    We are Denise and Mitch Manders, proud owners of the Goddard Schools of West Noblesville and West Carmel. We started our journey as owners in July of 2022. Prior to owning a Goddard school, we both spent our careers in various leadership roles within accounting/finance. We have three children – Evan, Noah and Layla, who keep us very busy throughout the year! All of our children are proud Goddard Graduates! Having experienced being parents at a Goddard School, we recognize how important it is to create an environment of love and empowerment for the children and teachers. With our backgrounds in business and our passion for making a difference for others, we are excited to be a part of your child's life!

    Rachel has worked for The Goddard School since 2022 and holds a MA in Education with a minor in Early Childhood. She believes that the best way as a director to support the students, is to be a support for the teachers. As an educator, Rachel has served as a lead teacher for more than 12 years and loves being in the classroom. In her director role, she strives to build meaningful relationships with everyone in the school community; students, families, and staff alike.

    Assistant Director
    Mahim is an experienced early childhood education professional holding a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education. Over the past 3+ years, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of childcare operations by serving as a teacher, office assistant, program lead, assistant director, and director. Driven by a philosophy that views the child as a whole and utilizes play as a primary tool for learning, Mahim is committed to fostering safe, nurturing environments where young minds can safely explore and thrive.

    Brynly holds an AS in early childhood education and has been working in the field since 2021. She believes every child deserves a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where they feel valued, respected, and encouraged to grow. Her goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom where every child feels valued, respected, and excited to learn. She strives to provide hands-on, play-based learning experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence while supporting each child's individual needs and developmental milestones.

    Danita holds a CDA and has over 10 years of experience in early childhood education. She is passionate about helping children learn and grow and believes every child deserves a safe loving and engaging environment where they can build confidence and reach their full potential. Danita wants to create a safe nurturing and engaging classroom where every child can learn grow and feel successful.

    Lizzie graduated from Ball State in spring of 2026, receiving her BA degree in Early Childhood education. She has been working in early childhood education since 2020 and had grown from a float teacher all the way up to a lead teacher. She believes in order to provide the best level of care and education, we must see the children as whole, entire human beings- not just one which is yet to be whole. Her goals are to grow as an educator, expanding her set of tools and teaching strategies, as well as cultivate a safe environment for the children to do just the same.

    With her CDA and 10 years of experience, Jacora believes every child learns best through love, play, exploration, and positive relationships. Her goal is to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where infants and toddlers feel valued, supported, and encouraged to grow at their own pace. She strives to support each child's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development, encourage curiosity, exploration, and learning through play, foster independence and confidence through age-appropriate activities and routines, and build strong partnerships with families to support each child's growth and success.

    Lead Teacher
    Joey is currently pursuing her BA in early childhood education from Indiana University Kokomo. She comes to Goddard bringing her experience from multiple age groups, from 2-year-olds up to 8th graders. She wants all of her students and their families to feel welcomed and to feel like they can come to her with any comments, ideas, or concerns regarding anything pertaining to the student. Our classroom is a safe place!

    Zachary holds a BA in education and has spent time with students ranging from kindergarten to 3rd grade. He believes that learning through play and hands on activities is extremely important for young learners. His goals for his students are to help them express and manage their emotions and learn to be successful in a classroom environment.

    Lead Teacher in Training
    Alaze is in progress of completing her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a special interest in the development of young adults and children. She started in early childhood education in 2023, and has found that her favorite age group to work with is two year olds. She believes that great teaching stems from patience and understanding, paying particular attention to and supporting transitions that may be difficult for littles. One of her goals is to create a warm and inviting classroom and to provide a space of community for her students.

    Teresa attended Purdue University and has over 15 years of experience in early childhood education. Her teaching philosophy centers around the idea of helping young minds to develop and encouraging growth and learning. She strives to build strong relationships, not only with her students, but also with their families in order to work together for the best interest of the child.

    Assistant Teacher
    Charisma is currently working towards obtaining her CDA and has been working in childcare settings since 2021. Her teaching philosophy centers around child led and play based learning environments. She implements hands on activities that reflect the students' interests. Charisma's goal is to help her students' progress and grow throughout their time in her classroom.

    Assistant Teacher
    Jaimie comes to Goddard with over 10 years of experience in infant classrooms, along with being a mom of 4. She believes that every child is different so you must be flexible in your teaching skills to adapt to their level and be patient, understanding and encouraging. She strives to create a safe and fun environment for infants to grow in.
