Meet Dave

Meet Dave

On-Site Owner
Dave Horell is a dedicated educator and entrepreneur passionate about nurturing children's development and fostering community connections. He brings valuable insights into child behavior and learning processes with a psychology degree from Pennsylvania State University. Dave's professional background includes management and sales roles at Sherwin-Williams and as an Allstate agent, where he developed strong leadership and customer service skills. He now co-owns a Goddard School in Estero, part of Goddard Systems, Inc., renowned for its high-quality, play-based early childhood education. Dave, his wife Autumn, and their children—Rylan (16), Reese (12), and Remmi (3)—are committed to becoming active members of the Estero community. They aim to build relationships and support local initiatives that enhance children's well-being and development. Dave looks forward to collaborating with educators, parents, and community leaders to create a nurturing environment for all children.
