Sarah is the on-site owner for The Goddard School located in Cypress and Bridgeland. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University and she and her husband are the proud parents of 4 teenage boys, including a set of triplets. Sarah recognized the need for quality childcare that could provide a safe and nurturing learning environment for young children and has been nothing short of impressed with The Goddard School commitment to create just that. A resident of Cypress, she is proud to bring this fun atmosphere to this area in which she and her family live. Her door will always be open for the thoughts, questions and comments from our families.

Ms. Kat is the Area Director for our Cypress 1 and Bridgeland locations. She has 25 years of experience as an early childhood educator. Kat attended the University of Houston and holds a Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. Kat has 20+ years experience as a Director and lead The Goddard School Cypress location for 10 years. She is an advocate for early childhood education and strongly believes in quality. Kat has led several schools through the NAEYC and Cognia Accreditation process and takes pride in maintaining the standards. Kat’s passion for the field comes from her deep desire to make a difference in the lives of all children.

Mrs. Valerie is our Director of Operations. She has over 14 years of experience working with young children. Valerie has her B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston. She joined The Goddard School Cypress location in 2013 and transferred to our Bridgeland location to assume the Director of Operations role.

Ana Co-Leads the Infant classroom. She has 4 ½ years of experience working with children under the age of two. Ana believes that children should always feel welcomed and loved so they are able to blossom.

Mrs. Laura is the Lead Teacher in the Infant 2 classroom. Laura has 22 years of experience working with young children. She believes that children learn by example, routine and repetition and will do her best to make sure every child is ready for the day.

Mrs. Irma is the Lead Teacher for our Young Toddlers classroom. She has 20+ years of experience working with young children. Irma has an Child Development Associates. She believes that learning should be a fun experience she loves to sing and dance with her children.

Amanda is the Lead Teacher for our Toddler classroom. She has 9 years of experience as a Lead teacher for children two and under. Amanda believes that all children are cute and smart. Amanda strives to create a peaceful and calm environment amid rowdy toddler fun! She understands that all children grow and learn differently and is happy to be a part of their future.

Ms. Shawndra is the Lead Teacher in our Pre K I classroom. She has 4 years of experience working with children of all ages. Ms. Shawndra believes that every child is special. She strives to teach children first how to love themselves to have confidence in learning.

Ms. Lori is the Lead Teacher for our Preschool I classroom. She has 12 years of experience working with children at the preschool and elementary ages. Lori has a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology. She believes that children are generally interested in anything and are eager to learn new things. Lori feels that being able to teach young children is a gift.

Ms. Jackie is the Assistant Teacher in the PreK 1 classroom. She currently attends Lonestar College. Jackie thinks that love is important in teaching with being around children all day; they should to feel loved.

Ms. Vanessa is the Assistant Teacher in Infant 2 classroom. She has her associates from Lonestar College and decided she wanted to work with young children. She believes that children are special in their own way and teaching is important to do.

Ms. Estella is the Assistant Teacher in Pre K I. She has 20+ years teaching children from infants to five years old. Estella has an Associates Degree in General Studies and a Child Development Associates. She believes that each child develops in their own time and strives to account for all differences in learning.

Ms. Maria is the Assistant Teacher in Pre K 2. She believes that each child develops in their own time and strives to account for all differences in learning.
