Our Teachers

Darlene has her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Notre Dame College, Philippines. She has also taken credits towards her Masters in Educational Management from Southern Christian College (also in the Philippines) and Associate in Early Childhood Education from Waubonsee Community College in Illinois. Since graduating from college, Darlene has spent her career working with children in various age groups. She has worked as a teacher in both Elementary and Early Childhood levels and worked as a Center Director at a child care facility in Illinois and Arizona prior to joining The Goddard School located in Chandler, AZ. Darlene is pleased to be the Educational Director at The Goddard School and lead the most competent team of teachers. Darlene is here to provide the best education and safety for children. She looks forward to continuing her career with The Goddard School. Darlene joined The Goddard School Chandler in May of 2009.

Cielo studied Psychology from Isabela State University in the Philippines. She firmly believes in encouraging children without pressure and giving them the opportunity to learn at their own pace. She gives all the children in her care the love and nurturing that they need. Cielo joined The Goddard School Chandler in January of 2016.

Ashley has been working with children in various age groups for many years. She loves creating fun activities for all children in her care. She believes that children are smart and unique in their own way. Ashley worked as a toddler teacher at another Goddard school in Georgia. Ashley joined the Goddard School Chandler in 2011.

Anita loves working with children and it has been her passion throughout. To her, teaching is not just a profession but it is also a mission to make a positive difference in children's lives. She believes that children are like clay and can be molded by the caring hands of the teacher. Anita joined The Goddard School Chandler in April of 2019.

Emma loves working with children especially with the babies. She worked at another Goddard location prior to joining The Goddard School Chandler.

Lori has her certificate in Child Development Associate. She has more than 25 years of experience teaching and caring for infants and children of all ages in a professional setting. She was brought up in a household with children that her mother cared for. She feels that children are precious and that her first priority is to love and care for them. To Miss Lori, children are true gifts. Lori joined The Goddard School Chandler in 2010.

Dolores has been working with children for many years from babysitting abroad and taking care of her grand children. It is her goal to provide children the best care a mother could give. She believes that children have the right to expect fair treatment, respect and multiple opportunities to succeed.

Mario volunteered his free time working with children in the Chandler School District in the past. He enjoys seeing children learn new things everyday. He believes in giving children something great to imitate. Mario is a father of two girls. Mr. Mario joined the Goddard School Chandler in July 2014 and has celebrated his ten years with us.

Jamie received her Associate's degree in Child Development from Mesa Community College. She has worked with children in various age groups for many years. She believes that integrating learning with fun is one of the best way for children to learn. Knowing that she has helped make a difference in a child's life is enough reward for her. Jamie joined The Goddard School Chandler in 2012

Maricel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. She has worked at a licensed preschool facility prior to joining The Goddard School. Maricel loves working with children and enjoys creating a fun environment for each child. Maricel joined the Goddard School Chandler in November 2013.

Nazary received her Associate Degree in Arts from Chandler-Gilbert Community College. She enjoys working with children and giving the children in her care lots of love. Nazary joined The Goddard School Chandler in 2014.

Fely has been working with children for more than 22 years. She loves creating a fun and learning environment for the children in her care. She enjoys singing, dancing, reading, story telling and art with children. Fely joined The Goddard School Chandler in March of 2015.

Susie attended Phoenix College and received her Certificate of Completion in Early Childhood. She also holds a certificate in Child Development Associate. She has worked with children in various age groups for many years. She loves working with children and enjoys giving them hands on activities. Seeing the children learn and smile makes Miss Susie's effort all worth it. Susie joined The Goddard School Chandler in June of 2012.

Jessica has worked with children in various age groups for many years. She believes that children learn better through hands on activities. She loves listening to the children to make them feel valued and loved. Being patient and keeping the children safe is very important to her. Jessica joined The Goddard School Chandler in 2014.

Ms. Alexis is excited to be a part of the Goddard Family. She enjoys working with young children, especially coming from a large family and being with 7 younger siblings, she finds it rewarding to see every child's growth and success even in little things that they do. She believes that children in general are happy and have such imagination that is unique from each other. She is beyond thrilled to be part of making a difference in children's lives.

Jennifer has been working with children for many years and enjoys spending time with them. She believes that every child learns at their own pace. To her, it is important to try her best to offer every child as much as she can so that they can be at their fullest potential.

Sophia has her Associate Degree in General Studies from Chandler Gilbert Community College. She's a mother of two and loves working with children of all ages. Sophia wants the best for every child and wants to be there as someone they can come to. She joined The Goddard School Chandler in 2021.

Lea is a mother of two and she loves working with children. Her favorite part of the day is reading books and singing songs to the kids. She hopes to make a positive difference in the lives of every child in her care.

Mr. Lan believes in the uniqueness of each child, fostering a safe and nurturing environment and unlocking the potential that lies within each young hart and mind. Mr. Lan had volunteered his time in a local church children's ministry for for more than 12 years. He enjoys being a father to his 5 year old daughter and a husband of 7 years.

Ms. Joycelyn loves working with children and finds it rewarding to make a positive difference in the lives of the children. She works in our two year old program and helps out in other classroom when needed.

Christine is currently attending Arizona State University for her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. She believes that all teachers have the ability to shape the mind of young children. Teachers are children's biggest supporters to help them reach their goals and fullest potentials.

Ms. Kim has been working with children in various age groups for more than 25 years. She received her Associate of Science in Early Childhood Education from San Jose City College in California. She believes in embracing the unique personalities of each child and she's hoping to make a positive difference in their lives.

America enjoys working with children and uses every opportunity she has to make sure that the children are learning skills and enjoying the process. She also loves singing and playing with them. It is her goal to make a positive difference in the lives of the children in her care.

Ms. Kamryn is currently attending Northern Arizona University. She loves working with children and has been working with kids since high school. She started her career at The Goddard School Chandler in 2023. She looks forward to create a positive difference to all children in her care.

Patricia received her Bachelor's degree from Montessori Professional College of Asia. She generally thinks that children are happy little humans who deserve respect and love from their teachers. Her philosophy with children is "It's ok to make mistakes; what's important is what the child learn from it."

Maiia loves working with children and she hopes to make a positive difference in the lives of children in her care.

Shannon received her Early Childhood Diploma from International Correspondence School. She has been working with children in various age groups for many years. She feels that it is important to ensure safety of the children in her care, and provide activities to keep them busy and learning. Shannon joined The Goddard School Chandler in 2016.

Todd and his wife Christine are the parents of two young children and recognize the importance of a safe and nurturing learning environment.Their family is the basis for the reason that they chose Goddard. They have been residents of the Chandler area for four years and are happy to be able to provide Goddard's outstanding program to the children in their community. "I am excited and proud to be part of Goddard and I am committed to providing the highest quality preschool experience for the children in our neighborhood," adds Todd. Todd received a Bachelor's degree degree from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. As their new school grows, Christine will eventually join Todd in managing the daily business operations. The Goldberg family enjoys participating in hockey, swimming, golf and figure skating. Todd and Christine are proud parents of Goddard graduates-both of their daughters attended a Goddard School located in Ohio."I think my recent experience as the parents of preschoolers will help me be in touch with and appreciate the needs of our families," adds Todd.
