Ms. Megan is the Owner of our school. She and her husband, Kevin, purchased the school in June 2013. As the parent of three young children, Megan recognizes the importance of a safe and nurturing learning environment. Her family is the basis for the reason she chose Goddard. Megan's professional experience is in non-profit administration and disability services. Most recently she co-founded and was Executive Director for Outside the Box, a local not for profit serving adults with disabilities and their families. Megan earned her Bachelor's Degree from Butler University and a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Indianapolis.

Ms. Jessica joined our Goddard family in 2013. As a mom of three, she places tremendous value on providing education in a family-oriented environment. As the Executive Director, her primary focus is on the support of the classroom teachers and daily operations. Ms. Jessica graduated from Ivy Tech with an Associate's in Early Childhood Education and an Administrator's Certificate in 2012 and completed her Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education in 2023. Ms. Jessica has many years of experience in the classroom and has worked with young children for over 15 years. She believes that a child learns best in an environment where they feel safe and loved!

Ms. April is one of our Assistant Directors. She joined our Goddard family in 2013 and has over 20 years of experience in education and childcare. Ms. April has her Associate's Degree in Business Administration and her Child Development Certificate. She is a mom of one, and her loving and gentle nature gives the children she cares for a sense of security and comfort!

Ms. Christina is one our Assistant Directors and joined our Goddard Family in 2022. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Music and has experience as an Assistant Teacher, a Nanny, and a foster parent. Ms. Christina is the mom of three and, most recently, was a General Manager in the Restaurant Industry. She believes all children should be given the best learning opportunities through consistency, gentle structure, and a positive environment.

Ms. Amanda joined our Goddard family in 2020. She completed her Child Development Associate in 2017 and received her Associate in Early Childhood Education in 2018. Her background includes working with infants and toddlers in a center setting and as a nanny. She believes children learn best when encouraged to discover their interests and preferences. She sets out to create a safe and happy environment where all children are encouraged to explore.

Ms. Kenza joined our Goddard Family in 2022, and comes to us with five years of teaching experience in Early Childhood Education. She has a degree in Management and Marketing and is currently working toward her Child Development Associate. Ms. Kenza is a mom of two and believes children learn best when they are loved.

Ms. Tara joined our Goddard Family in 2023. Prior to joining us she provided before and after school care for school aged children, and she is mom of one. She believes the best way to teach a child is through making a direct connection with each child.

Ms. Irem joined our Goddard Family in 2022. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Turkey and is currently working as a Child Development Associate. Ms. Irem has experience as a School Counselor and believes that children thrive in a safe environment where they can explore their creativity.

Ms. Josie joined our Goddard Family in 2023. She has two adult daughters and has many years of experience in the restaurant industry. Ms. Josie came to our Goddard Family with a love of children and plenty of mom experience. Ms. Josie believes children learn best when they are cared for and loved.

Ms. Angelique joined our Goddard Family in 2017. She has completed her Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and previously worked with infants and toddlers at her church childcare. Ms. Angelique feels each child is special and unique. She believes they should always be encouraged to learn and feel great about their accomplishments.

Ms. Janelle joined our Goddard family in 2015. She has over ten years of early childhood education experience and earned her Child Development Associate. Ms. Janelle believes each child is unique and needs a secure, caring, and stimulating environment for learning.

Ms. Abigail joined our Goddard family at the beginning of 2023. She was originally a parent to two of our Goddard kiddos and believed in the education The Goddard School offers. She is currently working on Child Development Associate and believes that children learn best when they are supported by their teachers, peers, and environment.

Ms. Shivani joined our Goddard Family in 2023.

Ms. Kaitlyn joined our Goddard Family in 2023.

Ms. Odeta joined our Goddard Family in 2019. She holds her Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Psychology from Albania. Prior to joining our Goddard Family, she had previous experience in childcare in Albania. Ms. Odeta is a mom of one and is warm and nurturing.

Ms. Gracie joined our Goddard Family in 2023.

Ms. Lauryn joined our Goddard Family in 2022. She has been working in Early Childhood Education for eight years in both in home and childcare centers. Ms. Lauryn is a mom of two and believes that children learn best when they are allowed to explore and grow within the classroom.

Ms. Manar joined our Goddard family in 2018. She has a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Science. She taught in Egypt for over ten years and is a mother of two. She enjoys working with children of all ages and wants to be a role model to them. She believes all children deserve individualized attention and wants to watch them grow to be successful.

Ms. Allie joined our Goddard family in 2018. Prior to joining us she worked closely with children with special needs for three years. Ms. Allie believes children will take in what you put in and each child is unique and needs to be taught as such.

Ms. Trish joined our Goddard Family in 2020. She is the Lead Teacher in our Jr. K classroom. Her background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, and she comes to us with over 30 years of experience teaching children Pre-K through 1st grade! Ms. Trish is a mom of two grown children. She believes that children learn best through play and loves teaching with children’s literature!

Ms. Kirsten joined our Goddard family in 2021. She came to us after spending the last ten years working with middle schoolers and previously owning her in-home childcare center. Ms. Kirsten is a mom of two and believes children learn best when the individual child is both seen and heard!

Ms. Bev is our Enrichment Teacher. She joined our Goddard family in 2013. Ms. Bev spent most of her career as an elementary school teacher. She was looking to try something different, and we were lucky enough to get her! Ms. Bev loves introducing her students to new things and says she is constantly learning from them.

Ms. Mirium joined our Goddard Family in 2020. She is the Head Chef of our Goddard Kitchen. Ms. Mirium comes to us with experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef for a hotel and attended Technical Culinary School. Ms. Mirium is a mom and values offering the same love and care she would offer to her son to everyone’s child!

Ms. Beth joined our Goddard Family in 2024.

Ms. Laura joined our Goddard Family in 2024.

Ms. Lilli joined our Goddard Family in 2024. She comes to us with several years of experience as a teacher's aide and babysitter. Ms. Lilli expects her first child this summer and believes children learn best in a safe environment that incorporates fun into the daily routine.
