Cindy opened The Goddard School in Oakville in September 2000. She has her degree from Southeast Missouri State University and was a Social Worker for several years before opening The Goddard School. When opening the school, Cindy's vision was to create a warm, loving environment for preschoolers and their families. Throughout the year, the school doors are open to the Oakville community for fun and exciting events. Cindy and The Goddard School in Oakville have been awarded with several prestigious awards from Goddard Systems over the years, including the peer-nominated Bruce Ford Memorial Award for demonstrating an outstanding contribution to the community, unselfish support of fellow franchisees and an unwavering belief in the Goddard system. Cindy and her husband have two Goddard graduates that have graduated from University of Missouri. They love to golf, play baseball, and attend St. Louis Cardinal games.

Kelley became the Director of The Goddard School in Oakville in January 2001. She has her degree from Truman State University, and has been awarded with "Director of the Year" and has won the "Director's Choice Award" twice from Goddard Systems, Inc. Kelley and her husband live in Ballwin with her three boys (all Goddard graduates). They love to play soccer and basketball together, and Kelley enjoys reading in her spare time.

Ms. Kristine started at our school in 2016 as a co-teacher in the Waddling Wonders classroom, and moved into the Tiny Twinkles classroom in 2020. Her mission is to care, nurture and educate children in a positive learning environment. She enjoys working as a team member in partnership with parents in order to achieve goals and expectations. Kristine lives in Oakville with her husband and two sons.

Savannah began working at The Goddard School in Oakville in 2022. She has been working with infants since 2018, and loves creating a calm and nurturing classroom environment. She and her fiancé have a new baby girl & three dogs and they love spending time outside.

Jen started working at The Goddard School in Oakville in 2007 in the First Steps Waddling Wonders classroom. In 2011, Jen began working as the Office Assistant and closing the school each night. Jen is also our Health and Safety Coordinator at our school. Jen and her husband live in the Oakville area with their son. She loves to read books, shop, and spend time with her family and friends but has enjoyed diving into youth sports with her little guy.

Ms. Emily started working in the Waddling Wonders classroom in 2021, and loves watching the babies develop in her classroom. She lives in the South County area, and loves spending time with her family.

Andrea began her career at The Goddard School in 2011, after graduating from Webster University with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. She is the lead teacher in our Young Toddler classroom, the Dancing Dolphins. Andrea is a competitive dancer, and teaches dance. Her dream would be to travel the world. Andrea lives in Oakville with her husband and two sons.

Linda began working at The Goddard School in 2014, after over 15 years of experience in early childhood education. She has 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren and just became a step-great-grandmother to twins! She worked in all of our classrooms, until she accepted the co-teaching position in the Dancing Dolphins classroom in 2016.

Amanda joined The Goddard School in Oakville team in 2004 and has been with our Toddler classroom, the Little Angels for more than 10 years. She loves to keep the kids active in the classroom with fitness, music & movement, and yoga everyday. Amanda loves to play softball, and loves to watch St. Louis Blues hockey and St. Louis Cardinal baseball.

Sami started working at The Goddard School in Oakville in 2003 and became a Co-Teacher in the Toddler Classroom, the Little Angels, after completing her degree in Early Childhood Education. Working with her sister everyday, Sami and Amanda love being active with their two year olds. She loves to play softball and watch St. Louis Blues Hockey.

Meaghan began teaching at The Goddard School in Oakville in 2011. Meaghan and her husband live in Oakville with two Goddard graduates and loves to go to the Lake, loves to go shopping, and loves to read.

Caroline joined The Goddard School in Oakville in 2011 when her youngest daughter (of five kids) began kindergarten. Caroline lives in Millstadt, IL with her husband and 5 children! They love traveling, shopping, and watching football and have welcomed three grandchildren to their family.

Ms. Abbie is our co-teacher in the Over the Rainbow classroom. She has worked with toddlers since 2019, and is excited to be a part of our Goddard Family.

Heather was the first teacher hired at The Goddard School in Oakville, and actually began working for the school before it opened in 2000. Her Sunrays Preschool classroom is the perfect balance between providing independence to her preschoolers and still keeping the nurturing, learning environment. Heather and her husband have a Goddard graduate in the work force, and live in the Oakville area. She enjoys gardening and reading in her spare time.

Ms. Alyssa is the Assistant Teacher in the Sunrays classroom. She began working at our school in 2018 as a Support Team member while she was working on her degree, and loves working in preschool.

Ms. Crystal is our new co-teacher in the Bright Stars classroom. She joined our school in 2021 to help cover a maternity leave and has fallen in love with the preschool world. Ms. Crystal and her husband have a son and daughter and live in the Oakville area. She loves science and art, and loves to be outside.

Ms. Sophia joined our school during the summer 2022 after she graduated from University of Missouri. She has helped create a warm and loving Older Preschool & Pre-Kindergarten classroom in the Bright Stars.

Amy began teaching older preschool and pre-kindergarten in the Bright Stars classroom at The Goddard School in Oakville in 2012, and moved into the Fireflies Junior Kindergarten room in 2022. She has her degree from Southeast Missouri State University. Amy and her husband have three children: one in high school, and two in college. They live in Oakville, and are involved in many community activities. Amy loves to read and spend time at the beach.

Ashley graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Education and had been teaching at a Goddard school in the Kansas City area for the last three years as Lead Teacher before moving to The Goddard School in Oakville. She and her husband welcomed their baby girl in 2022 to their family.

Mr. Kyle works with our Fireflies Junior Kindergartners while he is working on his degree in Elementary Education. He joined our school in summer 2022 and has kept the kids moving and active every day!

Ms. Kalin has been our Director of our Summer Camp/ Before and After School Program at G2 since 2018. Kalin and her husband have one little Goddard preschooler, and another on the way!
