    Owner
    Mrs. Ellen graduated with a Bachelors Degree in International Business from Arkansas State University. She has always been passionate about education and the development of young people and comes from a long line of educators and administrators. She and her husband Matt have 3 children; Morgan, Mary Hannah, and Maddie. In her spare time, you can most likely find her volunteering and coaching her children's teams or at the ballpark cheering them on!

    Mrs. Ashley graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from The University of Arkansas. She taught for ten years at the elementary level in Fayetteville and Springdale school districts prior to working at The Goddard School. As a Kindergarten teacher, she developed a passion for understanding how children learn from a very young age and how we can better prepare them for success in school. She and her husband David have 4 children; Lexi, Ayden, Hudson, and Duke. She enjoys watching her children play sports and spending summers on the lake.

    Mrs. Lynn has twenty years of experience working in child care. She studied Early Childhood Education, obtained her CDA and has been a credentialed Center Director. She is an advocate for children of all ages. She and her husband Chris have two grown children and four dogs and five cats! In her spare time she enjoys road trips, family time, and hunting for deals at flea markets and thrift stores.

    Mrs. Tessa is from this area and grew up in West Fork, Arkansas. She graduated from University of the Ozarks in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood and a minor in Psychology. She has experience with both Pre-K and Kindergarten and taught for six years at the middle school age level. She realized her true passion is with younger children and is so excited to grow with The Goddard School. In her free time, Ms. Tessa loves making Target runs and spending time outdoors with her husband and daughters.

    Ms. Dana grew up in Central Arkansas and just recently moved to Tontitown and is so thrilled to be a part of the Goddard Family! She homeschooled her three (now adult) daughters K-12, launched a 40+ family co-op, and was on staff for several years as Children’s Ministry Director at her church in Sherwood. Before joining Goddard, she was a personal nanny for two different families in Little Rock and is passionate about children and the whole education process, especially involving early childhood learning. In her spare time, Ms. Dana enjoys reading, being outside, getting together with family and friends, and being “Nana” to her two granddaughters.

    Ms. Gabby is from Austin, Texas and moved to Fayetteville to attend the University of Arkansas. She graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a minor in Human Development and Family Sciences. She began working with children at a young age while babysitting and nannying, during this time her love for early childhood education grew. In her free time, you can find her spending time with family, friends, or her dog!

    Ms. Abby is originally from Mountain Home, Arkansas. She is a graduate from the University of Arkansas, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Sciences with a minor in Child Services. Ms. Abby has over four years of experience working with young children, from infants to five-year-olds, with her most recent year spent as a lead preschool teacher. She is passionate about creating a warm, structured environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. When she’s not teaching, Ms. Abby enjoys spending time outdoors, being with family and friends, and loving on her fur babies. She is thrilled to continue helping little learners grow, explore, and reach their full potential!

    Ms. Alyssa is a passionate and loving early childhood educator with over eight years of diverse childcare experience. She brings enthusiasm, creativity, and patience into the classroom each day, creating a nurturing environment where children feel supported and encouraged to grow. Her favorite part of teaching is building meaningful relationships with her students and celebrating their achievements, both big and small. She is committed to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment that meets the unique needs of every child. Outside the classroom, Ms. Alyssa enjoys spending time with her family, in her garden, and sewing.

    Ms. Anwyn, originally from Russellville, Arkansas, brings both professional knowledge and personal experience to her role as an early childhood educator. As a proud mom to her daughter Blair, Ms. Anwyn understands the importance of a nurturing, responsive environment during the earliest years of life. She loves being part of each child's journey as they grow, learn and build confidence. Outside of work, she enjoys family time and outdoor activities with her Goldendoodle, Murphy. Her calm presence and genuine care help create a warm and welcoming space where children can thrive.

    Ms. Brenna settled in Arkansas when she was seven. She has been working in childcare for nine years and has specialized training in supporting individuals on the spectrum. She loves to encourage her students! She loves seeing them feel confident in themselves and the things they can do. She is all about inviting the students to try new things and to explore the world around them. She has a three-year-old son and a fur baby. Together, they like to go for walks or to the park. In her free time, she enjoys painting or watching movies. She is very excited to get the opportunity to support each student as they learn more about themselves and the world around them.

    Ms. Bri brings over a decade of experience in early childhood education to her role as Lead Teacher. She graduated with a B. A. in Sociology and began her teaching journey working with children with disabilities, where she developed a passion for helping all children thrive through personalized guidance and support. She also spent four years as a Lead Teacher in a Montessori school, where she developed strong classroom management skills and a love for creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences. She is excited to bring her expertise to The Goddard School, drawn to its play-based, academically focused approach that nurtures the whole child. She teaches with a strong emphasis on social-emotional development, purposeful learning, and fostering a joyful classroom environment where children feel confident and curious.

    Ms. Callie has ten years of experience in early childhood education in both classroom and training rolls. She has a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and certification in early childhood education from Tennessee State University. She loves the opportunity to make each day a new adventure in learning for both her own young children and her students. She loves seeing all of the firsts that accompany working with young children. In her spare time she enjoys exploring the outdoors, crafting and spending time with family.

    Ms. Chloe is a mom of three with over 16 years of childcare experience. Her journey started with babysitting and blossomed when she became a mother, where she embraced a strong understanding of child development and the significance of patience, empathy, and compassion. She treats every child with the same care she gives her own, and it’s a priority to her that she creates a safe, encouraging environment where her students can learn and thrive. She is currently working toward a degree in psychology to continue expanding her ability to support her students’ progressive needs, both educationally and emotionally. When she is not teaching, you can find her gardening, reading, and spending quality time outdoors with her little ones.

    Ms. Emily brings a deep passion for nurturing children to her role, stemming from her experience as a mother of four, with children ranging from four to eleven years old. With six years of dedicated childcare experience, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to teaching and fostering the growth and development of every child in her care. Beyond her work in childcare, Ms. Emily's educational background also includes certifications in cosmetology and as a certified nursing assistant. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with a good TV show, baking, and cherishing moments spent with her family and friends.

    Ms. Erin graduated from Blue Cliff College with her Associate degree as a Medical Assistant. She has over ten years of experience in early childhood education, primarily working with Infants and Toddlers. She is passionate about the opportunity to watch little minds grow and learn daily. She is a mom of two children, a nine year old son who keeps her busy with sports, and a five-month-old baby girl who loves to be anywhere her bubba is. During her spare time she enjoys family time and sewing handmade children’s clothing.

    Ms. Katie is from Jonesboro; she discovered her love for teaching while volunteering in her church’s preschool. After graduating high school, Ms. Katie began studying Biology in college while working as a floater in a preschool classroom, where she realized her true passion was in early childhood education. She spent five years at her previous school, building meaningful relationships with children and families while gaining valuable experience in the classroom. Ms. Katie’s favorite part of teaching is watching children grow and develop confidence in themselves. She loves those exciting “aha!” moments when a child realizes they can do something they once thought was impossible. She is passionate about creating a classroom where every child feels safe, loved, and encouraged!

    Ms. Keesa has been working with children for the past eleven years. In her previous position she worked with Pre-K students providing small group learning and dyslexia intervention. She has an Associate Degree of Applied Science from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. She has three teenagers at home. She loves working with young children and watching them learn and grow. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and watching Netflix.

    Ms. Kiara graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Education Studies from the University of Arkansas in 2016. She comes to the Goddard School with five years of experience in early childhood education. Kiara loves working with children and watching them grow and complete developmental milestones. When she is not teaching, she enjoys cooking and doing outdoor activities with her son Kyree!

    Mrs. Laura graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Biology, minoring in Psychology. She comes to Goddard with over fourteen years experience. Her past professions include, Live-in Nannying, Childcare teacher for Infants to Pre-K, In- home care, a water safety teacher and swim coach. She loves playing and working with children of all ages, helping them work through their milestones and their personal challenges. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, gardening, painting, home repairs, and tending to the chickens. She also loves playing board games and movie nights with her family.

    Ms. Nancy is originally from Waxahachie, Texas, and fell in love with Fayetteville while studying Advertising and Public Relations at the University of Arkansas. As the oldest of two siblings, she cherished watching her younger brother grow and reach new milestones, which inspired her passion for working with children. Since 2022, Ms. Nancy has been working in early childhood education and has loved every moment of helping children learn, grow, and thrive. With experience as a Lead Infant Teacher, she has a special place in her heart for babies and enjoys supporting their development during their most important early years. She finds it incredibly rewarding to build meaningful relationships with children and families while celebrating each child’s unique milestones and accomplishments. When not in the classroom, Ms. Nancy enjoys babysitting, attending workout classes, and curling up with a good book.

    Ms. Natasha is thrilled to be a part of The Goddard School. With over five years of experience teaching Preschool and Pre-K at The New School, as well as a background serving as a Special Education Paraprofessional for Farmington Public Schools, she brings a wealth of expertise to our staff. Ms. Natasha holds her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and is deeply committed to Conscious Discipline philosophies. She is passionate about building meaningful connections with her students, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and loved throughout their school day. Outside of the classroom, she is an avid reader and hiker who cherishes time at the beach with her family.

    Ms. Olivia is originally from St.Louis, Missouri and is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, where she earned her degree in Educational Studies. She is passionate about creating a positive, engaging classroom where every child feels valued, supported, and excited to learn. Ms. Olivia loves helping young learners grow both academically and socially while making learning fun each day. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, playing golf, and being with her dog and cat! She is excited to be part of the school community and looks forward to an amazing year with her students and their families!

    Ms. Rachael grew up in Southern California and has been teaching in child care centers for over 20 years. This includes working with children that have special needs. It's very rewarding for her to see children grow and develop individually and see their beautiful minds at work. She moved to northwest Arkansas eight years ago with her daughter and husband. In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies, listening to music, reading and getting together with friends and family. She is working towards furthering her education in child development and is so excited to be a part of The Goddard Schools.

    Ms. Rachel is originally from Texarkana but has called Fayetteville home for 18 years. She is an Early Childhood Educator with over 17 years of experience. Ms. Rachel is passionate about building a nurturing and structured classroom where children feel confident and inspired to learn. She loves incorporating creative and engaging learning experiences for her students. In her free time, Ms. Rachel enjoys cheering on the Razorbacks, reading, attending sporting events and concerts, traveling, volunteering, and spending time with her family and friends.

    Mrs. Rebecca has fifteen years of experience working with children. She is from Paragould, Arkansas and studied at Northwest Arkansas College in Early Childhood Development. She also has a CDA in Early Childhood Development and believes every child is unique and learns in their own way. Rebecca and her husband, Brandon, have four sons- three are grown and one in high school, two daughters-in-law, a granddaughter, and two dogs. In her spare time, she loves family time and looking for antiques and collectibles.

    Ms. Sagely is a dedicated early childhood educator with a passion for nurturing young minds. A lifelong resident of Farmington, she brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the Mustangs 2 classroom. Witnessing the joy of learning, from curiosity to independent exploration, deeply inspires her. Ms. Sagely is a devoted mother to Eden, who attends our Mustangs 3 classroom. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring the outdoors.

    Ms. Anna has been working in childcare for the past seven years. She currently works with preschool students and also serves as the Nursery and Pre-K Director at her church. She previously studied Child Development at the University of Arkansas, focusing on birth through Kindergarten. She loves creating a safe, nurturing environment for young children and helping them grow emotionally and academically. In her spare time she enjoys reading, writing, spending time with friends and family and relaxing with a good book and her cat.

Ashlyn enjoys seeing her students develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning as they prepare for Pre-K. In her spare time, she loves reading, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing with a good book or enjoying the outdoors.

    Originally from Iowa, Ms. Carolyn attended the University of South Dakota, where she studied Sustainability and Communications. Before joining our team at The Goddard School, she gained extensive experience in youth development as a swim instructor, camp counselor, and educator for children of all ages. Ms. Carolyn has a true passion for the Pre-K age group and is dedicated to helping students build the confidence and skills they need for a successful transition to Kindergarten. In her free time, she enjoys reading, being outdoors, and expressing her creativity through art and crafting.

    Ms. Carley was born and raised in Fayetteville and spent two years studying early childhood education at Graceland University, where she also played volleyball. She is a proud mom of two children, Stella and Stephen, who also attend The Goddard School. She has always had a heart for working with children and enjoys using creativity to make learning fun, meaningful, and engaging. Ms. Carley loves helping children build confidence, explore new ideas, and discover their own unique personalities. In her free time, she enjoys going on outdoor adventures with her family, reading, trying new things, and finding creative ways to make everyday moments special!

    Ms. Emmah earned her degree in Studio Art from the University of Arkansas. Originally from Benton, Arkansas, she began pursuing her career in early childhood education after moving to Fayetteville in 2022. After quickly falling in love with both the Fayetteville community and working with children, she was excited for the opportunity to join The Goddard School team. She truly loves helping students learn, express their creativity, and reach new milestones. Ms. Emmah enjoys staying actively involved in the local community, especially visiting the Fayetteville Farmers Market and participating in local events. In her free time, she loves exploring the many beautiful parks and outdoor spaces Arkansas has to offer. She also enjoys thrifting, reading, drawing, and spending time on various arts and crafts projects.

In addition, she has nineteen years of experience working with preschool students. She has two grown children, one granddaughter, and two grandsons. She loves spending time with family and friends and taking long walks with her dog, Lily. She feels very blessed to be a part of The Goddard School.

    Ms. Kelsea was raised nearby, in Farmington, and has been dedicated to the field of early childhood education for the past five years. She brings extensive experience caring for and teaching children from infancy through toddlerhood, focusing on creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where little ones can thrive. Passionate about early development, Ms. Kelsea loves designing fun, hands-on activities that spark curiosity and creativity. For her, the most rewarding part of teaching is watching each child discover new things, reach exciting milestones, and grow in confidence every day. She is thrilled to build meaningful connections with her students and their families as part of their early learning journey. When she isn’t in the classroom, Ms. Kelsea cherishes quality time with her family. She especially loves exploring the outdoors with her children and making lasting memories together.

    Mrs. Kiffany is originally from Jacksonville, Arkansas, and has spent the past four years working with children of all ages—though her love for childcare began much earlier through years of babysitting. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Health Information Management from DeVry University. Mrs. Kiffany has previously been a lead teacher, where she developed a deep passion for fostering growth, curiosity, and confidence in young leaders. She believes in creating a nurturing, supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full protentional. By building strong, trusting relationships and setting clear expectations, she strives to help each child thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three children and her dog.

    Ms. Madison brings eight years of dedicated experience in early childhood education, spanning multiple age groups as well as valuable time in program management. For Ms. Madison, the most rewarding part of early childhood education is watching each child’s unique personality develop while supporting them as they learn, grow, and reach exciting new milestones. Her passion for fostering a nurturing and engaging classroom environment shines through in everything she does. Outside of the classroom, Madison is a proud mom to her daughter, Navy, who inspires her every day. When she isn't caring for our little ones, you can usually find her cheering loud for the Arkansas Razorbacks!

    Ms. Moriah discovered her passion for working with children at a young age. She began serving in the children’s ministry at her church while in middle school and soon started babysitting. After graduating from high school, she studied Early Childhood Education and began working full-time in childcare. Ms. Moriah loves building meaningful relationships with children and helping prepare them for the next stage of their lives. She is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels valued, supported, and free to be themselves. She encourages children to learn, grow, and treat one another with kindness and respect. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Moriah enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, relaxing with a good book, and doing just about anything outdoors.

    Ms. Natalie comes to Goddard with three years of childcare experience, she has worked with Infants through Two-year-olds. Her passion is with Infants where she gets to witness them reach their milestones. She truly loves taking care of younger children which prompted her to pursue a career in childcare. Her long-term goal is to become a Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychologist to help children and teens with their mental health. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, reading, watching movies and going on evening walks together.

    Ms. Sarah is overjoyed to be working with preschool-aged children again! She brings a wealth of experience to our team, having served as a preschool teacher for seven years before dedicating herself to homeschooling. Most recently, she spent time working in special education. Sarah holds a deep passion for supporting the educational and socio-emotional growth of young minds. Her background includes a degree in Early Childhood Education, hands-on experience as both an educator and a mother, and extensive training in ABA therapy for specialized learning. In her free time, Sarah loves spending quality time with her husband and grown children, especially when they are out in nature. She also holds a degree in Culinary Arts and loves preparing gourmet meals with her family while watching Food Network competitions!

    Mrs. Kaitlyn graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Henderson State University and a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology from Arkansas Tech University. She taught kindergarten for eleven years in several Northwest Arkansas school districts before joining The Goddard School staff. She is excited for the opportunity to play a role in preparing students with the skills they need to be ready and successful in their kindergarten year. Mrs. Kaitlyn and her husband have two children; Parker and Brooks. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, attending concerts, and spending time with family.
