    Hello, my name is Kim and my husband Aaron and I are the proud owners of The Goddard School in Springdale, AR. I graduated with a Bachelors in Elementary Education from Williams Baptist College. Later, I received a Masters in Elementary Education from Arkansas State University. I have spent the last twenty-five years teaching in public schools. I have always had a heart for children, so I decided opening a premier preschool experience would be perfect for my family and me. Although Aaron and I are a husband-and-wife team, I will be the on-site owner with Aaron as a supporting role in our school. Aaron served four years in the U.S. Air Force before attending Arkansas State University on a golf scholarship. He has spent the last twenty years in the insurance industry. We have two daughters, Bailey, Keylee, and a son-in-law Nick. I love running, spending time with family, and watching the Hogs. I am so excited for the opportunity to serve my community through childcare.

    Mrs. Lindsey graduated with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology, from the University of Texas in Arlington. Lindsey has been in the preschool world for 17 years, and it's where her calling is! Lindsey believes that every child has the potential to bring something special and unique to the world. Her passion is helping lay the foundation for children, so they are ready for their future school adventures. Lindsey aims to create a love for learning through play, curiosity, hands on activities, building friendships, and where they feel love at school. Lindsey and her husband Randall of 8 years, have two little girls Madeline and Abigail. In her free time, she loves to bake, spend time with her family and friends, read, and do crafts.

    Born and raised in New Jersey. I relocated to NWA June of 2023. I have been in the early childhood education field for 15 years and have enjoyed ever minute of it. My favorite part of this field is the apparent growth that happens between birth and 6 years old. It is also my goal to support parents in any way that I can. In my spare time I enjoy building Lego sets, reading, and spending time with family.

    Ms. Kelley was raised in Springdale, and recently retired after teaching in the Springdale Public School district for 31 years. Ms. Kelley graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Elementary Education, then earned her Master's Degree in Education Administration, from Harding University. Kelley has been married to her husband, also named Kelley, for 30 years. They have two adult children, Maggie and Morgan. Ms. Kelley enjoys watching the Razorbacks, browsing antique stores and flea markets, and relaxing at home with her family and pets, including her pot belly pig Spanky.

    Ms. Ashlynn has been in childcare for four years! She loves working with all ages, but she thrives best with the little babies. Ms. Ashlynn plans to continue and learn to develop her career in Early Childhood. When Ms. Ashlynn is not loving on the babies she enjoys spending time with her cat, cooking, and coloring.

    Ms. April has previously been a teacher at other preschools here in Northwest Arkansas, and loves teaching the little ones. Ms. April lives in Fayetteville with her husband and 8 year old daughter. In her free time she loves to spend time with her family, being outdoors, watching movies, putting puzzles together, and reading. Ms. April has a passion for children and gets so much joy from teaching and getting her students ready for their future.

    Ms. Hailey comes to the Goddard school with 5 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She is currently going to college for pediatrics. Ms. Hailey enjoys being a teacher, comedian, and friend to her students. As well as teaching and helping them learn and grow. Ms. Hailey is so excited to meet her students and make an impact on their little lives. Ms. Hailey loves to build relationships with parents and make them feel secure when they leave their children. She is excited to welcome her students, and looks forward to seeing all their happy faces when they arrive at school daily. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her Chi-Pom, named Chanel.

    Ms. Claudia is excited to be working in the Toddler Classroom! Ms. Claudia comes to us with four years of experience in Early Childhood Education. One of her goals with The Goddard School is to create a classroom community where the children feel safe and excited to learn. Ms. Claudia enjoys skating, spending time with her family, and learning all the ropes to being a new doggy mom!

    Ms. Josie has been teaching for the last two years, in Early Childhood Education. Teaching brings her so much joy and a smile to her face to care for little ones. Ms. Josie does not have any children of her own, but she does have a one year old Labrador Pitbull that keeps her on her toes. Ms. Josie enjoys learning new things, traveling, and spending time with her family.

    My name is Bailey and I have just graduated from Bentonville West High School! Growing up around kids has helped me learn so much about their development and how to care for them. I plan on becoming a children’s nurse one day! In my free time, I love to read and spend time with friends and family!

    Ms. Susan grew up near Harrison and she has called Northwest Arkansas home for over 20 years. Ms. Susan graduated from the University of Arkansas, with a degree in literature and art. Ms. Susan was an art teacher in public school for 11 years. When Ms. Susan is not teaching, she loves to read, draw, paint, crochet, cook, bake, and her most favorite is spending time with her little boy.

    Ms. Savanna has previously been a nanny and a tennis coach to three year old's. Ms. Savanna is excited to teach in the Bridge class, and help her students learn and grow. Ms. Savanna loves dancing, nature, music, and art. Her most favorite role is being a mom to her little boy!

    Hello! I would like to introduce you to Ms. Rebecca. She is our lead teacher in our Preschool 1 classroom. She was born and raised in Farmington, where she graduated in 2014. Ms. Rebecca has three amazing little boys who are energetic and love the outdoors. Ms. Rebecca has taught in Early Childhood for 10 years, and she loves all the children that come into her class as one of her own. Ms. Rebecca's main focus is being able to create a classroom with positivity. She wants the the parents of her students to know they are safe, loved, and learning as they explore new adventures around them.

    Ms. Emma has worked in Early Childcare for three years, and has also enjoyed being a nanny. Ms. Emma has experience with children with special needs. Ms. Emma graduated from Har-Ber High School in May 2023. Ms. Emma plans on staying in childcare for a long time to come!

    Ms. Emma was recently a flight attendant with American Airlines, and has two years of experience teaching children with development delays. Ms. Emma is looking forward to getting in the classroom and watching her student learn and grown!

    Ms. Alexies is so excited to be joining The Goddard School, she is currently working on her Bachelor's of Arts, in Early Childhood, at the University of Nebraska. Ms. Alexies has three years of experience working with students of various ages. Ms. Alexies hopes to be a first grade teacher after she graduates, and pursues her childhood dream of being an elementary school teacher. Ms. Alexies has a passion for encouraging lifelong learners, and creating a safe and supportive learning environment for your little one.

    Ms. Abby is so excited to join the Goddard team! Ms. Abby comes to us with four years of experience in Early Childhood. Ms. Abby graduated from John Baptist University with a Bachelors Degree, in Graphic Design. Ms. Abby loves combing her passion for art and her love for kids by providing a hand on artistic experience, to help them learn to express themselves.

    Ms. Kathleen has 35 years of experience in Home Health Care, and she is excited to transition into Early Childhood. When Ms. Kathleen graduated from high school she went into the air force and served four years. Ms. Kathleen has one daughter, and enjoys spending time with family.

    Ms. Alana is finishing up her Senior year of high school, and will continue her Education to become a social worker. Ms. Alana is coming to The Goddard School with two years of experience in Early Education. Ms. Alana is deeply dedicated to fostering laughter and facilitating Early Childhood Development. When Ms. Alana is not in the classroom she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

    Hi, I'm Gracie Gail Wilder and I am a Louisiana native. The principles I live by are love, gratitude, and acceptance. I just moved to Springdale with my 2 kids, Mikayla who is 10 and Elijah who is 8, to be close to their father. My birthday is August 3rd, and I am grateful to be turning 41. I knew my life's purpose when I had my first child and working in childcare helps me to be a better mom. Life is good.
