Her journey with Goddard began as a teacher at the Aurora location in the summer of 2010. Swiftly, she ascended to a director position at the Denver branch later that same year. Armed with a Masters in Early Childhood Education, Ms. Shannon’s commitment to nurturing young minds is unwavering. Notably, she is a proud parent to three children of her own. Her profound love for kids, coupled with her extensive knowledge of the field, made her decision to become an owner an absolute no-brainer! Notably, many early childhood centers lack the luxury of having such a knowledgeable and hands-on owner who truly understands the field. Ms. Shannon’s presence ensures that the Goddard School operates with precision and care. Her passion for nurturing young minds, coupled with her extensive experience, sets us apart from any other school.

    With a career spanning back to 2002 in Early Childhood Education, Ms. Andrea has been an unwavering force at The Goddard School of Centennial since 2009. Her journey began as a dedicated teacher, nurturing Young Toddlers, Toddlers, and the Get Set group. Over time, her passion and expertise led her to the esteemed role of Operations Director in 2013. Ms. Andrea’s academic foundation is equally impressive. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Freed-Hardeman University and earned her Director’s Certification in the same year. As the Executive Director, she orchestrates the intricate dance of day-to-day operations, skillfully weaving together curriculum implementation and our transformative Conscious Discipline program throughout the school. Her commitment to excellence resonates in every corner of our educational haven. Ms. Andrea’s leadership is a beacon, guiding both staff and children toward growth, compassion, and boundless possibilities.

    With a passion ignited in Early Childhood Education back in 2015, Ms. Jenna found her way to the Goddard School in Centennial in September 2018. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Sciences from Florida State University, she also holds the prestigious Director certification for the state of Colorado. Before becoming an integral part of our team, Ms. Jenna honed her skills as a teacher at the Denver location, working with Young Toddlers, Toddlers, and the Get Set group. But her impact extends far beyond our local community—she dedicated 12 weeks volunteering to teach at a childcare orphanage in Tanzania, Africa. Ms. Jenna’s heart is as expansive as her experiences. Her kindness, patience, and unwavering love for children make her an invaluable asset to our team. We celebrate her dedication and the positive influence she brings to every child’s journey.

Alongside his wife, Chelsey, they share the joy of parenthood with their son, who also attends Goddard. Their firsthand experience with the school has left them impressed—from the continuous learning environment to effective communication, staff consistency, and impeccable cleanliness. As the Director of Communication, Mr. Matt assumes a pivotal role.     Infant Nursery Supervisor
    Ms. Noa, our dedicated Infant Nursery Supervisor, brings a wealth of experience to our Infant program. With a teaching journey that began in 2015, she is a passionate educator who graduated from Pickens Technical College in 2016. Her heart truly belongs to the littlest learners—infants—and she cherishes every moment spent nurturing their growth. Beyond the classroom, Ms. Noa’s creativity knows no bounds. She revels in arts and crafts, finding joy in every brushstroke and paper cut. When she’s not shaping young minds, you’ll find her exploring the great outdoors, hiking trails, and soaking in the beauty of nature. With a bachelor’s degree in Theology, she brings a wealth of experience working with children aged 6 weeks to 12 months. Beyond her professional life, Ms. Nadhy cherishes moments with her family, finds joy in singing and dancing, and derives fulfillment from assisting others. A radiant infant teacher and nurturing mother. Her infectious smile and laughter light up our days, creating a warm and welcoming environment for our little ones. Her passion extends from preschool all the way up to Elementary School, making her a versatile educator. In our First Steps class, Ms. Mabel’s vibrant energy illuminates the room, captivating both children and colleagues alike. Her genuine love for kids is evident in every interaction. She is not only creative, but also possesses an amazingly patient demeanor, ensuring that each child’s unique needs are met with care and understanding. Family is her compass. She comes from a household with two mischievous brothers and some adorable nephews and nieces. But her heart belongs to her dear mom. Ms. Zulian holds both a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and a Master of Fine Arts (MFA).
