    Owner
    On site Owner- Ms. Tana holds a Bachelor of Science from SDSU. She and her husband, Monish, are the parents of two young children. Both are being guided by professional teachers here at the Goddard School, as well as at another Goddard School close by, prior to our school being completed. Starting our own family is what brought us to a Goddard School as parents. A love for family and raising our two children brought us to the journey of opening our own Goddard School. As parents, we love the lifelong love of learning that is being instilled into our children, in a safe, nurturing and fun environment. We also love being able to provide this to other families as well.

    Director
    Ms. Sherita is our Center Director. She has her degree in Early Childhood Education as well her degree in Business Administration. Ms. Sherita has several years of working in early childhood and in management. She is from Ft. Wayne but moved to Indianapolis in 2010. Ms. Sherita has three children of her own. In her free time, Ms. Sherita enjoys shopping, traveling and relaxing.

    Assistant Director
    Annie is our Assistant Director. Annie has her bachelor's in Child Development from Ball State University as well as years of experience working in a early childhood education setting. She currently lives in Indianapolis. In her free time, Annie enjoys spending time with friends and family, shopping, and traveling.

    Ms Nikayla

    Lead Teacher
    Miss Nikayla joined our team in 2022 to take on our infant classroom. Nikayla has recently moved up with her infant class and is now the co-teacher in our toddler classroom. Nikayla enjoys hands on activities while promoting long term growth to each child. The relationships she creates with her class is momentous. In her free time she works on herself on becoming a better infant teacher at the Goddard school.

    Lead Teacher
    Unique is the lead teacher in our young toddler room! She has a High School Diploma, and has over 10 years experience in early childhood. She currently lives in Indianapolis, and she enjoys volunteering at Indy Humane Society her free time! Her favorite thing about working with children is "watching them develop and helping them meet their goals!"

    Lead Teacher
    Miss ShaMonte had five years of experience before joining our team in the fall of 2022. ShaMonte just recently graduated with her Child Development Associates and has stepped up to become the lead teacher in our Giraffe preschool classroom. Her favorite thing about working is seeing their creative side shine through!

    Lead Teacher
    Aaliyah is the Lead Teacher in our Tigers PreK room! She has an Associates' Degree in Elementary Education. She has 14 years in early childhood including teaching at a Preparatory Academy. She currently lives in Indianapolis, and she enjoys collecting Stranger Things memorabilia in her free time. She also loves reading and watching TV! Her favorite thing about working with children is "cuddling them and watching them learn!"

    Mary Pat is a Resource teacher and moves around from room to room based on the classroom needs. She has a Associates's Degree in Nursing, and has many years of experience in early education. She currently lives in Indianapolis, and she enjoys cooking and football in her free time. She also loves golf and tennis! Her favorite thing about working with children is "how funny they can be!"

    Kitchen Manager
    Shelby is the school Chef Manager! She has a Culinary Arts Degree Diploma, and has over 10 years experience in the culinary field. She currently lives in Indianapolis, and she enjoys running and reading and shopping online in her free time. Her favorite thing about working with children is how "unpredictable and silly they can be!"

    Miss Patricia has been working in early childhood for almost 5 years! she enjoys spending time with her puppy and family, and baking. Patricia loves watching children in her class grow as they learn new things. They're so funny and spread so much love. Patricia has been working hard in school and will be finished with her Child Development Associate's degree in the fall.

    Mr. Todd is the lead teacher in our Pre-K Cheetah classroom. Mr. Todd came to us with 15 years of experience working in education. In his free time, Todd enjoys going horseback riding, collecting comic books, and watching his favorite sports team - The Colts! Mr. Todd's favorite thing about working with children is watching them grow in their education and being a role model for them.

    Miss Rae is the lead teacher in our Bears, preschool, classroom. Rae has been working in Early Childhood as a floating/resource teacher and is excited to have her own classroom with us. Her favorite thing about working with children is how excited they are to learn and become more confident in themselves.

    Lead Teacher
    Tiffany is the Lead Teacher in our Zebras First Steps room! She has an Child Development Associate's Degree. She has 9 years in early childhood. She currently lives in Fishers, and she enjoys shopping, movies, road trips, and Bible literature in her free time! Her favorite thing about working with children is "getting messy with water and paint, story time, and seeing them happy!"
