Scott Sheldon and his wife, Tracy, are proud to be Oviedo residents. Tracy was raised in this community and they have a beautiful eight-year old daughter named Ashlyn. He is honored to bring The Goddard School to Oviedo and the surrounding communities. Scott graduated with a civil engineering degree from UCF and an MBA from the University of Florida. “My family and I are excited to be part of the Oviedo community. To bring such a high quality pre-school program to our families is truly a blessing.”

Kelly Lederer is a Director of Operations with over 14 years of experience working at Goddard schools. After graduating from St. John’s University with her Master’s degree in Education, Kelly began teaching special needs students in her hometown of Long Island before settling in the Central Florida area with her husband, Adam. Kelly’s upbeat and positive personality makes her an exceptional leader in the Early Childhood Education field. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys spending time at Disney World with her husband and two daughters, Kaitlyn and Brianna.

Jasmyn Brandt is a Director of Education with over 8 years of experience working at Goddard schools. After graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Jasmyn worked with the public school system as a guest speaker on health and nutrition for a few years before deciding to teach. Jasmyn’s experience teaching VPK has given her the ability to aide teachers in implementing creative and engaging lessons that, not only meet our strict curriculum standards, but, create a safe and fun learning environment for our students. On her days off, Jasmyn enjoys going on adventures with her husband, Jacob, and two children, Jordyn and Jonavan.

Sam Knight is an Assistant Director with 10+ years of experience working in the Early Childhood Education field. After graduating from SUNY OCCC with her Associate degree in Liberal Arts, Sam continued growing in the ECE industry by obtaining her National Administrator Credential. Having grown up with a family of 7 in Oviedo, Sam’s passion for children began at a young age. Samantha and her husband, Davon, recently welcomed baby Peyton into the world and look forward to watching her learn and grow with The Goddard School for years to come as they expand their family in Central Florida.

Susan joined the Goddard School of Oviedo in 2018. After completing her DCF 45 Hours, Susan continued expanding her education and training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR and Medication Administration. FUN FACT: “I ENJOY SPENDING TIME WITH MY FAMILY!”

Jordan joined the Goddard School of Oviedo in 2022. After graduating from Hagerty High School, Jordan continued expanding her training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and her DCF 45 Hours. FUN FACT: “I ENJOY HAVING GIRL TIME WITH MY FRIENDS!”

Ella joined the Goddard School of Oviedo in 2023, continuing her career in the Early Childhood Education field. After graduating high school, Ella continued expanding her education and training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and her DCF 45 Hours. FUN FACT: “I’M THE FIRST OF 19 GRANDCHILDREN AND I LOVE HORSEBACK RIDING!”

Brandi joined the Goddard School of Oviedo in 2022. Brandi has been working in early childcare since 2015 and continues expanding her training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, CDA, and her DCF 45 Hours. FUN FACT: “I LOVE MAKING CRAFTS AND BEING CREATIVE!”

Cecilia joined the Goddard School of Oviedo in 2019. After completing her Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education, Cecilia continued expanding her training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and her DCF 45 Hours. FUN FACT: “I LOVE SPENDING

Meaghan joined the Goddard School of Oviedo in 2022. After completing her Bachelor Degree in Creative Writing, Meaghan continued expanding her training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and her DCF 45 Hours. FUN FACT: “I’M IN THE PROCESS OF WRITING A NOVEL!”

Kali joined the Goddard School of Oviedo in 2018. After completing her Associate Degree, Kali continued expanding her training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and her DCF Staff Credential. FUN FACT: “I LOVE LISTENING TO SPOKEN POETRY!”

Alex joined the Goddard School of Oviedo in 2022. Alex is currently working towards her Bachelor Degree in Psychology at UCF and is expanding her training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and her DCF Staff 45 Hours. FUN FACT: “I’M A PROUD MEMBER OF UCF’S ENGLISH HONOR SOCIETY AND SCIENCE HONOR SOCIETY.”

Priscilla joined the Goddard School of Oviedo in 2021. Priscilla obtained an Early Childhood Education Certificate from NY and has expanded her training by obtaining other certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and her DCF Staff 45 Hours. FUN FACT: “I WAS A GOALIE FOR MY FIELD HOCKEY AND LACROSSE TEAMS IN SCHOOL!”

Nevin joined the Goddard School of Oviedo in 2018. After completing her Bachelor of Science Degree, Nevin continued expanding her training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and her DCF 45 Hours. FUN FACT: “I’M EYGPTIAN AND LOVE VISITING MY COUNTRY EVERY YEAR!”

Fifa joined the Goddard School of Oviedo in 2021. Fifa obtained her DCF 45 Hours and managed to expand her training further by obtaining other certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and Severe Allergy Training. FUN FACT: “I LOVE ACTING SILLY WITH MY STUDENTS!”

Shea joined the Goddard School of Oviedo in 2017. After completing her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English, Shea continued expanding her training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and her DCF 45 Hours. FUN FACT: “I LOVE GARDENING AND TAKING PHOTOGRAPHS OF NATURE!”

Megan joined the Goddard School of Oviedo in 2021. Megan obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and expanded her training by obtaining other certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, Severe Allergy Training, and DCF 45 Hours. Cathy joined the Goddard School of Oviedo in 2021. FUN FACT: “I’M A HUGE ANIMAL LOVER! I ALSO LOVE TO TRAVEL AND AM DOUBLE JOINTED!”

Amanda joined the Goddard School of Oviedo in 2021. Jessica joined the Goddard School of Oviedo in 2019. Janice joined the Goddard School of Oviedo in 2021. Danielle joined the Goddard School of Oviedo in 2018. Cari joined the Goddard School of Oviedo in 2023, continuing her career in the Early Childhood Education field. After graduating college in Puerto Rico, Cari continued expanding her education and training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and her DCF 45 Hours. FUN FACT: “I LOVE TO SHOP!”

Jamie joined the Goddard School of Oviedo in 2021. While working towards her Bachelor Degree at UCF, Jamie has continued to expand her training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and her DCF 45 Hours. FUN FACT: JAMIE HAS A BLUE BELT IN JIU JITSU!

Annalisa joined the Goddard School of Oviedo in 2019. Annalisa has earned her Associate Degree and has continued to expand her training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and her DCF 45 Hours. FUN FACT: "I AM FLUENT IN ITALIAN...CIAO!"

Hannah joined the Goddard School of Oviedo in 2023, beginning her career in the Early Childhood Education field. Full-time tuition rates for our programs are $1,040/month for Kindergarten and $1,299/month for Pre-K with a $150 one-time registration fee and $150 yearly supply fee.
