massachusetts! After teaching preschool out of college, she was a stay-at-home mom of 4 children for 21 years. She then continued her career, while working at an afterschool care program from 2016-2023. Her favorite thing about working with children is their enthusiasm and energy! Her favorite children's books are "Make Way for Ducklings" and Christina Katerina and The Box"

    Kaitlyn has been a part of the Goddard family since 2022. She began at The Goddard School as a teaching assistant. She recently graduated from Worcester State University with her degree in Early Education, and is excited to take on her role as a first-time teacher. Kaitlyn enjoys working infants and experiencing all of the growth and development that happens in their first year of life. Her favorite children's book is "Oh, The Places You'll Go" by Dr. Seuss.

    Kelsey has been a part of the Goddard family since 2024. Kelsey has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the College of Holy Cross, where she graduated Magna Cum Lade, and has plans to return to school to get her Master's Degree next! She is excited to take on her first teaching position, although she has had experience working with children in various educational settings. Kelsey believes that early childhood education sets the foundation for the rest of their lives, and she is looking forward to making that education a fun, special experience for each child. She loves children's books, a few of her favorites are "Go Away Big Green Monster", "Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What do you see?", and "Pete the Cat: I love my White Shoes". Kelsey is also a huge animal lover and has 10 pets!

    Kimmy has been part of the Goddard family since 2011. Kimmy has her Infant/Toddler and Preschool Teacher certification from the state of Massachusetts. She began working with children when she was 16 years old, and has over 25 year of experience working with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and kindergarteners. Kimmy is constantly participating in trainings and professional development to keep up-to-date on current changes and trends in education. She loves to sing and dance with the children, and loves all of the children as if they were her own. Kimmy has 3 nieces, whom she loves very much. She also has a love for Disney, the Red Sox, and doing yoga.

    Laura has been part of the Goddard family since 2017. Laura has her Bachelor’s Degree from Mount Ida College, where she studied Child Development. She has almost nine years of experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Laura has known her whole life that she wanted to work with children. She loves books, and enjoys reading Sandra Boynton to her toddlers. In her personal life she loves reading Harry Potter. She enjoys professional development and training to broaden her knowledge on different aspects of Early Childhood. Laura enjoys showing children they can accomplish anything they put their minds to, and loves watching toddlers explore their independence and become great children. She is also a Patriots fan for life. Laura has received our Team Player of the Year Award in 2018.

    Marissa joins the Goddard School with 5 years of childcare experience and an Associate's degree in Elementary Education! She really loves observing the children's excitement and helping them succeed. The reason Marissa wanted to become a teacher is because she loves learning just as much as the children! One of her goals is to always create a positive, loving environment for her students and she works hard to achieve that consistently! Some of her favorite children's books are "If You Give A Mouse A Cookie" by Laura Numeroff and "The Giving Tree" by Shel Silverstein.

    Mikayla has been a part of the Goddard family since 2024. Mikayla joins The Goddard School with previous experience working with children in a school setting, including a Goddard School in Nevada. She is currently a student at SNHU, working on getting her bachelor’s degree in psychology. Mikayla has a passion for teaching and loves making a difference in children's lives. Her favorite part of teaching is witnessing children's pure curiosity and genuine excitement while they are learning. Mikayla is also a mom, and she enjoys spending her free time with her family. Her favorite children's books is the "Pete the Cat" series.

    Preschool Teacher
    Ms. Rachael joins the Goddard School with plenty of experience as she has been teaching since 2015! Before becoming a teacher, she was a babysitter as a teenager. Rachael graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with her degree in Early Childhood Education. She had originally wanted to teach 1st grade but fell in love with the pre-school age. She especially loves watching children learn through play! Her favorite part about teaching is the "I got it!" moments and facial expressions. In the future, Rachael would like to advance her education by getting her masters degree. Her favorite children's book is the classic, "If You Give A Mouse A Cookie!"

    Abby has been a part of the Goddard family since 2024. She is excited to take on the role of teaching assistant at The Goddard School. Abby has prior experience working with children through babysitting, and is looking forward to learning more about early childhood education through her new position. She is also hoping to begin working on gaining her teaching certification. Abby's favorite children's song is "Baby Shark" and her favorite children's game is "Patty Cake".

    Abby has been a part of the Goddard family since 2024. She has a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, and is looking to get her Master's degree next. Abby has experience working with children, including helping out her her local church program and assisting her mom at the childcare center she worked at. She enjoys helping children to learn and teaching them about the world around them all while having fun in a safe, healthy environment.     Ally has been a part of the Goddard family since 2023. Ally is a recent graduate of Auburn High School, and will be attending the University of Florida this fall to study Kinesiology on the Pre-Med track. Ally has a little sister, and has grown up helping to take care of her. She also has been teaching dance at her dance school for the past three years. Ally loves helping children and watching them learn, grow, and gain new skills.

    Arianna has been a part of the Goddard family since 2023. Arianna is a student at Auburn High School. She has taken a child development course in High School, and enjoyed getting to volunteer in the Auburn Preschool classroom. Arianna has also grown up babysitting her brothers and cousins, and loves being around children, playing with then and seeing them happy and learning. Her favorite part of interacting with children is is seeing them accomplish their goals and hit new milestones. Her favorite children's book is "The Very Hungry Caterpillar."

    Ava is a graduate of Auburn High School, and is currently a student at Worcester State University, majoring in Early Childhood Education. She has prior experience babysitting children of all ages, and is looking for to learning forward to learning more about children's development. Ava believes that teachers are an important part of children's lives, and is looking forward to helping shape the children she works with into life-long learners.

    Ava has been a part of the Goddard family since 2024. She is a High School student at Auburn High School, and is also the daughter of The Goddard School owner's Katie and Bobby! Ava has younger siblings ranging in age from 2 to 7, and has experience helping out at home with them. When she isn't working, Ava enjoys playing softball, both for the High School Team and a traveling team. Her favorite children's book is "Do Your Ears Hang Low?", her favorite children's song is "Let it Go!", and her favorite children's game is hide and seek.

    Brooke has been a part of the Goddard family since 2022. Brooke is a Senior at Auburn High School, and is hoping to attend college in the future for either Pediatric Nursing or Early Childhood Education. Brooke has experience working with children at the Auburn Preschool School Program through her Early Childhood Education class at school. When she isn't at school or working, Brooke enjoys cheerleading, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite childhood book is "Pinkalicious" and her favorite childhood song is "You are my Sunshine."

    Catherine has been a part of the Goddard family since 2024. Catherine attended Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt, where she received a Bachelor's in Education. She has two boys (20 years old and 15 years old), and misses having younger children around, so working in a child care center is ideal for her. She worked in a preschool in Egypt for several years before moving to the United States. She then worked for Head Start for 5 years before taking off some time to spend with her family. She is excited to join The Goddard School and retrurn to a classroom setting where she can read to children and play with them while helping them to learn and grow. Her favorite children's book is "The Three Little Bears", her favorite children's song is "If you are happy and you know it!", and her favorite games to play with children are math-based games to help teach numbers and counting.

    Ella has been a part of the Goddard family since 2024. She is a student at Auburn High School. Ella has always had a love for children and has many little cousins and a younger sister whom she helps to care for. She is excited to take on her first role as an educator and looks forward to helping to teach children to accomplish new skills and learn new things. When she isn't at school or working, Ella is a cheerleader and is also an assistant coach to the younger cheerleading squad. Ella's favorite children's book is "The Very Hungry Caterpillar".

    Elliana has been a part of the Goddard family since 2024. She is a student at Auburn High School. Elliana loves spending time with children, and is both a big sister and an aunt, so she has lots of experience with little ones. Her goal as an educator is to be a safe place that children can come to, be a role model for her students, and to make an impact on the students she is working with. When she isn't working, Elliana is an Honor Roll student at her high school, and is on the varsity Track & Field Team. Her favorite children's book is "Goodnight, Moon" and her favorite children's game to play is tag.

    Gianna has been a part of the Goddard family sine 2024. She is currently in her junior year studying Elementary Education at Worcester State University! She has experience in babysitting and in classroom observations and is very excited to begin her role as a teaching assistant! She also teaches dance, as she has been a dancer for 18 years. Gianna is very proud of her recent accomplishment of passing her first MTEL! She loves watching children succeed and work hard. Her favorite children's song is Baby Shark!

    Haylee has been a part of the Goddard family since 2024. Haylee is a student at Bay Path High School. She loves spending time with children, and has previous experience working with children, including as an intern at our school during the 2023-2024 school year through her Health Technologies class. Haylee is looking forward to watching the children grow and helping them to shine at what they do best. Her favorite children's book is "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie."

    Jackson has been a part of the Goddard family since 2023. Jackson is an Elementary Education Major at Worcester State University. He is excited to take on a role as an educator, and wants to provide the next generation of learners with the skills to succeed, as well as to help make the world more accepting, kind, and intelligent. Jackson has prior experience working with children, including helping out at his church's Sunday School, and is looking to add to his experience and knowledge of children through hands-on experiences in an Early Education program.

    Laniya is thrilled to begin her career at the Goddard School! She is currently a student at South High School and has been on the early childhood education track for 3 years. She has always wanted to work with children because they bring joy to each day, and she loves being a part of their growth! Her favorite part about teaching is seeing their happy faces when they make an accomplishment. Her favorite children's song is "We're Going On A Bear Hunt"!

    Madison has been a part of the Goddard family since 2021. Madison has known since she was a young girl that she wanted to be a teacher. She started babysitting as soon as she was old enough and has been working in childcare centers the past few years. She has experience working with toddlers and preschoolers. Madison strives to have a safe and nurturing classroom, where she can teach her students, and in return they can teach her to be a better teacher. She loves having a bright and colorful classroom and enjoys having the children create artwork to hang around the classroom to decorate and show off the work they have accomplished.

    Teaching Assistant
    Micaela has been a part of the Goddard family since 2020. She is a teaching assistant who works primarily with infants and toddlers. Micaela is currently majoring in Early Childhood Education at Quinsigamond Community College. She has been dancing since the age of two, and recently became a Rhythm Works certified dance instructor. When she isn’t helping out in the classrooms at The Goddard School, Micaela also teaches dance classes to young children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and going to the beach.

    Morgan has been a part of the Goddard family since 2024. She is a graduate of Bay Path High School, where she studied drafting and architecture. She has always gravitated towards helping little ones, as she has two younger siblings and 4 nieces and nephews, and is excited to take on her first role as an educator. Morgan is committed to making the learning environment a safe, fun place to learn and discover new things. Her favorite children's book is "The Giving Tree", her favorite children's song is "The Ants Go Marching", and her favorite children's game is Duck, Duck, Goose.

    Nicole has been part of the Goddard family since 2020. She is a Teaching Assistant who works with toddlers and preschoolers. Nicole attends Worcester State University and is pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education. She has had several years of experience working with children, including an internship at a preschool, working in a Before and After School Program, and experience at a center-based program working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Nicole is also an avid field hockey player. Her favorite book is "Wonder".

    Sofia has been a part of the Goddard family since 2022. Sofia is currently a senior at Auburn High School and is the oldest of three children. She feels that teaching children is very rewarding, knowing that she is watching their personalities be shaped for the next generation. She recently got accepted into college as an early childhood education major, and is very excited to start that next chapter in her life. Sofia is a big fan of Disney movies and loves any and all Disney songs!

    Xaby has been a part of the Goddard family since 2023. She is a nursing major and loves working with children at her church. Her favorite aspect of teaching is watching children learn, grow, and reach different milestones. She strives to further understand children and their needs here at the Goddard School. Xaby's favorite book growing up was Goodnight Moon, and she looks forward to being able to share it with the children.

    Maddy is a student at Bay Path High School. She loves helping children and being a role model, and babsits frequently for family and family friends. Some of her favorite activities to do with children are arts and crafts, reading, and playing outside. In her free time, she enjoys playing sports, including lacrosse and basketball.
