    Mrs Ellen

    Owner
    Mrs. Ellen graduated with a Bachelors Degree in International Business from Arkansas State University. She has always been passionate about education and the development of young people and comes from a long line of educators and administrators. She and her husband Matt have 3 children; Morgan, Mary Hannah, and Maddie. In her spare time, you can most likely find her volunteering and coaching her children's teams or at the ballpark cheering them on!

    Director of Education
    Mrs. Ashley graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from The University of Arkansas. She taught for ten years at the elementary level in Fayetteville and Springdale school districts prior to working at The Goddard School. As a Kindergarten teacher, she developed a passion for understanding how children learn from a very young age and how we can better prepare them for success in school. She and her husband David have 4 children; Lexi, Ayden, Hudson, and Duke. She enjoys watching her children play sports and spending summers on the lake.

    Mrs Lynn

    Assistant Director
    Mrs. Lynn has twenty years of experience working in child care. She studied Early Childhood Education, obtained her CDA and has been a credentialed Center Director. She is an advocate for children of all ages. She and her husband Chris have two grown children and five dogs! In her spare time she enjoys road trips, family time, and hunting for deals at flea markets and thrift stores.

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Andrea has both a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. She is currently working on her STEM certificate and Master’s Degree in Teaching and comes to us with eight years of teaching experience. She recently got married and enjoys spending family time. She also loves baking, cooking, and going to Cross Fit.

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Callie has ten years of experience in early childhood education in both classroom and training rolls. She has a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and certification in early childhood education from Tennessee State University. She loves the opportunity to make each day a new adventure in learning for both her own young children and her students. She loves seeing all of the firsts that accompany working with young children. In her spare time she enjoys exploring the outdoors, crafting and spending time with family.

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Chansley is from Springdale, Arkansas where she has lived her entire life. She graduated from Harding University in 2021 with a Bachelor's degree in K-6 Education. She came to Goddard with over eight years of experience with children. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, going to the movie theater, and going on shopping trips with her mom and sister! She looks forward to making sure all students are academically and socially ready for Kindergarten!

    Ms. Kailee is currently a student at NWACC pursuing her Bachelors degree in Elementary Education, she also plans to get her Masters degree in Special Education. She prefers the outdoors, if it’s warm! Her favorite way to spend free time is family game nights and cuddles with her dogs. She has worked with children for six years and couldn’t imagine doing anything different.

    Ms. Keesa has been working with children for the past eleven years. In her previous position she worked with Pre-K students providing small group learning and dyslexia intervention. She has an Associate Degree of Applied Science from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. She has three teenagers at home. She loves working with young children and watching them learn and grow. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and watching Netflix.

    Kelsey

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Kelsey has been a part of Goddard Fayetteville West since we opened in June of 2021. She has taught Pre-K and Preschool aged children for twelve years. She also has experience with private teaching elementary-aged kids. Kelsey studied Psychology at Northwest Arkansas Community College and attended Montessori Teacher Training where she received over 1200 hours of training. Mrs. Kelsey brings a Montessori education background, Conscious Discipline philosophies, and a passion for teaching and modeling kindness to her students. She loves to create a "home away from home" atmosphere in the classroom. You will hear her students refer to their class as their "school family". Outside of school she has a love for writing, music, and going on adventures with her husband and two dogs. She is also a die- hard San Francisco 49ers fan.

    Ms. Kiara graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Education Studies from the University of Arkansas in 2016. She comes to the Goddard School with five years of experience in early childhood education. Kiara loves working with children and watching them grow and complete developmental milestones. When she is not teaching, she enjoys cooking and doing outdoor activities with her son Kyree!

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Maddie plans on attending NWACC to pursue her childhood dream of becoming an Elementary teacher. She has been working with children for four years babysitting, nannying throughout high school, and is so excited to be a part of The Goddard School! In her free time she loves reading, anything with arts and crafts, and spending as much time as she can with her blended family of seven brothers and sisters. She would rather be outside as much as possible but enjoys her days in with her chameleon and their many houseplants!

    Ms. Rachael grew up in Southern California and has been teaching in child care centers for over 20 years. This includes working with children that have special needs. It's very rewarding for her to see children grow and develop individually and see their beautiful minds at work. She moved to northwest Arkansas eight years ago with her daughter and husband. In her spare time she enjoys watching movies, listening to music, reading and getting together with friends and family. She is working towards furthering her education in child development and is so excited to be a part of The Goddard Schools.

    Ms. Tammy has been working with children for over twenty years, from Infants to Toddlers. She is a lover of all animals and currently has five dogs and one cat. She loves to paint, garden and do everything crafty. She is a grandmother of three, a mother of three and a pastor's wife. She feels truly blessed to work with children!

    Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Bailey grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas before moving to Fayetteville to attend the University of Arkansas where she received her Bachelor's degree in Communications. She developed a love for working with children when she started babysitting at age 14. She has many years of experience in child care as she was a babysitter/nanny throughout jr. high and high school. For the past three summers Ms. Bailey has worked at St. James United Methodist Church’s summer daycare as a lead teacher. In her free time, Ms. Bailey loves playing with her dog, Trooper, hanging out with her friends and watching sports!

    Ms. Bailey lived in Paragould, Arkansas before moving to Fayetteville to study Elementary Education at the University of Arkansas. She gained multiple years of childcare experience as a nanny/ babysitter and teaching Vacation Bible School during the summers. She fell in love with teaching while working at a private preschool as a lead toddler teacher. She worked there for over two years before becoming a part of the Goddard School! In her free time she enjoys shopping with her besties, spending time with her little sister, and cheering on the Razorbacks!

    Ms. Emily V. is currently a student at the University of Arkansas, majoring in Elementary Education. She was born and raised in East Texas but has been a Razorback fan for as long as she can remember. Working with kids has always been a big part of her life. She has worked with all ages and for the last five years was a full time nanny. She is looking forward to working in a classroom setting and providing an environment where the Goddard students can blossom and grow.

    Ms. Gabby is a senior at the University of Arkansas pursuing a degree in public health. In addition to being a student she volunteers in the church preschool ministries. She has previously worked as a nanny and an assistant teacher at a summer daycare program. She loves spending time with kids and getting to watch them grow and learn each and everyday. In her free time she loves to go on coffee runs and hanging out with friends and family.

    Ms. Jenny moved to Fayetteville from Henderson Nevada with her family in the fall of 2020. She has had the pleasure of working with children for over ten years. She started as a camp counselor for a Christian School right after high school, then became a preschool teacher for many years. She has enjoyed engaging young minds through stories and music. She has been married for twenty years and has two amazing sons. In her spare time, she enjoys playing board games with her family, reading, baking, and learning to play the piano.

    Ms. Jessica has always had a passion for working with children. She has been working towards earning a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Arkansas since relocating here in 2020. She has previous work experience as a substitute teacher in grades PK-6, as well as an assistant preschool teacher at a facility specializing in children with developmental delays. In her spare time she enjoys reading and writing, relaxing at home with her husband and bonus son and playing with her nieces, nephews and dogs. She is overjoyed to be a part of the Goddard team and hopes to make a positive impact in every way she can!

    Ms. Joyce is originally from Southern California. She ran an in home child care for ten years, ages infant to three years. In addition, she has nineteen years of experience working with preschool students. She has two grown children and one granddaughter. She loves spending time with family and friends and taking long walks with her dog, Lily. She feels very blessed to be a part of The Goddard School.

    Mrs. Laura graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Biology, minoring in Psychology. She comes to Goddard with over fourteen years experience. Her past professions include, Live-in Nannying, Childcare teacher for Infants to Pre-K, In- home care, a water safety teacher and swim coach. She loves playing and working with children of all ages, helping them work through their milestones and their personal challenges. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, gardening, painting, home repairs, and tending to the chickens. She also loves playing board games and movie nights with her family.

    Ms. Madie is from Greenwood, Arkansas. She is currently attending the University of Arkansas and will be graduating with a degree in Elementary Education in May of 2024. In her free time, you can find her shopping, spending time with family and friends, or babysitting some sweet Goddard babies! She looks forward to building relationships with all the babies and helping however she can this school year at Goddard!

    Ms. Mayra was born in Mexico, she moved with her family to Springdale Arkansas in December 2006. She is the oldest of three children and enjoys being the big sister. She graduated from Springdale High School in 2016. Her passion for working with children began after she started her first job as an assistant teacher in a toddler classroom. She earned her CDA and now has a desire to expand her knowledge by going back to school. She feels this is where her heart truly belongs. Her favorite things to do in her free time are spending time with family, walking her fur baby and learning how to cook.

    Ms. Tessa is from this area and grew up in West Fork, Arkansas. She graduated from University of the Ozarks in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood and a minor in Psychology. She has experience with both Pre-K and Kindergarten and has taught the last six years at the middle school age level. She realized her true passion is with younger children and is so excited to start this new journey with The Goddard School. In her free time, Ms. Tessa loves making Target runs and spending time outdoors with her husband and daughters.

    Kaitlyn

    Kindergarten Readiness
    Mrs. Kaitlyn graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Henderson State University and a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology from Arkansas Tech University. She taught kindergarten for eleven years in several Northwest Arkansas school districts before joining The Goddard School staff. She is excited for the opportunity to play a role in preparing students with the skills they need to be ready and successful in their kindergarten year. Mrs. Kaitlyn and her husband have two children; Parker and Brooks. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, attending concerts, and spending time with family.
