Meet Juanita Onsite Owner
I am excited to be the Onsite Owner of The Goddard School Cool Springs! I began at The Goddard School as a Preschool Teacher in January 2010 and was promoted to the Administration Team in 2011. I became the Onsite Owner in 2020.
I received my Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Belmont University. My experience includes working with children ages infants to five years old children in preschool settings both in the United States and overseas since 2001.
I believe every child and adult has worth and deserves someone in their corner who believes in them completely. My goal is a school where children and teachers can be themselves and learn in a fun environment where the teacher encourages a child's natural curiosity!

I think everyone at this school truly has a heart for children. I think my daughter is safe in the care of her teachers both developmentally and emotionally. That’s a wonderful feeling to have.
We love the Goddard school. They are part of our family. The teachers care deeply for their students, always coming up with thoughtful curriculum based activities and both of my kids love coming to school. That is invaluable to me as a mom.
Staff is professional, attentive, communicative, and caring. The monthly parents night out event is great. My toddler likes being at school and is always learning new words every week.
Goddard has been a breath of fresh air for our son. He used to dread going to daycare until switching to Goddard, and that's a testament to the staff and curriculum. He's always engaged, staff is taking great pictures and sharing updates, and he comes home telling me all about his fun day. We are so grateful we found Goddard.
This staff (front office and teachers) all really care about and enjoy working with the children and you can tell each and every day. We're so grateful to have found this school!
Our family is so grateful for Goddard—the level of comfort we have dropping our son off with the amazing teachers and staff each day is truly invaluable. I tell everyone that it feels like having family take care of your child with the benefit of thoughtful and purposeful curriculum. Our son thrives in the loving and stimulating environment at Goddard.
We absolutely love Goddard! My son has learned so much and loves his teachers. They do the coolest and unique activities with the kids.
There are so many teachers that give my son so much love. Dee Dee and Nana Carrie were his infant teachers and he still talks about them 4 years later. Mr. Brian has been the best addition to the people love him. Noah is always asking for Mr. Brian to come to the park with us. I couldn’t be happier for the bond they share.
