    Owner
    Viral K. Davé, Owner Education: Viral (pronounced “Veeral”) holds an B.S. from North Carolina State University, where he majored in Electrical Engineering. He also attained an M.S. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) in Systems Engineering. Experience: Prior to opening his first Goddard School, Viral worked as an engineer and a management consultant in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Atlanta supporting the Navy, Army, and The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. For the past 10 years, Viral has successfully opened and managed two additional Goddard Schools in Metro Atlanta. Viral makes it his goal to ensure that the parents take comfort in knowing their children are being nurtured, educated, and, above all else, protected.

    Executive Director
    Ms. Vanessa holds in Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Hampton University. She has over 10 years of experience in childcare. She first served as a floater in the classroom working with toddlers. She has worked in just about every capacity. She has moved up to administration over the years. Working with children is her passion as she has 4 of her own. "I love seeing children learn and grow and serving my families!" Ms. Vanessa believes it takes a partnership between school and family to truly allow a child to thrive! "As Pete the Cat said, "It's all good." I like to carry that mantra into each day."

    Ms Urmila

    Director of Operations
    Ms. Uma was born and raised in Kenya before migrating to the United States. She started working in the Goddard School of Roswell in 2003 as an assistant teacher and promoted to lead teacher soon after. Ms. Uma has been in the childcare industry for over 20 years! After the experience and knowledge, she attained here, she went to gain promotions to assistant director and now she is our Director of Operations. Ms. Uma is a wife, and a mother of 2 adult daughters, that taught at the school in their teenage years. Her favorite children's author is Eric Carle. Aside from her passion to be in the childcare field, and be a part of their journey, she loves music and believes it is so important for children. "Music is like a magic carpet that takes you on a journey through imagination."

    Ms. Ashley holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology with a minor in Education and a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education (Birth- 2nd grade) in general and special education. Originally from New York City, she taught for 10 years there and was an Assistant Director before relocating to Georgia to serve as our Educational Director. Ms. Ashley is a wife, and mother that loves to travel the world with her family. She comes from a big family and always had a passion for working with children and helping to mold the next generation of our world.

    Office Manager
    Ms. Marcela is one of our bilingual office managers, born in Mexico. She has become a US citizen. She graduated from Winder-Barrow High School in Winder, GA. She was a nanny for over ten years with children of all ages and was an office administrator most recently. Ms. Marcela is working to obtain her Child Development Associate credential. She is a proud wife and mother of two daughters. Her favorite children's authors are Sandra Boynton, Roald Dahl, and J.K. Rowling. She loves to sing nursery rhymes and to play all kids games. "My mission is to provide parents assurance that their children are cared for and their littles to know it when they walk through our doors."

    Ms. Nima has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English. She has served as an office manager for over 9 years. Formally she was a commercial underwriter for an insurance company.     Ms. Marisabel is our bilingual infant room teacher from Puerto Rico. She obtained a Bachelors Degree in secondary education with a concentration in business education from the Pontifical Catholic University of P.R. She has over 17 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and teaching students in all levels. In 2017, she moved to Atlanta, Ga. and has been working at the Goddard School ever since. Ms. Marisabel is a proud mother of three teens and loves spending quality time and exploring new places with them. "Working with children is my passion and I enjoy singing different songs to them."

    Ms. Helena is our bilingual Infant teacher from Peru. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology degree (specializing in Infant Education) from Inca Garcilaso de la Vega University and a postgraduate degree in hearing and language from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru. She is highly trained in early intervention, particularly for infants and toddlers. Ms. Helena keeps learning and has over twenty years of experience in the daycare field. She and her husband reside in Roswell, where they spend lots of time with her niece, nephew, and their families. Ms. Helena is excited to come to work every day. "I love to see the children smile, their joy, and read books to them. It warms my heart to observe the children learn and grow!"

    Ms. Otilia is our bilingual Toddlers 1 teacher from Mexico. She has lived in Georgia for 30 years. Ms. Otilia has five children and eleven grandchildren. She has been with us for over a year and a half. She loves to work here and gives her all. Ms. Otilia loves to make her littles happy, smile, and nurture them.     Ms. Belkis studied at the National Experimental University of Guayana (UNEG) in Venezuela, obtaining her Bachelors in Public Accounting and hold a Postgraduate degree of Management in international taxes from the Gran Mariscal University of Ayacucho (UGMA). Ms. Belkis has two sons. She is passionate about reading, knowledge, traveling, and good cuisine. Ms. Belkis is our Infant teacher who gives love and attention to all the children in her busy room! "Working with infants has been a wonderful experience! I have the firm conviction that a happy childhood is proportional to a healthy adult, therefore, it fills me with great pride to be a part of their emotional development through affection, singing, games, and laughter."

    Ms. Monica holds a B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Child Development. She has over ten years of experience in Early Childhood Education and with all age groups from Infancy to Jr. K. Ms. Monica uses her knowledge of each age and stage to inform and enhance the vertical articulation of skill and concept building from one class to the next. This key piece is particularly important in spanning the ages from the Infant Class to the Toddler Class. Ms. Monica supports both parents and children in this first and typically most challenging transition. Ms. Monica thoroughly enjoys shopping, interior decorating, and celebrating life with friends.

    Ms. Athena is our Lead Toddler room teacher. She is a former nanny and tutor with six years of experience and over 3 years in early childhood learning. She is CPR and BLS certified. Ms. Athena is currently a radiology and sonography student. She has a certificate of biliteracy in French and loves to teach the kids phrases/songs such as "Frere Jacques".

    Ms. Ginnela is one of our bilingual Bridge teachers. She is from Venezuela and immigrated to the United States in 2021 to begin a new life. She has obtained her Childhood Development Associate Certificate and graduated with her degree from Venezuela. She likes to dance, watch movies, and listen to music. She likes to read books by Jane Austen and Megan Maxwell. She loves to help our families mold good humans for the future.     • Holds diplomas from Roswell High School and The Warm Springs Institute • Has over five years experience in Early Childhood Education Ms. Shannon is a shining example to our students of tenacity, dedication, and helpful service. She brings a strong desire to positively impact her students and seeks to meet each child as a wonderful individual. She has shown great personal growth during her time with us, and provides many supports and helps to all of her fellow faculty members. Ms. Shannon and her husband, Keith, enjoy exploring amusement parks and watching movies.

    Ms. Madisen is our lead Preschool teacher obtained a Bachelors Degree in Community Development from Covenant College. She has over five years of experience in the childcare field and has been with us for three years. She grew up in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti where she was influenced to work with children. Her hobbies include reading and drawing. She loves Disney, glitter, and everything pink! "I try to integrate my loves into teaching and making the children feel comfortable in the classroom."

    Ms. Marley is our lead Two's teacher originally from Egypt where she was an art teacher for kindergarten for four years. She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree, Certificate for Food and safety, and a Certificate of Specialist course for Art from Utah State University. She has been with us for three years and is currently working to obtain her Child Development Associate credential. Ms. Marley loves working with children.     Ms. Yule is our bilingual Toddler room teacher. She has her Administrative Sciences degree and is working on becoming A Childhood Development Associate (CDA credential). She has over a year of experience in the childcare industry since her move from Venezuela in 2019. She has taken care of children at a young age and has continued loving it throughout these years. She was a folk dancer and used dance for recreation and learning. Ms. Yule has two children who motivate her every day to be a good teacher and give her best!

    Ms. Jenna is our assistant Two's teacher. She is a graduate of Roswell High School and is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at Kennesaw State University. She plans to pursue a career as an EMT in the future. Ms. Jenna has three years of classroom experience working with all age groups. Ms. Jenna is an artist who loves trying new things.     Ms. Crystal is our Lead Pre-K teacher. Originally from Glencoe, Alabama, she attended Gadsden State Community College as a student ambassador. Ms. Crystal received her degree in early childhood education from Perimeter College in 2013. She has been with us for sixteen years and resides in Woodstock with her husband, Eric, and two sons. She has worked with a variety of age groups with a background in various dance genres to bring a focus on physical development incorporated by melodies, lyrics, and spatial awareness.
