  • I love the constant daily communication via Tadpoles. It feels great knowing what my child is learning about every day. I also appreciate the photos of my child trying new activities and learning through play. It feels comforting knowing that my daughter is learning new things every day at The Goddard School. She comes home teaching me new phrases (in both English and Spanish) and new words she learned at school. It's been an awesome experience, and I would absolutely recommend The Goddard School to friends.

A program of Child Care Aware of America, Child Care Aware helps families learn more about the elements of quality child care and how to locate programs in their communities. The Goddard Outstanding Family Experience Award recognizes a franchisee who has developed a culture within their school that ensures the schools’ management teams and faculty members provide the highest level of service to current and prospective families.

Quality First – a signature program of First Things First – partners with regulated early childhood providers to make quality improvements that research proves help children birth to 5 thrive, such as education for teachers to expand their expertise in working with young children. It also supports parents with information about what to look for in quality early childhood programs that goes beyond health and safety to include a nurturing environment that supports their child’s learning.

The humanitarian award honors a School that ‘does well by doing good.’ This award is given to the school that has demonstrated selfless devotion to serving those in need and demonstrates a commitment to community outreach. This award recognizes the life-enriching programs the School has participated in and positive contributions the School has made through community outreach endeavors.

Each year, during National Teacher Appreciation Week, Goddard Systems, Inc. recognizes 4 outstanding Goddard School teachers, out of 8,000, for their excellence in early childhood education.

LEADERSHIP AWARD

The Leadership Award recognizes the top franchisee or franchisees based on their leadership and their mentoring of fellow franchisees. These franchisees demonstrate an unwavering belief in the Goddard system. Additional criteria include the adaptation of new programs and services, participation in national and market events, engagement in the community, school accreditations, participation in GSI meetings and being a brand ambassador.
