Meet Sheeba On Site Owner

Ms. Sheeba is originally from Texas and has been in Maryland since 1990. She has been the proud owner of The Goddard School in Marriottsville since 2003 and is now the proud owner here in Frederick. She has two adult daughters; one of whom is one of the first Graduates of the Goddard School in Marriottsville and two granddaughters, both of whom attend the Goddard School of Bare Hills. Ms. Sheeba loves the responsibility of educating and nurturing young children. Let me show you what sets our program apart from other centers!

6 w - 12 m

In the Infant program, our teachers provide your baby with all the cuddles and care they need with opportunities to begin exploring the world around them.

Toddlers

12 - 24 m

As your little one rapidly develops physically and cognitively, our Toddler classroom is where their natural curiosity is fostered and their budding skills are nurtured.

Twos

2 - 3 yrs

In the Twos classroom, experienced, caring teachers guide your child through playful exploration, helping navigate big emotions while providing hands-on learning experiences that nurture their innate curiosity.

Bridge

2.5 - 3.5 yrs

As your child continues to gain independence, build self-care skills and learn more about themselves, the Bridge classroom provides the support they need to thrive in a preschool setting.

What Our Goddard Village Is Saying

The Goddard School is amazing. Our kids love their teachers and friends. The teachers take time to listen and understand the children’s needs and educate them in creative ways. My daughter tells us all the interesting things that she learns in class from how many bones are in a human body to what belongs in recycling. I highly recommend this school anyone who is looking for a good school that focuses on fun, creativity and education.

The school curriculum is engaging that is to say the kids learn and not only play and sleep. My two years old knows all the letters of the alphabet, all his shapes, colors, counts from 1-30. The teachers are friendly and involved with the kids. I also like the staffing ratio.
