Denise McConachie, M.Ed., Owner - Denise McConachie graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and a Master of Education Degree with certification credentials in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, and Middle School Education. Denise also has a minor degree in Science with an emphasis in physics. Denise taught Kindergarten for eleven years and has been on staff as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Early Childhood Education at Missouri Baptist University since 1997. Denise is an asset to The Goddard St. Charles due to her 27 years of experience in Education and Early Learning as well as up to date knowledge in the field of Early Childhood Education as a university professor. Denise is a proud mother of two children who attended The Goddard School when they were younger. Please feel free to stop by and visit Denise. Ciara, our Center Director has been with The Goddard School since September 2015 as a classroom assistant and lead teacher, assistant director and full-time director. Ciara holds a BA in Educational Studies from the University of Missouri. Due to her experience in many facets of The Goddard School St. Charles, she is a well rounded asset to our management team. Ciara loves to spend time with her son, Hudson whom attends The Goddard School, and her dogs, Tucker and Harper, in her spare time.

Our Director of Operations, Olivia, has been with The Goddard School St. Charles since July 2019. She is currently working towards her Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Central Methodist University. She has professionally matured in The Goddard School St. Charles as an assistant teacher, lead teacher, office administrator, and now a full-time director. Her experience in these different positions helps her bring a variety of problem solving skills and child development knowledge as an education director. In her personal life, Olivia loves to spend time with her children, Maverick and Riley whom both attend The Goddard School St. Charles, and her dog Lily. She enjoys going on river floats and taking hikes with her family.

Valerie, our Director of Education, joined The Goddard School St. Charles team in 2020. She is currently aspiring toward an Elementary Education degree at Lindenwood University. Valerie has spent time as an assistant teacher and a lead teacher at The Goddard School St. Charles. During her time as a teacher, Valerie gained a myriad of experience in curriculum, classroom management, team building, and social emotional development. Due to this expertise in the classroom, Valerie instills these skills in her teaching team as the Director of Education. In her personal life, Valerie enjoys bonding with her son Wesley who attends The Goddard School St. Charles, reading, and devoting time toward her studies.

Kimberly has been with The Goddard School family since September of 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Missouri. Kimberly previously worked at the Rockwood School District for several years before joining The Goddard School. Her favorite thing about working with children is witnessing the children's growth and development as well as seeing the wonderment in her students' eyes as she teaches.

Ady has been with The Goddard School since May of 2021. She is currently working towards a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management at Culver Stockton. As the oldest of eight siblings, Ady grew a love for nurturing young children and seeing children smile as they continue to grow and learn about their environment.

Tammy has been part of The Goddard School family since September 2016. She holds her Associate degree from Missouri College Technical School. Tammy truly enjoys her time at The Goddard School St. Charles because she loves to watch children grow and learn. Her favorite milestones to watch are when the children begin to talk, have success with potty training, and when they start walking. Tammy enjoys hunting, fishing, needlepoint, cooking, gardening, painting, baking/cake decorating, and going to the beach. Tammy has a daughter and has been married for 36 years. Her family loves traveling together and dining out at new places.

Jessica has been with The Goddard School since May 2017. Her favorite thing about working with children is teaching them social emotional strategies and making their day brighter by offering a big hug as soon as they arrive at school! She loves helping the children learn sign language to help with their language and communication skills. In her free time, Jessica likes to watch baseball and listen to music as well as spend time with her family.

Salene has been part of The Goddard School family since 2018. She loves working at The Goddard School witnessing how children grow, how their minds think outside the box, and learning the quirks of each child as they develop their personalities. In her free time, Salene enjoys spending time with her two children who attend The Goddard School, watching movies with her family, knitting, crafting, and hanging out with her cat Amery and her guinea pig Luna.

*Niya has been part of The Goddard School family since 2023. She loves working at The Goddard School witnessing how children grow, and learning the quirks of each child as they develop their personalities. In her free time, Niya enjoys spending time cleaning her house, hanging out with her little sister. She also enjoys spending time with her mom cooking meals for their family.

Shelby has been with The Goddard School since August of 2022. She came to us with five years of experience working with early childhood-aged children. As a classroom teacher, Shelby, loves caring for her students by encouraging their interests through play and creating artwork. Outside of her professional life, Shelby enjoys reading, Colorguard, and playing with her dog, Piper.

Autumn has been with The Goddard School since December of 2020. She is currently studying Psychology at Lindenwood University. Autumn enjoys seeing how children's minds work and believes that there is also something to learn for the children she works with each and every day. In her personal time, Autumn loves caring for her daughter who attends The Goddard School, is learning French, and how to play the ukulele.

Jennifer started at The Goddard School in January of 2023. She holds a degree in business from Hickey Business College. She has a passion for watching students learn and loves how every day is a new opportunity to teach children about the world around them. Jennifer enjoys laughing and playing with her students as she helps them fulfill their quest for new knowledge. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys being outdoors riding her bicycle around town.

Chris has been with The Goddard School since November of 2018. She holds a BS degree in Elementary Education from the University of Missouri St. Louis. She loves working with children because of how curious they are which makes teaching so much fun! In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her three children and their dogs. Chris loves the outdoors, traveling, and especially enjoys going on cruises and hanging out at the beach.

Jennifer started at Goddard in 2022. Before coming to Goddard, she previously worked in private home health care with the elderly and ran her own home daycare for about twenty-three years. While teaching at Goddard, Jennifer loves watching her students grow and learn in a safe classroom environment that encourages problem-solving and exploration. In her free time, she loves taking care of her German shepherd dogs and capturing the world around her with her camera. Jennifer is Safe Sleep and First Aid/CPR certified.

Courtney joined Goddard in 2022. Before working at Goddard, she ran her own in-home daycare for four years. She is a mother to two daughters and loves watching them grow and learn in school and at home. Courtney's favorite thing about working at Goddard is watching students learn how to communicate and interact with one another as they grow into their distinct individuals. Courtney is Safe Sleep and First Aid/ CPR certified.

Nicole started at Goddard in 2021. She is currently going to school for education and hopes to further her knowledge of child development. Ms. Nicole loves contributing to furthering children's imagination and interests in their environment. Her favorite center to do with students is process art where students have the opportunity to explore their creativity and knowledge of materials. Nicole is Safe Sleep and First Aid/CPR certified.

Kayla has been with Goddard since 2023. She graduated from SEMO and Canyon University. She has a Bachelor Degree in Secondary Education- Mathematics. She enjoys working with children because when she is teaching and they have that "light bulb" moment it brings joy to her heart. In her free time, she has a side business of baking cookies and cakes. Kayla is certified in CPR/First Aid and Safe Sleep.

Destinee has been with Goddard since 2023. She graduated from Union High School in 2020 and is currently enrolled in classes to earn her CDA. Destinee loves working with children because she gets to see their personalities grow and watching them blossom in their education. In her free time, she enjoys taking hikes, painting, and photography. Destinee is certified in CPR/First Aid and Safe Sleep.
