Hi I am Su, the proud owner and visionary behind the Goddard School of Arlington Heights. With a passion for providing exceptional early childhood education, my journey as an owner is deeply rooted in my commitment to shaping a positive future for young minds. My dedication to education is not just professional; it's personal as well. As a parent, I understand the importance of laying a solid foundation for children's overall development. I am driven to create a nurturing and stimulating environment at Goddard School. I hold a Master's in Anthropology, a Bachelor's in Economics, and an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, which combines my diverse academic expertise with a heartfelt passion for nurturing and educating children. My daughter is currently in medical school, and my son is a senior in High School. My goal is to go beyond traditional education, instilling values and nurturing young hearts, bodies, and minds. I envision a space where every child can thrive.

Hi! I’m Ms Bea (pronounced as Ms.B)! I’m so excited to be the Director at Goddard School in Arlington Heights. I live in Mount Prospect with my husband and family. For twenty years, I was the Director of a hospital based Child care center where I saw how important Early Childhood Education is for children. I have been at Goddard Arlington Heights since the Summer of 2023 and I love all that the Goddard brand offers! I have two children of my very own; my daughter graduated with a Bachelors in Education from Hope College and my son is currently there getting his degree in Education as well! I guess teaching runs in our family! I truly feel that starting school at an early age gives children a head start to their social and emotional development. I am passionate about children and seeing them develop from tiny infants to amazing independent individuals! I look forward to getting to know each and every one of you and your children! My door is always open for anything you need!

Hi everyone! My name is Deisy and I am the assistant director at the Goddard School of Arlington Heights. I have over 11 years of experience working in the Early Childhood Education field. I reside in Elk Grove with my husband, my beautiful daughter and baby boy. I love working with kids I am excited to be a part of your child's journey. It is my desire as an educator to help children/students meet there fullest potential while providing a safe and fun environment. Working with children is my passion and I find great joy in the happiness they bring into her life as well as being able to bring happiness, growth and development into their lives.

Hi! My name is Rekha and I am the lead infant teacher at The Goddard School of A.H. I have been married for 45 years and have two adult children, one boy and one girl. I haver over 30 years of experience in ECE working with children. I truly believe that the bond you build with children in your care is one like no other and loves helping them meet all of their developmental milestones.

Hello! My name is Ms. Wassila, and I absolutely love working with children. I have been part of The Goddard School of Arlington Heights since Fall 2024. Working with infants is especially rewarding for me because I get to support their earliest milestones and make a meaningful difference in their lives. I am passionate about fostering curiosity, creating a warm and nurturing environment, and helping each child grow, explore, and thrive every day. I love singing and dancing with children, bringing joy, energy, and creativity to their day while making learning fun.

Hi! My name is Malgorzata, but I go by Margaret! I live in Mount Prospect with my husband and two kids. I started in the Early Education Field nearly nine years ago. I enjoy working with Infants the most because I get to see them achieve many important milestones (such as first steps and first words). As a mom myself I often serve new parents with advise and provide a piece of mind because I understand how important it is to gain parent's trust when they leave their precious baby under the care of someone else.

Hi everyone! My name is Martha. I was born in the United States but was raised in Mexico. I relocated from Mexico to Arlington Heights a couple of years ago with my loving husband. I have been working with children since I was 16 years old. I enjoy traveling, eating at different restaurants, lounging in my pajamas. I absolutely love working with infants. I love watching their curiosity and imagination just blossom and how much they bring out my inner child.

Hello! My name is Ms. Toshione, and I’m so excited to be part of The Goddard School family. I am a proud mom of one and have over 10 years of experience working with babies and young children. I love connecting with people of all ages and creating a warm, caring environment for our little ones. In my free time, I enjoy kid-friendly activities, exercising, reading, and spending time with family. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, loved, and encouraged as they grow. I look forward to building strong relationships with both the children and families in our classroom!

My name is Aracelis Gonzalez and I am from Venezuela where I am a Licensed Teacher in Education. I came to the United States six months ago with my husband of thirty one years and our two children. In my free time I enjoy spending time at home with my family and on Sundays we enjoy attending church. I love working with the younger children, especially the young Toddlers!

Hello families! My name is Ms. Julia and I am the lead Toddler Teacher. I currently live in Arlington Heights with my husband, daughter and our pup Ace! I have been teaching since 2010 with ECE background. I love the toddler age because I feel like it's the age where they are growing so much; from walking, talking to their little personalities coming out! I love watching little ones grow within the classroom. My favorite activities to do in the classroom are sensory based and play based activities. I started with Goddard in August 2024 along with my daughter and we love it and I know other families will too!

Hi, my name is Ms. Asipha, and I am an Assistant Teacher in the Toddler classroom. I live in Arlington Heights with my husband and our two children—a son and a daughter. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Teaching and have a year and a half of experience in early childhood education before joining The Goddard School. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and spending time with my family. I look forward to supporting our toddlers as they learn and grow each day.

I hold Bachelor’s degrees in Pharmacy and Education, and I previously worked as a School Camp Coordinator, where I enjoyed creating engaging and enriching experiences for children. In my free time, I love reading books and exploring new ideas. As an Assistant Teacher in the Toddler classroom, I am excited to support our little learners each day and help create a warm, nurturing environment where they can grow and thrive.

I have been working at this school for a year, and I truly love being part of the Twos classroom. Hello! I’m Jay, your friendly twos teacher. With over a decade of early childhood experience and a degree in Applied Arts, I love helping little ones explore, learn, and grow. I’m married and a proud mom to a 9-year-old and a spirited toddler — and when I’m not with the kids, I’m running two online businesses: a custom bake shop and a tufting art studio. There’s never a dull moment in my world — and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Hi, my name is Maria and I have been working in the childcare industry for the past 6 years. I reside in Arlington Heights with my husband and beautiful daughter Ana. I love being the 2 year old classroom's lead teacher. It so amazing seeing little one come out of their shell and develop into their own little people. I believe each child is an individual. I strive to provide an environment to develop self-confidence, emotional learning, and foundational skills that is fundamental in the early years. Hello everyone! My name is Jacinta and I am Paraguayan. I moved to Argentina when I was in High School. While finishing school in Argentina I worked for family as their nanny and they ended up becoming my extended family! I married while in Argentina and had my two beautiful Argentine children! We then moved to the United States and I my daughter was born here and is currently 3 years old. We used to live in Texas where I worked in an elementary school and got my experience with children as well as food service in schools. Since moving to Illinois I started working here at Goddard where I immediately fell in love with the people and the children!

I have been working with children since I was 14 years old, and I am also a proud mom to my beautiful twin daughters, who have deepened my love for working with children even more. I enjoy creating fun, safe, and nurturing experiences for little ones, and I feel so lucky to be a part of their growth and learning every day. What I love most about working with young children is watching their personalities shine as they reach new milestones. I hold a high school diploma and bring four years of experience as an Assistant Coordinator at the Park District, as well as serving as a Lunch Supervisor in District 54. I am passionate about preparing healthy, delicious meals and snacks that keep children happy, energized, and ready to learn. Hi, my name is Ms. Sophia. I have a Bachelors Degree from Hope College in Elementary Education and Dance with a focus on Kinesthetic Integration in classrooms. I grew up in the area and graduated from Prospect High School in 2021. I have a passion for working with children and love to watch them grow and learn. I am excited to have the opportunity to connect with each and every one of the Goddard Families.

Ms. Dorothy loves working with children so much that she comes in early in the morning to help us out for a little bit and then comes back in the afternoon to help us close. She primarily works in the Infant classroom because in her own words, she loves working with babies!

Hi my name is Alyssa and I am a floater in the Infant and Toddler classrooms. I enjoy working with the younger children and getting to know their little personalities. I live in Mount Prospect and I currently attend school.

Hi, my name is Triona, and I am proud to be the Lead Teacher in the Toddler 1 classroom. It brings me so much joy to see the children growing, learning, and thriving every day. Watching their little personalities develop is one of the most rewarding parts of my job! Outside of work, I enjoy shopping, going for drives, and trying out new foods. I’m also currently pursuing my degree in Early Childhood Education, and I’m excited to continue growing in this field and making a positive impact in the lives of young children.
