Our Goddard School Teachers

Ms. Megan is the Owner of our school. She and her husband, Kevin, purchased the school in June 2013. As the parent of three young children, Megan recognizes the importance of a safe and nurturing learning environment. Her family is the basis for the reason she chose Goddard. Megan's professional experience is in non-profit administration and disability services. Most recently she co-founded and was Executive Director for Outside the Box, a local not for profit serving adults with disabilities and their families. Megan earned her Bachelor's Degree from Butler University and a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Indianapolis.

Ms. Jessica joined our Goddard family in 2013. As a mom of three, she places tremendous value on providing education in a family-oriented environment. As the Executive Director, her primary focus is on the support of the classroom teachers and daily operations. Ms. Jessica graduated from Ivy Tech with an Associate's in Early Childhood Education and an Administrator's Certificate in 2012 and completed her Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education in 2023. Ms. Jessica has many years of experience in the classroom and has worked with young children for over 15 years. She believes that a child learns best in an environment where they feel safe and loved!

Ms. April is one of our Assistant Directors. She joined our Goddard family in 2013 and has over 20 years of experience in education and childcare. Ms. April has her Associate's Degree in Business Administration and her Child Development Certificate. She is a mom of one, and her loving and gentle nature gives the children she cares for a sense of security and comfort!

Ms. Allie joined our Goddard family in 2018. She worked as a preschool teacher for approximately eight years and prior to joining us, worked closely with children who had special needs for three years. Ms. Allie is a mother of one daughter and believes children will take in what you put in. Every child is unique and needs to be taught as such.

Ms. Christina is one of our Assistant Directors and joined our Goddard Family in 2022. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Music and has experience as an Assistant Teacher, a Nanny, and a foster parent. Ms. Christina is the mom of three and, most recently, was a General Manager in the Restaurant Industry. She believes all children should be given the best learning opportunities through consistency, gentle structure, and a positive environment.

Ms. Angelique joined our Goddard Family in 2017 and has two daughters of her own. She has completed her Associate's Degree in early childhood education and has previously worked with infants and toddlers at her church childcare. Ms. Angelique feels each child is special and unique. She believes they should always be encouraged to learn and feel great about their accomplishments.

Ms. Jailen joined our Goddard Family in 2024. She previously taught early preschool in a center based program, and began her degree for Early Childhood Education from Indiana State University. She believes that children learn best when they are able to explore an organized and structured learning environment.

Ms. Kierstyn joined our Goddard Family in 2025. She has eight years of experience working with children including babysitting, working with children with special needs, and childcare experience. Ms. Kierstyn is currently working to obtain her Child Development Associate and believes that children learn best when they have a calm and loving environment.

Ms. Nakia joined our Goddard Family in 2025. She comes to us with several years of experience nannying and had the opportunity to support K-5th graders on one-on-one assignments for nearly a year. Additionally, she worked part time in the childcare center attached to the elementary school. Ms. Nakia believes that children learn best when they are loved and comforted.

Ms. Sudha joined our Goddard Family in 2024 and has her Master's in business administration from India. Ms. Sudha has had several years of experience volunteering in daycares and also worked at another Goddard location in Washington. She enjoys being a mother to her two younger boys and believes that children learn best when they feel loved and secure.

Ms. Janelle joined our Goddard family in 2015. She has over ten years of early childhood education experience and earned her Child Development Associate Certification. Ms. Janelle believes each child is unique and needs a secure, caring, and stimulating environment for learning.

Ms. Aniyah joined our Goddard Family in 2024. She is currently pursuing an early childhood education degree at Ivy Tech Community College and has worked in childcare programs for over three years. Ms. Aniyah thoroughly enjoys working with children and looks forward to having her own in the future. She believes that all children are unique and deserving of an excellent learning environment where they feel safe and nurtured.

Ms. Nermeen is an Assistant Teacher in our Two’s classroom and joined our Goddard Family in 2024. She worked with students in Egypt prior to relocating to the United States. Ms. Nermeen believes children learn best when they are loved and cared for.

Ms. Ella joined our Goddard family in 2025 with several years of babysitting experience. She has a strong desire to see children learn in a loving and consistent environment. Ms. Ella finds teaching extremely rewarding and continues to feel honored to be able to play a crucial role in the children's development here at the Goddard School.

Ms. Kaitlyn joined our Goddard Family in 2024. Her previous experience includes teaching preschool for another childcare center and teaching special needs in public schools. Ms. Kaitlyn believes each child learns best when surrounded by a welcoming environment.

Ms. Odeta joined our Goddard Family in 2019. She holds her Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Psychology from Albania. Prior to joining our Goddard Family, she had previous experience in childcare in Albania. Ms. Odeta is a mom of one and is warm and nurturing.

Ms. Mabel joined our Goddard Family in 2025.

Ms. Kerah joined our Goddard Family in 2025. She is currently attending Ivy Tech pursuing a degree in education. Ms. Kerah enjoys babysitting as well as interacting with her nieces and nephews on a regular basis. She enjoys teaching due to having a strong desire to guide the younger generation, and believes children learn best when they are loved.

Ms. Cora joined our Goddard Family in 2025. She is currently attending Taylor University as a dual credit student. Her experience includes volunteer work in a nursery, babysitting, and nannying. She believes that children learn best when their natural curiosity is fostered through simple instruction, challenges, and strong role models.

Ms. Manar joined our Goddard family in 2018. She has a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Science. She taught in Egypt for over ten years and is a mother of two. She enjoys working with children of all ages and wants to be a role model to them. She believes all children deserve individualized attention and wants to watch them grow to be successful.

Ms. Trish joined our Goddard Family in 2020. She is the Lead Teacher in our Jr. K classroom. Her background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, and she comes to us with over 30 years of experience teaching children Pre-K through 1st grade! Ms. Trish is a mom of two grown children. She believes that children learn best through play and loves teaching with children’s literature!

Ms. Kirsten joined our Goddard family in 2021. She came to us after spending the last ten years working with middle schoolers and previously owning her own in-home childcare center. Ms. Kirsten is a mom of two and believes children learn best when the individual child is both seen and heard!

Ms. Day joined our Goddard family in 2025. She is very passionate about working with children and has had experience working in the childcare industry for over two years. Ms. Day believes that children learn best when they are able to connect with their teachers and are able to feel supported in being given opportunities to develop their social emotional skills.
