    Ms Abby

    On-site Owner
    Ms. Abby is excited to be the on-site owner at The Goddard School, bringing her passion for education and business together. Her journey in childcare began in 2017, and since then, she has been dedicated to watching children learn and grow. With a bachelor’s degree in business marketing, Ms. Abby has successfully combined her love for education with her background in business management, creating a positive and nurturing environment for both children and staff. She is thrilled to lead such an amazing team at Goddard and looks forward to building relationships with the wonderful families and children the school serves. Originally from Minnesota, Ms. Abby has called Arizona home for the past few years. She recently married her husband, Blake, and in her free time, enjoys reading, working out, and shopping—activities that allow her to unwind and enjoy life.

    Ms. Chantelle’s journey in education began in the afterschool program in 2019, and over the years, she has had the pleasure of working her way up to the role of Director. One of the most rewarding aspects of her job is seeing the students' faces light up when they experience a moment of magic—whether it’s through a special event, a fun craft, or simply watching them discover something new. She is proud to be a part of The Goddard School, known for its commitment to providing the highest quality of care. Ms. Chantelle is excited to contribute to this amazing team and believes in continuous learning and growth, eagerly embracing new opportunities for personal and professional development. Born in Aurora, Colorado, Ms. Chantelle has spent most of her life in Arizona. In her free time, she loves reading, practicing hot yoga, exploring photography and filmmaking, and spending quality time with her family.

    Ms Bella

    Infant Teacher
    Ms. Bella has been working with children since 2019, starting out as a nanny and later expanding her experience in early childhood education by joining a preschool in 2023. Most recently, she began coaching a high school pom team, bringing energy and leadership to students of all ages. She is currently pursuing a degree in Elementary Education with the goal of becoming a first-grade teacher. Ms. Bella was born and raised in Arizona and has always had a passion for working with children. She loves watching them grow and thrives on sharing her excitement for learning. She is enthusiastic about the changes ahead and looks forward to meeting new students and helping them flourish. In her free time, Ms. Bella enjoys going to the mall, hitting the gym, snowboarding, and spending time with her friends.

    Ms Riley

    Infant Teacher
    Ms. Riley began her journey in childcare in 2021, working with children from preschool through 6th grade at an elementary school. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and has a deep passion for teaching. Born and raised in Arizona, Ms. Riley finds true joy in working with children and loves waking up each day excited to see her students. She believes that teaching is more than just a job—it’s a calling that brings purpose and happiness to her life. Ms. Riley is thrilled to be part of The Goddard School and is excited to watch the children thrive in the positive and enriching environment it provides. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Riley is a dedicated runner and is currently training for her first marathon.

    Ms. Kylah began her journey in education in November 2022 as an after-school teacher and quickly advanced to the role of Lead Teacher through her dedication, compassion, and enthusiasm for working with children. She has a genuine passion for helping young minds grow and thrives on making a positive impact in their lives and education. Ms. Kylah is excited to be part of The Goddard School’s continued growth and looks forward to contributing to its positive change. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Kylah is newly married to her husband, Brendan. In her free time, she enjoys reading, building with LEGOs, and spending time with her two kittens. She is also currently pursuing a degree in nursing, further reflecting her deep commitment to caring for others in all areas of life.

    For as long as she can remember, Ms. Lola has loved working with children. Over the years, she has had the pleasure of nannying and babysitting for several families, always finding joy in interacting with kids and creating a safe, welcoming space where they feel comfortable and loved. She is excited to join The Goddard School, drawn to its stellar reputation for excellence in early childhood education. Ms. Lola believes Goddard will provide an amazing support system for both herself and the children, and she looks forward to being part of a team that encourages growth, creativity, and the best possible care for every child. Originally born in France, Ms. Lola has lived all over—Tennessee, Missouri, and Arizona. She has called Arizona home for the past 10 years, though she will always consider the Midwest her true home. In her free time, you can find her reading a good book or watching hockey (Go Blues!).

    Ms Heather

    Toddler 1 Teacher
    Ms. Heather began her career in education in 1999 when she started an in-home daycare in Illinois. She ran that business for 13 years before moving to Arizona in 2012, where she transitioned into teaching. She has always loved introducing children to school and watching them grow and learn throughout the year. Ms. Heather is thrilled to be working at The Goddard School, drawn to the amazing people here and the strong sense of community. She values Goddard’s dedication to nurturing young minds, which truly excites her. Originally from Illinois, Ms. Heather has three sons and is blessed with an amazing daughter-in-law and three precious grandchildren, who bring even more joy to her life. She and her husband have been married for almost 30 years and share a love for all things sports.
  • Ms Sloane

    Ms Sloane

    Toddler 1 Teacher
    Ms. Sloane began her journey in childcare in 2021, working in afterschool care before spending a year nannying. She then transitioned into teaching, where she found her true passion for spending time with children. One of the most rewarding parts of her day is being present in their lives and watching them grow. Ms. Sloane is thrilled to be a part of The Goddard School and is excited about the positive changes the team can make together. She is proud to work alongside a dedicated group committed to creating a nurturing and fun environment where children can thrive. Born in Maryland and living in Arizona since 2015, Ms. Sloane is passionate about all things creative. She loves drawing and creating art in her free time. When she’s not teaching or being creative, you can find her snowboarding, skateboarding, or reliving her cheerleading days.
  • Ms Marissa

    Ms Marissa

    Toddler 2 Teacher
    Ms. Marissa has been teaching for several years and has had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles, including as a nanny and as a curriculum coordinator for nonprofit organizations serving refugee children in Phoenix. She loves working with children because they are so much fun, and there’s nothing quite like witnessing that "lightbulb moment" when they make a new connection or discover something new on their own. She is excited to work at The Goddard School because of its emphasis on learning through discovery. Ms. Marissa believes in the power of hands-on learning to inspire curiosity and creativity, and she loves that Goddard encourages children to explore and ask questions. An Arizona native, Ms. Marissa comes from a mixed cultural and religious background, which has given her a unique perspective on the world. When she’s not teaching, she enjoys hiking and exploring the beautiful Arizona outdoors.

    Toddler 2 Teacher
    Ms. Rachel began working with children in 2017 as a nanny, and her passion for nurturing young minds led her to become a teacher in 2020. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus in Developmental Psychology, giving her valuable insight into how children learn and grow. What she loves most about working with young learners is witnessing their individual progress and being part of their educational journey. Ms. Rachel finds great joy in supporting both the academic and personal growth of every child in her care. She is excited to get to know the children and families at The Goddard School of South Chandler and looks forward to making a meaningful impact. Originally from Mesa, AZ, Ms. Rachel enjoys spending her free time outdoors, especially exploring nature with her dog, Clover.

    Preschool 1 Teacher
    Ms. Hannah has been babysitting, nannying, and teaching since 2021, bringing a wealth of experience to her role at The Goddard School. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Education and absolutely loves being with kids, finding joy in every moment she spends helping them grow and learn. She is excited to work at Goddard because it allows her to be surrounded by so many amazing kids, families, and coworkers. Originally from Minnesota, Ms. Hannah moved to Arizona in 2020 to start a new adventure. She is the youngest of three siblings and has three nieces, who are her pride and joy. Ms. Hannah is thrilled to contribute to a positive, nurturing environment at Goddard and looks forward to making a difference in the lives of the children she works with each day.
  • Ms Alyson

    Ms Alyson

    Preschool 2 Teacher
    Ms. Alyson has been a passionate early childhood educator since 2016 with a strong background in teaching and a heart for preschoolers. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Early Childhood from California Baptist University, where she was also a member of the 9-time national champion cheer team. She later pursued her master’s degree and teaching certificate in Early Elementary Education at Grand Canyon University. She was recently married to her husband, Anthony. While they don’t have children yet, they do have a spirited 2-year-old red golden retriever named Nash, who completely rules their hearts and home! Born and raised in Southern California with two sisters and a brother, Ms. Alyson is a proud aunt to nine wonderful nieces and nephews. Her close bond with them played a big role in inspiring her to pursue a career in education, and they continue to be a meaningful part of her life and her journey as a teacher.
  • Ms Anita

    Ms Anita

    PreK 1 Teacher
    Ms. Anita has been working with children since 2005, beginning her career as a teacher aide. She finds great joy in listening to children, hearing their thoughts, and ensuring they feel valued and loved. This deep connection with her students is what makes teaching so fulfilling for her. Ms. Anita is excited to be part of The Goddard School community and looks forward to partnering with families to support each child’s growth and development. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Ms. Anita is married and has four children, three of whom are currently in college. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and staying active with Pilates. She especially enjoys attending sporting events and cheering on her children as they pursue their passions.

    Ms. Shannon has had the joy of teaching preschool-aged children since 2007. Though she holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, her true passion has always been early childhood education. With over 17 years of experience, she finds deep fulfillment in helping children grow, learn, and explore the world around them. She especially loves watching their faces light up when they’re being creative, discovering something new, or simply having fun at school. Ms. Shannon is thrilled to join The Goddard School and looks forward to the new experiences and opportunities it brings. She’s excited to contribute to the positive and nurturing environment Goddard is known for. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Shannon has been married for 26 years and is the proud mom of three daughters. She loves to travel and spends her favorite moments cheering on her youngest daughter at college soccer games.

    Ms. Marissa is excited to be a part of the team at The Goddard School and brings a warm, enthusiastic energy to the classroom. She began her journey in childcare in 2023 and has always had a deep passion for working with children. With an associate degree in Art and current studies toward a degree in Psychology, Ms. Marissa is especially fascinated by child development and loves being part of each child’s unique learning journey. Born and raised in Arizona, Ms. Marissa is the youngest of six siblings and values the importance of family and strong support systems. She is currently on a soccer scholarship at Park University. When she’s not teaching or studying, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends—or out on the soccer field. Ms. Marissa is incredibly grateful to work alongside such a dedicated team and believes the structured, supportive environment at Goddard makes it a truly special place for both teachers and students to grow.

    Ms Madi

    Ms. Madi began her teaching journey in 2022 as a preschool float teacher and has been continually inspired by the positivity and kindness that children bring. Alongside teaching, she is also pursuing a career in esthetics with a focus on laser treatments, finding joy in balancing her two passions—personal care and caring for children. What Ms. Madi loves most about teaching is experiencing the world through the eyes of children. Their optimism and kindness are refreshing, and she feels honored to support their growth. She is excited to be part of The Goddard School of South Chandler, drawn by its philosophy and commitment to early learning. Born and raised in Arizona, Ms. Madi enjoys practicing Pilates, reading, and spending quality time with her loved ones.

    Ms. Shay has always loved being around children and finds joy in helping them learn and grow. She is continually inspired by the kindness and love that children naturally give, and she believes it's one of the most beautiful parts of working in early childhood education. Shay is thrilled to be part of the team at The Goddard School of South Chandler and looks forward to contributing to its fun and playful environment. Born and raised in Gilbert, AZ, she has one older sister and shares her home with three beloved dogs. Shay is currently pursuing a college degree with the goal of becoming a young adult and family therapist—something she is incredibly passionate about. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, admiring cars, and relaxing with her favorite shows.

    Ms. Shylaja began her journey in childcare in 2017 and has developed a true passion for working with children. She loves engaging little learners with fun, hands-on activities and finds joy in watching them grow and reach new milestones. For her, the most rewarding part of teaching is knowing she plays a meaningful role in each child’s development. Ms. Shylaja is passionate about creating experiences that help children thrive in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment. She chose to join The Goddard School of South Chandler because of its incredible staff and the thoughtful, child-centered approach to teaching. Originally from India, Ms. Shylaja is a proud mom of two—an energetic 10-year-old and a playful toddler. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys watching comedy movies and spending quality time with her family.

    Ms. Veronica began her journey in childcare at 18 years old, starting as a floater before growing into the role of a lead teacher. She has always loved working with children, finding joy in their positivity, energy, and happiness. Their bright spirits inspire her daily and make teaching a truly rewarding experience. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Ms. Veronica is a proud mom to one daughter. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending time with her family, drawing, reading, and baking. She is excited to be a part of The Goddard School of South Chandler because of the supportive staff, wonderful opportunities, and the school’s engaging approach to teaching and learning.
