Our Goddard School Teachers

I’m Anthony Busack, the proud onsite owner of your child’s preschool. In searching for a solution to invest in my desire to support my community, reduce business travel, and most importantly spend more time with my sons, I made the decision to invest in Goddard. Prior to becoming the owner, I worked as a global sales trainer where I realized how hard teachers work to ensure the success of students. Having lived in Fishers since graduation from the IU Kelley School of Business, we call this community home. Valuing education, my sons, Dominic and Enzo, attend the University of Tennessee and Cathedral High School. Becoming the owner of our Goddard School has given me the opportunity to be more present during their formative years and is the true reason for my career change. For that, I will be forever grateful. Ms. Laura Irvin is our Director of Operations. She holds a Bachelors Degree from Purdue University in Early Childhood Development and lives in Fishers. She has two sons, Landon and Logan who also attended The Goddard School and are currently at Fishers High School. She can be found cheering for her sons at one of their many sporting events. Laura began her Goddard career in January 2004 and has had the honor of serving thousands of families through her years here at Goddard, while shaping the lives of so many children within our community.

Ms. Hannah Kuznia is the Education Director at the Goddard School. She has her Masters of Fine art, Bachelors of Art in Art History, and Bachelors of Fine art in Ceramics. She has 13 years of experience in teaching. Ms. Hannah likes gardening and making ceramic pottery and sculpture in her studio. She currently resides in Fortville with her husband, dog and cat. She joined our Goddard Staff in October of 2015.

Ms. Rachelle Lindenmayer is our Office Manager here at The Goddard School. She is originally from Fishers, Indiana. She attended IUPUI. She has 2 children, Emma and Riley. Ms. Rachelle has 8 years of experience in the classroom with children. In her free time she enjoys shopping, cleaning and reading. She joined our Goddard Staff in August of 2008.

Ms. Leslie Brooks is the Lead Teacher in the Coupes classroom. She is from Fishers, Indiana. She graduated from Hamilton Southeastern High School. She has an Associates Degree from Danville Area Community College. She has been working with children for over 15 years. Ms. Leslie lives with her husband Seth, their son Holden and daughter Halle. In her free time she enjoys shopping and spending time with her family and friends. She joined our Goddard Staff in February of 2005.

Ms. Stephanie Wyatt is the Lead Teacher in the Reading Rockets classroom. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from IUPUI. She holds her CDA from Ivy Tech Community College. She has over 11 years experience working with children. Ms. Stephanie enjoys reading, watching movies and traveling in her free time. She is originally from Blountville, Tennessee, but now lives in Ingalls, Indiana with her husband Troy and children, Savannah, Bristol and Walker. She joined our Goddard Staff in October of 2009.

Ms. Jackie Smith is the lead teacher in the Rockets classroom at the Goddard School. She is currently starting her classes to obtain her CDA at Ivy Tech. Ms. Jackie was a nanny for two years before working with Goddard. She and her husband reside in Noblesville with their three children Summer, Karter, and Ryder. She joined the Goddard family in November of 2016.

Ms. Amber Harman is a teacher in the Talented Tugboats classroom. She comes to the Goddard School with a CDA in Early Childhood Education. She has 24 years of childcare experience. Amber is originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She currently lives in the Fishers area with her husband and two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys boating, traveling, hiking, kayaking and spending time with her family pets. Ms. Amber joined our Goddard staff in October of 2021.

Ms. Dawn Roe is the lead teacher in the Amazing Airplanes classroom. She comes to our Goddard School with over 32 years of childcare experience. She holds a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Development from Ball State University. Ms. Dawn joined our Goddard staff in October of 2021.

Ms. Chesni Carter is the Lead Infant teacher in the Fabulous Firetrucks classroom here at the Goddard School. She has an Associates of Science degree in Early Childhood Education. She comes to our school with 9 years of childcare experience. Ms. Chesni joined our Goddard staff in July of 2021.

Ms. Dadra Slaughter is a teacher in the Super Submarines classroom. She comes to our school with a CDA and 7 years of childcare experience. Ms. Dadra joined our Goddard staff in September of 2021.

Ms. Jessica Cline is the lead teacher in the Roadsters classroom. She comes to our school with a B.A. in Early Childhood Education from Anderson University. She has 5 years experience in a preschool setting. Ms. Jessica joined our Goddard staff in September 2019.

Ms. Callie Miller is an Assistant teacher in the Pre-Kindergarten classroom at The Goddard School. Ms. Callie has some college classes complete, but is interested in pursuing her Associates in Early Childhood Development. She was an intern at the Hilltop Developmental Preschool. In her spare time, Callie enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons, Weston and Easton, and Dawson. She joined our Goddard Family in March of 2018.

Ms. Rachel Knight is the lead teacher in the Tractors classroom. Rachel holds a degree in Early Childhood Development from Ivy Tech Community College. In her spare time Ms. Rachel enjoys reading and shopping. She has over 5 years of experience working with children through her church and babysitting. She joined our Goddard Staff in August of 2016.

Ms. Mckenzie Shaffer is a teacher in the Busy Bulldozers classroom. She comes to the Goddard School with a B.A. in Spanish and 14 years experience in childcare. She lives in the Fishers area with her husband, daughter and son. In her spare time she enjoys, sports of all types, reading and going to her childrens activities. Ms. Mckenzie joined our Goddard family in September of 2021.

Ms. Tina Burgin is the Assistant Teacher in the Helicopters classroom. She was born and raised in the Fishers area. She has 4 children, Nychole, Shea, Brett and Andrea. She is also a proud grandmother of 6 grandchildren. Ms. Tina enjoys watching movies, dancing and spending time with her family. She joined our Goddard Staff in August of 2014.

Ms. Tiara Slaughter Ware is the assistant teacher in the Rockets classroom. She attended Vincennes University and is currently working towards her CDA. She comes to our Goddard School with 9 years of childcare experience. She joined our Goddard staff in September of 2021.

Ms. Jenn Jenkins is our Preschool Support teacher here at the Goddard School. She comes to our Goddard School with about 1 1/2 years of college credits in Elementary Education. She is originally from Franklin, Indiana and currently lives in Anderson. Jenn has four young children and enjoys spending outside time with them. She likes fishing, gardening, swimming, hiking and walking trails. She comes to our school with a background in working with children ages 1 to 4. Ms. Jenn joined our Goddard staff in March of 2020.

Ms. Paula Nunez is the cook here at the Goddard School. She currently lives in Fishers with her husband and three daughters. In her spare time she enjoys cooking and exercising. Ms. Paula joined our Goddard family in October of 2018.

Ms. Olivia Harris spends most of her time with our two Infant classrooms here at The Goddard School. Ms. Olivia has a Bachelors in Psychology from Arizona State University. Ms. Olivia loves to create art in her free time and spend time with her boyfriend traveling. Ms. Olivia joined The Goddard School in December 2022.

Ms. Kaity Fosnight is an Lead teacher in the Toddling Trains classroom at The Goddard School. Ms. Kaity has her CDA for Infant and Toddlers. Ms. Kaity lives in Fortville with her husband, and two children. She joined our Goddard Family in November of 2017.

Ms. Jasmine Martin is an Assistant Teacher in the Preschool classrooms. She has an Early Childhood Development Associates Degree from Vincennes University. Ms. Jasmine is from Indianapolis, Indiana, and still resides in the area. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, doing hair, and spending time with her family. She has been with our Goddard staff since October of 2020.

Ms. Sue Digman is a lead teacher in the Talented Tugboats classroom. MS. Sue has a degree in Early Childhood Development from Moraine Valley Community College. Ms. Sue loves spending time with her family and grandchildren. Ms. Sue joined The Goddard School in April of 2025.

Ms. Sarah Collazo is our Lead teacher in the Writing Wagons classroom. Ms. Sarah has a Bachelors Degree from Indiana University in Elementary Education. In Ms. Sarah's free time she loves being with her daughter and her husband. Ms. Sarah joined our Goddard Family in March of 2025.

Ms. Skylar Basham is a teacher in our Happy Helicopters classroom. Ms. Skylar is currently in school studying Early Childhood Development. Ms. Skylar wants to make a positive impact on todays youth. Ms. Skylar joined The Goddard School in February 2025.

Ms. Ashley Simmons is a teacher in our Cuddly Coupes classroom. Ms. Ashley has several years of experience as an Infant caregiver, as well as a Preschool Teacher. Ms. Ashley attended Ball State University. Ms. Ashley lives in Fishers with her husband and 3 children, who all attend The Goddard School. Ms. Ashley joined The Goddard School in April of 2024.

Ms. Jazlyn Brock is one of our Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten float teachers. Most days you will find Ms. Jazzy in the Rocking Roadsters classroom. Ms. Jazzy has her Bachelors of Science in Psychology and is currently pursuing her masters at Butler University. Ms. Jazzy joined The Goddard School in March 2025.

Ms. Lauren Humerickhouse is a teacher in our Bubbly Boats classroom. Ms. Lauren holds a degree in business management from Lipscomb University. After several years in business management she decided that working with children was where her heart belongs. Ms. Lauren joined The Goddard School in February 2025.

Ms. Jillian Trissel is one of our teachers in the Happy Helicopters classroom. Ms. Jillian has several years of experience working in preschool. Ms. Jillian loves spending time with her daughter and her family in her free time. Ms. Jillian joined The Goddard School in March 2025.

Ms. Alice Eaton is on of our amazing teachers here at The Goddard School. Ms. Alice works mostly in our Toddler classrooms. Ms. Alice has several years of experience in teaching Preschool. With her last being in Mt. Vernon school district. Ms. Alice joined The Goddard School in August 2024.

Ms. Alys Shorter is one of our Busy Bulldozers classroom. Ms. Alys has a Masters in Education from the University of Houston. In Ms. Alys' free time she loves spending time with her grandbaby. Ms. Alys joined The Goddard School in February 2025 after transferring from the Zionsville location.

Ms. Debbie Stambro is our amazing Goddard School Bus Driver. Ms. Debbie can also been seen helping out in all of our classrooms. In Ms. Debbie's free time she loves to spend time at her grandchildren's sporting events. Ms. Debbie joined The Goddard School in September 2023.

Ms. Debasmita Tapadar is one of our Toddler teachers here at The Goddard School. You can find Ms. D working in our Tumbling Trucks classroom. Ms. D lives in Fishers with her husband and son. In her free time she loves watching her son play chess. Ms. D joined The Goddard School in April 2024.

Ms. Elda McCoslin is one of our amazing afternoon float teachers. Ms. Elda works with all of our classrooms. Ms. Elda has her Child Development Associates. Ms. Elda joined The Goddard School in December 2023.

Ms. Nickariay Burton is one of our amazing float teachers here at The Goddard School. Ms. Nickariay loves spending time in each of the classrooms each day. She is known to the children as Ms. Pinky. Ms. Nickariay joined The Goddard School on August 2024.

Ms. Rebecca Hendrickson is another one of our amazing float teachers who helps out in all of our classrooms. Ms. Rebecca has her degree in cosmetology and Elementary Education. Ms. Rebecca and her husband have three kiddos who attend The Goddard School with her each day. Ms. Rebecca joined The Goddard School in March 2025.

Ms. Stacy Kinnick is our School Age teacher. Ms. Stacy holds a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Ball State University. Ms. Stacy and her husband reside in Fishers with their three children. Ms. Stacy joined our Goddard School from being at the Carmel 3 location in June 2024.

Ms. Tabrasia White is one of our School Age teachers here at The Goddard School. Ms. Tabrasia is originally from Fort Wayne and relocated to Fishers to be with family. Ms. Tabrasia loves to dance and sing and loves to watch musicals in her spare time. Ms. Tabrasia joined The Goddard School in January 2025.

Ms. Leda Hobbs is the Assistant Director at the Goddard School. She graduated from Franklin College in 1980 with a Bachelors in Elementary Education. She has over 40 years of teaching experience. Ms. Leda lives in Anderson with her husband, Bill. She has two daughters, Heather and Stephanie and two granddaughters, Savannah and Bristol. Leda enjoys working with children; watching them learn and grow. She joined our Goddard Staff in September of 2004.
