    On-Site Owner Operator
    Ms. Melanie's career in Early Childhood Education spans over 30 years! She has been at The Goddard School located in Fort Collins since before it first opened its doors in 2007. She graduated from Colorado State University with her Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies, with an emphasis in Child Development in 2001 and her Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education in 2011. She sits on the board for the Early Childhood Council of Larimer County and is a full-time faculty member at Front Range Community College in the Early Childhood Education program. Ms. Melanie has been married for 23 years and has three adult children that all attended The Goddard School of Fort Collins as young children. She has two dogs that help to keep her "free" time busy, and she enjoys playing golf.

    Terry Ann and her husband Les purchased The Goddard School in 2008. Terry Ann combines her many years of retail management and in-home child care experience to create the perfect combination for her position as on-site owner. Terry Ann and Les have lived most of their life in the Fort Collins community. Terry Ann retired in 2022 but is still an ownership partner and landlord. In her free time Terry Ann enjoys golf, biking, and spending time with her five grandchildren.

    Ms. Tobi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education from Colorado State University, along with her Level 6 Early Childhood Credential (the highest level available). She joined The Goddard School in June 2019 as a classroom teacher and has served in an administrative role for the past two years. As a parent herself, both of her children currently attend the school, giving her a unique perspective on the Goddard experience. A Colorado native, Ms. Tobi enjoys spending her free time at Grand Lake boating, hiking, and skiing with her family.

    Assistant Director
    Ms. Fawn is the Assistant Director at The Goddard School, overseeing staff recruitment, development, and retention, as well as curriculum and assessment. Ms. Fawn joined The Goddard School in 2011 and has been an integral part of our success over the years. She holds her Large Center Director’s Certificate from Front Range Community College. In her free time, she enjoys camping and fishing with her husband.

    Ms. Cinthia first joined The Goddard School in January 2017 and has returned as Office Administrator after a brief time away. During her previous five years with the school, she served as both a resource teacher and lead teacher. Growing up with five siblings fostered her early passion for caretaking and teaching. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies at Colorado State University. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, taking walks, and exploring new activities with her son Giovanni (born August 2024) and her two bonus kids, Marsaline and Bryson.

    Ms. Vickie has taught at The Goddard School since 2008, and all that time has been in our infant classroom. She attended Front Range Community College, where she received her associate degree in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Vickie is also Infant/Toddler Supervisor Certified. She has lived in Colorado all her life and loves spending time with her husband and daughter.

    Ms. Bethany first joined The Goddard School in 2020 as a resource teacher. After spending time with our youngest friends in the infant program, she has become one of our lead infant teachers. She is pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a focus on American Sign Language at Colorado State University. Outside of work, she enjoys singing, being with friends, watching movies, and playing with her rat, Nimbi.

    Ms. Melissa joined The Goddard School in July 2022. She holds a degree in Literature, Language and Culture from Colorado State University. She started volunteering in a kindergarten class during her summer breaks in college and loved helping children learn. She enjoys using different languages in her classroom lesson plans. Outside of school, Melissa loves playing with her two dogs and practicing archery!

    Hi, I’m Tiffanie. I joined The Goddard School in June 2024. I grew up in Fort Collins and graduated from CSU with degrees in English and History before finding my passion in early childhood. I’ve spent more than 15 years working in education. Outside of work, I enjoy animals, gardening, walking, and yoga. I’m also the proud parent of my daughter, Finn.

    Hi, my name is Savanna. I am 20 and am in my second year of college at Aims. I am getting a degree in Early Childhood Education. I live at home with my mom, dad, two younger brothers, and my older sister. I have two dogs at home that are like my babies. I love going for walks and being outside enjoying nature. I love to travel and explore new places and enjoy new areas. I love meeting new people and working with children. Seeing children light up with excitement is so rewarding. I am so excited to be working here and to learn so many new things!

    Hello, I am Ms. Theone and I started here at Goddard in April 2024! I have around 8 years' experience working with children, 4 of which were as a teacher in a school or daycare setting. I love spending time with children and getting to support them as they learn and grow! I was born in Colorado and grew up near Denver with my parents and four younger sisters. After high school, I attended CSU and moved to Fort Collins to start my life here! I graduated from CSU with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies, with a double concentration in Early Childhood Professions and Prevention Intervention Sciences. In my free time, I love to cook, bake, listen to music, read, hike, and spend time with family and loved ones. I love working with kids and am excited to be a teacher here at The Goddard School!

    Hello, I’m Ms. Emma and I started here at Goddard in August 2022. I am currently pursuing my Associate in Arts at Front Range Community College and have completed my ECE certificate. I also take care of my special needs brother full time in my home. In my free time, I enjoy going to concerts, hiking with my golden retriever, writing, and traveling.

    Hi, I’m Bryden. I joined The Goddard School in June of 2024. This is my first role in Early Childhood Education and my first time being a lead teacher! I’m currently attending Front Range Community College to earn my associate degree in Early Childhood Education. In my free time, I enjoy reading, doing paint-by-numbers, building puzzles, and spending time with my dogs. I’m also very close with my sisters, so I love seeing them whenever our schedules match.

    Hi, I’m Ashton and I’m so excited to join the Goddard team! I spent two years as a private nanny, where I supported children’s daily routines, developmental milestones, and individualized learning, all while completing curriculum coursework at CSU. I hold an Associate of Arts and Sciences with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education and am currently continuing my studies to earn my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Outside the classroom, I am an avid animal lover. I own several pets and have previous experience working at a local pet store, where I strengthened my skills in responsibility, patience, and compassionate care. My areas of strength include active listening, building positive and trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, and creating a nurturing, supportive classroom environment.

    Hi, I’m Stormi. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Geography with a minor in Anthropology. While I am just a few classes away from completing my Master’s in Early Childhood Education at Front Range, I’m currently at a level 6 in the PDIS certification process. I began my career in Early Childhood Education as an assistant teacher before advancing to lead teacher position in the one-year-old classroom. I then served as a director for one year before taking nearly two years off when my son Jonas was born. In 2020, I married my best friend, who has been my greatest support throughout my career journey. Our favorite family activity is exploring new parks together. I’m an avid reader, particularly enjoying thrillers and romance novels, and I’ve become quite passionate about crochet!

    Hi, I’m Sophia! I graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Colorado State University. I then spent a year and a half working as a Registered Behavior Technician, supporting children with autism. I loved that experience. It showed me how much I enjoy working with kids, learning about their interests, finding meaningful ways to connect with them, and making their growth both fun and rewarding. In my free time, I am an artist, musician, and writer; my favorite hobbies tend to be creative ones. I am a proud self-proclaimed nerd who loves comics, cartoons, movies, and video games, and I genuinely enjoy sharing those interests with the kids I work with. One of my favorite franchises to bond with the kids over is How to Train Your Dragon. Anything dragons or Toothless-related is a surefire way to win me over!

    Hello! My name is Aylin (Eileen), and I am originally from California but moved to Colorado a year ago. I have an AA in Psychology but am returning to school to become a radiology technician, I am trilingual, fluent in English, Spanish, and American Sign Language, and I love to immerse myself in those cultures. I am an avid reader, so any chance I get to be outside with a good book is a good day for me.

    Hi there! My name is Cara. I graduated high school in 2023 and joined The Goddard School to gain hands-on experience working with children while earning my degree in Elementary Education at Front Range. My 3rd grade teacher was a wonderful influence on me and sparked my passion for helping kids succeed; and now I get to do exactly that every day in my own classroom! In my free time, I love being outside with friends; hammocking, swimming, hiking, or whatever the weather calls for. When I’m indoors, you’ll find me crafting or curled up with a good book. I’m so excited to continue growing as an educator and finish my degree in 2027!

    Hi, my name is Whitney! I attended college in a small town in Minnesota, where I earned my degree in Elementary Education before relocating to Colorado. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, painting, paddleboarding, and exploring the outdoors. I am also an avid Vikings fan, so game days are reserved! I love camping, collecting rocks, and attending concerts. I am passionate about working with children and watching their young minds grow. I look forward to making a meaningful difference in my students’ lives.

    Hi, I’m Taylor! I joined the Goddard School in April 2024 and have been working in Early Childhood Education for approximately four years. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Services from the University of Northern Colorado, and I look forward to furthering my education in the near future. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time outdoors, paddle boarding, and cheering on my favorite sports teams. I also love reading, watching movies, and making time for friends and family.

    Hi, I’m Rachel! I grew up here in Fort Collins as the oldest of four kids, and earned my Bachelor’s in English Literature from CSU. I’ve always had a deep love for reading, which I credit in many ways to the incredible teachers I had growing up; a passion I hope to inspire in future generations. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy running, baking, knitting, and spending time with friends and family.

    Hi, I’m Brooke. I joined the Goddard School in November 2015. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Family Sciences from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where I majored in Early Childhood Development and minored in Child Program Administration. In my free time, I like golfing with my family. I’m also a big hockey fan and enjoy watching the Colorado Avalanche and the Colorado Eagles.

    Hello! I’m Jaycee, and I’ve been a proud member of The Goddard School team since May 2018. One of the highlights of my day is building activities with the children. There is nothing quite like witnessing their creative minds transform simple blocks into extraordinary castles, spaceships, and entire worlds. I hold an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education from Front Range Community College. When I’m not in the classroom, you’ll find me pursuing my passion for music. I love to discover new artists and play guitar. My husband and I are also adventure enthusiasts who enjoy exploring nature through hiking, swimming, paddle boarding and embracing whatever spontaneous escapades come our way. These experiences help me to bring energy, creativity, and a sense of wonder to everything I do with the children.

    Hi, I’m Ms. Carly. I was born and raised in New York, where I began my education at Monroe Community College before transferring to Nazareth College. I originally pursued a degree in English Education before discovering my true passion for Early Childhood Education. I made the switch and haven’t looked back. Outside of the classroom, I love reading and spending time outdoors. My greatest passion, though, is traveling with my husband and our two children. Exploring new places together is what I look forward to most.

    Hi, my name is Isabella, and I started at Goddard in July 2023, the same month I moved back home from Colorado Springs. Since returning, I’ve focused on building a routine that balances work with plenty of time outdoors, whether that’s hiking, working out, or traveling whenever I get the chance. Outside of work, my favorite things are spending time with family and friends and exploring the mountains. I’m especially happiest on a hiking trail in the warmer months and on the slopes with my family once winter rolls around. Being able to share that enthusiasm for adventure and connection with my students is one of my favorite parts of the job.

    Hi, my name is Arelys Gamboa and I started here at The Goddard School in August 2024. I recently graduated from Colorado State University, where I majored in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology, along with minors in both Political Science and Legal Studies. I’ll be starting law school soon, with the goal of becoming a civil rights lawyer! I’ve always loved working with children and have had a course in human growth and development along with experience taking care of preschool students during extracurricular activities. A fun fact about myself is that because a muscle in my throat isn’t strong enough, I physically cannot burp!

    Hello! My name is Carter Gilbertson. I have worked on and off at Goddard School since 2020, but I actually grew up here, attending as a student starting in 2007! I also have prior experience working with kids as a youth soccer referee during the summers. I had so much fun sharing my passion for the sport and watching the kids enjoy themselves with their friends. I am a graduate of Front Range Community College, where I obtained my associate's degree in Business. I am currently a student at Colorado State University, working toward my bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a minor in Philosophy. In my free time, I play video games, ski, hike, camp, ride motorcycles, and hang out with my dogs. I enjoy learning new things, trying new activities, and going on adventures; anything that allows me to spend time with family and friends. I look forward to getting to know your family!

Ashley is currently a student at Grand Canyon University in Arizona and helps us out when she is home for holiday. Ashley is studying Forensic Psychology. In her free time Ashley enjoys golf, dance and spending time with friends and family.

    Hello! My name is Arianna, and while my job experience has been as a private nanny for ten years, I am also a great addition to a formal workplace. I know firsthand how much it matters for a child to feel truly seen, and that belief drives my passion for trauma-informed education. I currently have my Associate’s degree in Elementary Education and my certification in Assistant Teaching on an ECE level, both earned at Front Range Community College. I am actively pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with the Culturally, Linguistically, and Diverse Endorsement. Outside of work and my education, I enjoy various art hobbies such as crocheting, painting, and jewelry making. I also adore the outdoors. You can find me hiking even in the winter! Overall, I am a positive, outgoing, and open-minded individual with a lot of patience.

    Hi, my name is Esabella, but I go by Bella! I’m from a small town in Arkansas called Mayflower and moved to Colorado in 2021. I graduated from community college in Morrilton, Arkansas in 2020 with my Associate’s degree in General Studies, and I plan on going back to school for nursing or teaching. My hobbies include watching and playing basketball and volleyball, and I also enjoy traveling, listening to podcasts, and spending time with my family when I’m back home. One fun fact about me, I’m a twin, just two minutes older than my brother! I’ve always had a true love for kids. Growing up, I was the go-to babysitter in my town, and that passion is a big part of why I’m so excited to be working here. It truly fills my heart to be surrounded by kiddos!

    Hi, my name is Allayna! I’m originally from Kansas City, MO, and moved to Fort Collins to pursue my bachelor’s degree. I majored in Human Development and Family Studies, minored in Criminology, and concentrated in Prevention and Intervention Sciences at CSU. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my dogs and taking them on long walks when the weather is nice. I spend most of my summers paddleboarding and enjoying time on the water with friends. I truly enjoy working with all age groups and watching their growth, both in the classroom and as individuals. I look forward to working in each classroom and getting to know each kiddo!

I have wanted to be in education since I was 5, and I am so excited to be working here and meeting everyone!

    Hi, my name is Josh. I am a calm, patient, and approachable person who genuinely enjoys working with children. I have a background in martial arts, with over 10 years of experience teaching kids, and one of my favorite things about working with young learners is witnessing those breakthrough moments when something finally clicks for them. Outside of work, I enjoy playing games and Dungeons & Dragons, which have sharpened my creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to engage with others in fun and imaginative ways; skills I love bringing into my interactions with kids.

    My name is Kaylee, and I am 18 years old. I graduated high school as a junior in 2025 and hold my CNA certification along with several additional certifications, reflecting my commitment to professional development and caring for others. Growing up in a close-knit family with four siblings has naturally equipped me with patience, attentiveness, and the ability to connect with children of all ages. Outside of work, I enjoy crafts, spending time with my family and boyfriend of 4 years, Chris, watching movies, and going on drives. I also care for my two dogs, Denali and Buck, which speaks to my responsible and nurturing nature.
